Just the one queen-size bed with and open fire, makes this perfect for a couples romantic getaway! Enjoy the old world charm of unique fittings such as: Pull chain lights and toilet and an antique claw-foot bath, while still having some modern comforts in the Reverse cycle air conditioner and the TV. Enjoy a walk with the wildlife in the surrounding farmland, or just snuggle up in front of the fire with that special someone; firewood provided from May to September.
If you feel like going out, why not take a short stroll for one of the renowned local pies or take a swim in the river. If you enjoy venturing into the past then a visit the local Pioneer Museum is a must and only a short walk away. The small village of Kangaroo Valley is a 2 minute drive away and provides a variety of cafe's and the local pub for breakfast, lunch & dinner, or the general store can provide you with all you need if you prefer to cook yourself in the equipped kitchenette (no oven) and stay in your secluded hideaway.
