Location
Carpark is not close to the entrance and they don’t have the side door open so you can enter closer to the building

Friendly and very genuinely helpful staff. High standard
- Super cleanliness
- Food excellent and plentiful. Best fresh cooked breakfast in a long time, real fruit juice, perfect scrambled egg and mushrooms but everything cooked to continental. Also pre theatre meal plentiful, good value and tasty
- chair taken to room when asked Thankyou..as only one in twin room?
- brill comfy beds excellent comfort
- convenience of route in and out of venue and hotel on door step of P&J events venue
- Two young male bar staff, yes busy but dismissed then forgotten
- after show bar routine needs work. Missed trade at far side in dinning room
- heating in room would benefit from-instructions beside control. Room too hot
- direction from basement car park to hotel not clear. Benefit from markers of route and path being cleared. Why isn’t this an under covered route? We felt missed opportunity
- no light on dressing table or by dress mirror
- hotel to P&J under cover link

Excellent rooms and facilities. Love this hotel.

Comfy beds, clean, location and nice helpful staff
Shortage of staff at breakfast time, chef run of his feet.
My sons choked on his steak which was of poor quality but at least they didn’t charge for it.

Location was excellent as we were attending the P & J. Room was spacious and very clean.
Breakfast was over cooked and very greasy. Bar service very slow. Security needs to do the rounds on the floors we were kept awake until 3am with next door shouting and screaming at each other. Had security done floor rounds this would have been heard. Spoiled our stay as I could not sleep for it.
4.4
Room was clean
Bed was comfortable
Staff wernt helpful
The massive queue to check in whilst being disabled.
The parking situation is horrific ypu have to check in before being able to park. And being disabled I struggled with this

Lovely brand new place is modern and spa was superb
Nothing everything was spot on

My card gas been charged twice from my stay. I paid for rooms on our arrival. My credit card was charged again for both rooms at checkout. Hotel promised to look into this but I have not been refunded over $1500.

It is just next to P&J Lives and if you are attending an event there, this is one of two hotels in the area. Also, it is on the route of bus 727 from airport to Union Square in down town, so it is convenient to take the bus to down town and back. The facility itself was good.
When I first arrived, check-in took time because they said system was down. Breakfast was basic; very few halal options. If you are staying late in town and you are planning to take the bus back to the hotel, the frequency of buses reduce dramatically after 11 pm.

Lovely pool. Rooms were clean and modern. Bar/restaurant was lovely, as was reception. Breakfast was good. Was great that we were able to bring our dog too. Staff were very helpful.
Parking was a wee bit of a walk, which wasn’t ideal for my husband who has mobility issues.

Clean and new
The gave us very far rooms

Had everything we required for our stay, kids loved the pool. Breakfast was amazing.
The only negative we would have would be that we couldn’t figure out how to work the air conditioning/heating in the room and the tv was a bit difficult to figure out, it started playing through the speaker in the bathroom. But really not a lot to be negative about!

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, very accommodating. Extremely clean facilities, wonderful decor. I loved every bit. I told them it was my kids birthday and I found a small cake on a plate with the words happy birthday and balloons and glitter everywhere, she was so amazed and surprised. It was lovely. Even I didn’t expect it, they really go above and beyond. The pool and jacuzzi were the highlight of our trip. Very beautiful jacuzzi and pool interior to die for. Wow wow wow. Only thing is it’s quite far from the city but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel and the bus takes you right into the city on Union street in just 15mins. 5 mins from the airport. Overall, best hotel. Right next to it is a vaccination centre I made use of, even got my first COVID vaccine.👌🏽
Absolutely nothing.

Location and neatness
Close to the airport

I rated this place a 9 and not a 10 because of a ridiculous charge. The management thought it was a clever idea to deter room service requests. I asked for a bottle of water to be delivered to my room because I had a stomachache, and to my surprise, I was told it cost £5 to deliver the bottle to my room!!!! I was left puzzled and completely bewildered. This has to be the joke of the year! It cost more than delivering a KFC over a 3 km ride with Uber. What a total ripoff!
The staff were very friendly and helpful. A few stood out in the restaurant with their friendly manners.

