Lovely apartment but could do with being slightly better equipped kitchen wise and cleaner on the stairwell but I do und

Lovely clean and fairly modern apartment. Very spacious and a good location as fairly central.

Entrance to the property is very off putting, very dirty outside and in stairwell with a not very pleasant smell if I’m honest. Also the lack of wine glasses..

We came up for a funeral, this space did us well it was cosy everyone had their own space and we had room to have family

Separate bedrooms worked for us, and great communal space for family visiting. Well equipped kitchen.

Some holes in plasterwork around light switches.

Lost place - haunted house

* House looks deserted / stairs extremely dirty / torn carpet * worn furniture * Kitchen used to be nice, is now worn out broken kitchen cupboard etc. * miserable kitchen facilities: we bought our own spoons and forks because there weren't enough. Aluminum pans make no sense with an induction cooker

Adequate but would expect more for the money

The flat was pretty clean. The living, bedrooms and bathroom are a good size, with good wardrobe space in bedrooms. It’s in a great location for getting into town

The boiler is broken and so we had to re-pressure it every 1-2 days (although the owners will tell you it needs doing 1 or 2 times a year). Overall the place just needs some TLC. The hallway to the property is dirty and horrible. The chairs in the living room are falling apart and there a lot of things damaged in the kitchen. Also don’t give you very many mugs/glasses for a house that could sleep up to 6 people. The mattress in the biggest room is extremely hard and uncomfortable. Also found it strange to arrive to an already full dishwasher.

While the apartment was alright the entrance to it was not.

The breakfast was adequate and the location was fairly central to the CBD area. Parking was nearby.

Information was misleading as we didn’t know the apartment was up a steep flight of stairs and the carpet runner on them was in a sorry state - worn and torn. There was a shabby door on the outside opening into a smelly hallway. There was no hairdryer and at one stage we had cold water.

we have stayed here before and will stay again as it’s perfect for our needs

close to the city centre and all amenities. well presented interior fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

The entrance to the apartment was quite intimidating, other residents within the building were quite rude but that could just be a 1 off.

The apartment was very modern and quite nice.

The entrance and hallway to the apartment are shared with other apartments. I felt like walking into a ruin. The stairs were soooo dirty and the flights to the apartment were filthy. I was quite surprised to find such a nice apartment once i entered.

Gorgeous three double bed apartment and only 10 min walk to the centre.

Beds were comfortable and wide,sheets were clean and lots of white clean towels! Extra shower gel,shampoo and conditioner,very handy! The most we liked was heated floors in the bathroom! Really good in the cold morning hours! :-) kitchen with full equipment that wee needed,toast,fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, all the kitchen tools available! TV on a wall connected to WiFi,very thoughtful! Nice decor in the living room,fire place ily decor too,... unfortunately. Also very communicative owner. If we had any questions replied immediately and solved issues with no matter of time. Felt very lucky with hight quality of service :-) overall enjoyed the stay very much! We would definitely recommend! ❤️

Only one window handle in the living room wasn't broken and we managed to open it. Not because of the owners fault the house corridor smelt and looked old but the flat was complete opposite and surprised us with cleaning,good smell and comfort! Just missed coffee.in the morning, there was a jar with it, just coffee was very old and stuck in to the big peaces so we were not so brave to drink it :-)

The close a little off putting however when you get into the apartment it was lovely.

The flat was a nice flat with all things we needed.

The entrance was old and dark. The lights didn’t work and carport was ripped.

Location, the rooms are large and the beds are comfortable.

We arrived in the evening and were shocked by the dirt. The kitchen was in a terrible state. We contacted the owner, who apologized to us, and the next day everything was cleaned.

Not up to expectations

Inside aptm was clean ntidy but old in function despite the look of renovation .the bldg is horrible fr the outside aptm itself .

Old bldg , outside v v old run down look . Toilet was noisy for each flush at the 2nd bedroom .occupants had disturbed sleep at nite
