Everything. Ricardo made us feel so welcome and treated us like royalty.

This is elevated camping due to 2 factors; a bed and A/C in the room. it certainly does not qualify as glamping which is a luxe approach to camping with many amentities (water at disposal of guest, bathroom amentities, and NOT shared bathrooms. No coffee available before 8am and breakfast is served on plastic dishes. staff was very courteous but pricing is not in line with accommodations
completely overpriced for what it is

Clean pool, hot jacuzzi although it didn't seem very clean, stars amazing but all lights left on so couldn't see them well.
Cold showers, smsll site so 5 tents right next to each other in a circle around campfire also close. So you can hear everyone talking and plslaying music in tents until late at night , no quiet hourks, pool open all night, food not very good, restricted to pasta and pizza on our night, think they don't have many non-mexican guests. In middle of nowhere, terrible roads to Sanahcat don't come that way, use road via Humi. We didn't go on the free cenote trip. Would not bother coming to this region you can see cenotes to the West of Yuc eg great one South of Rio Lagartos Cenote Dzonotoch. Tents are brick walks with thick plastic teepee walls, nit very camping like.

The pool, the Spanish relaxing music, the restaurant, very nice friendly helpful staff, well equipped, clean, the fireplace, the massage was good.
The tents were a bit to close to oneanother. The breakfast was excellent, the lunch too, dinner was so so, the night guard was sleeping so we didn’t feel 100% safe. The gate was low and not closed too.

located in the heart of the cenotes natural reserve , this glamping site was a great change to the normal hotels we usually book. the site is fantastic and the fire camp is amazing … with marshmallows provided …. the kids were delighted ! also amazing to meet Mexican touring the area and we spent the evening talking with the other glampers around the fire pit.
we slept well in the tent and had Cindy towels and bed linen … very cozy !
the pool is stunning , the restaurant is very tasty : we had their homemade pizzas and their homemade pancakes for breakfast. 2 meals for 4 + drinks costed us 1000 MXN … and all that with the friendliest staff !
nothing to report

The pool, trampoline, board games, & visiting the cenotes. It was a long drive for the kids. Aside from cenotes, there was not much else. The service was great by all the friendly staff. Hameki is a treasure! Also, the softest sheets we ever slept on!!!

Really nice property. Except noise.
No staff patrolling the property at night There were a few people (loud) sitting in the middle of the yutes late at night. Sometimes getting louder and louder. Be nice if they were moved onto the seating area the other side of the pool. Yutes aren't soundproof. :( kind of sad, the sounds of nature were quite relaxing... if they hadn't been drowned out by all the conversation.

Beautiful place in nature.
Great to relax and visit cenotes.
They have several good vegan dishes on the menu (burgers, hot dogs, tacos,...).
Great service.