Loved how nice rooms were and clean, loved the speaker in the bathroom was a nice touch
Bed was huge but i found mattress too soft for me personally

This Hotel is almost new and it shows - very modern and sleek. Rooms stunning and very clean.
Check in was a challenge - most hotels you give your name/Vehicle Reg and Card - job done - Not here - the process took for ever and the queue was huge - also check in time was 4pm and only 2 Receptionists working on a Saturday check in.
Car Parking Charge on the steep side - especially if staying over 4 nights @£15 a night

Great location and view
They didn’t had the valet car park facility and car parking was separately chargeable and sauna facility was fully booked no prior notice was given and daily there was identical breakfast no change at all even on weekends, they may have got some Asian dishes as well, being such a bring brand, no real difference for their breakfast between a 2 star and 5 star

The hotel had a modern and clean look. Hotel pool and leisure facilities were excellent.
Check in and out took far too long. Shower head was broken and didn’t work very well.
While waiting for service in the restaurant too many staff walked past and ignored me.
Expensive stay with not many perks.
4.4
Hotel was lovely, clean extremely helpful staff
Wasn’t aware the hotel was cashless and caused myself a problem as my card was lost at the time so had to ask a family member to pay the room by card. We had to leave the hotel to go to another restaurant for food as we were told no cash accepted

Hilton Teca is a modern building built next to the convention centre. Ideal for working weekends. The facilties are lovely. Nice bedrooms with pleasant bathrooms. The swimming pool and spa facilities make this hotel very special. Great breakfast.
They weren't ready for 4pm check in.
4.4
It is a beautiful hotel, the room was very clean with comfortable bed, lovely decor, and great bathroom. The pool, sauna and steam room were also very nice. Staff was very helpful and pleasant, the breakfast was very good, the vegan options very decent enough.
The restaurant. This is specific to potential guests on a plant-based diet, the dinner was really overpriced and disappointing considering what's currently on the market. The coffee was also poor.

The customer service manager Isa refusing to refund me after telling me I could get a refund for a mistake made by a lack of communication via the Hilton and booking.com. I have a voice recording of Isa stating I can get a refund and two days later booking.com has I formed me Isa has decided I am not getting the refund. I didn’t get the room I booked with a balcony, I specifically booked hotel using filters for a pool and a balcony room on booking.com and it states on my screen shots I should have had a balcony. Travelled with my young son and we were there because he was getting an operation. This is why I needed the balcony for outside access, it was so important to the booking. This situation left us both in tears at the customer service desk and Isa didn’t give one hoot that we were upset. She kept telling me she couldn’t do anything about it, it was my fault for booking through a third party. That a balcony room couldn’t be guaranteed even although I have proof that I was guaranteed this. After I had booked alternative accommodation Isa tells me the balcony room is actually available and now she’s telling booking.com I can’t have the refund she said I could have and the refund she tried to organise but couldn’t process the refund as again- it was booked through a third party. Thank godness I have this all recorded and I will take this so far. Absolutely disgusted with the sheer lack of compassion this manager had with me, not once did I even get a basic apology for this mistake being made through booking.com who is the third party which Hilton uses. This situation is causing a great deal more anxiety and distress when I am in a state of worry and vulnerability anyway. This is the last thing I need given my 8 year old son had surgery yesterday at the children’s hospital. I fully intend to take this to the hugest level possible until I am refund for the service I did not receive- and was told I would not receive. Appalling for a Hilton hotel.

Staff were absolutely superb. Catered so well to requests and quick to sort things for us. Staff were so friendly and went out their way to help. Made the stay even better
The car park being slightly separate was slightly annoying with the windy weather of Aberdeen, but something that can’t be fixed!

Second time coming to the teca and it's amazing, best spa we've been too and been too a good few, the food was good, staff brilliant and very attentive, the room was immaculate and was even left complementary chocolate and two bottles of processco for our 1 year anniversary.
4.4
Very modern and clean. Staff were all very friendly too
The prices of the food and drink were a bit steep
4.4
Hotel was spotless, employees were brilliant and took time to help us while they were still busy. Much appreciated. Best hotel I have stayed at recently.
Nothing.
4.4
The breakfast and dinner were lovely. The staff at breakfast were very pleasant and polite and the girl who served us dinner both nights was particularly friendly. The swimming pool was very nice.
The parking is quite far and for a woman and child on their own it felt daunting going underground.
4.4
Everything from the moment we arrived till we left!
The price for soft drinks were extortionate.
4.4
How close it was to the venue we were attending. Lovely friendly staff. Pool
The fridge. Not cold. We took fridge items for our little one to snack on throughout the day and during the con. However by the end of first day there they were no longer edible. Please don’t class it as a fridge on your website when it’s not, I wouldn’t even class it as a chiller. I’m sure I’m not the first who’s had this experience. Only downside to our stay.
