Comfortable & peaceful.

Friendly staff, warm hotel and quiet.

Quite a thin duvet. Corner room with strange lay out of windows and desk/tv due to a pillar.

Overall great value hotel in good location but do NOT eat in the hotel.

Location and ease of parking. Be useful to inform guests there is a lift to access the hotel from the car park BEFORE they arrive rather than having the uphill walk and several stairs to carry luggage.

Not informing people about the car park lift. Main restaurant closed had to eat in bar. Meal was dreadful. Chicken Tikka masala. Sauce tasteless and watery and if at most 1/4 a chicken breast. Dreadful.

Nice enough stay - did the job :)

The location was perfect for an evening of drinks with friends. Check in/out was very easy. The room was fairly spacious and had a nice view over the 'courtyard' type area.

There was a buzzing noise that would happen every 20 minutes or so which was annoying and the Double Bed was 2 singles pushed together so there was a dip in the middle.

Aberdeen in general has no attraction worth seeing unless you are on a business trip.

location and internet were fair, the staff were friendly.

The area was hosting an international event of oil and gas SPE conference and exhibition from all over the world with participants numbered in thousands but the hotel management cared less to inspect the cooling system priorly, 4 extremely hot nights without AC system due to the poor maintenance management since checking in, I don’t know how we managed to sleep honestly, all they could provide is a fan. had to stay in, coz most of the other hotels were fully booked due to international event going on, there was no mini cooling freg. either to keep our drinks cold in the hot room nor iron in the first two days. we couldn't enjoy the lobby facilities due the unavailability of AC system even in the lobby area. basically, you take a shower, get dressed and again sweat tell you leave the hotel.

Felt like a night out camping! No warm water and air on that only blows cold air!

Water was cold even letting it run for 5 mins ! Light are so dim in room my partner could not put on makeup! Aircon blowing cold air only ! Room freezing!

Best place ever

We loved every minute of our stay. The staff were fantastic and nothing was a problem for them. The room was very clean and tidy , coffee, tea and hot chocolate were full to use as we pleased. Would never stay anywhere else in Aberdeen x

Bright and modern hotel with accommodating staff in the centre of Aberdeen.

As we were staying at the hotel to attend a graduation, staff were very accommodating and allowed us to get changed and leave our bags in the hotel even though our room wasn’t ready. Room was bright and clean with all we needed for a one night stay.

One thing that I did notice during our stay was that one of our towels had a slight stain on it.

Don't think I'll be back

Good location in centre of Aberdeen.

Check-in process. I was asked to provide photo id. I did not have this on me so could not check in? I was then told I could not pay using Google pay? They needed to see the card due to fraud? Is Google pay not secure? My wife had her licence on her and I had a card so we just about muddled through. Worst check in experience ever. Assumed to be and treated like a criminal or terrorist until proven otherwise. Will not return to this hotel again.

Lovely clean friendly hotel. Great central location. Plenty of parking underneath, this costs extra but it was easy to access from the hotel lift on -2 level

Great location, room needs tlc

Central location is perfect for exploring the city. Staff are helpful.

Shower pole comes away from the top screw hole if you try to move the showerhead left or right. Room could do with some tlc - stains on wall behind the bin.

Room was clean and spacious. The staff on reception were lovely and allowed us to check in early which was a huge help to us.

Poor value.

Friendly staff.

Small room, lumpy and soiled pillows, springs could be felt in bed, restaurant a buffet supper that ran out of items to eat. Location a run down part of the city. I didn't find this hotel any better than a premier Inn or travel lodge. Therefore poor value.
