As always the staff was amazing, rooms were clean, and stay was great.
Not enough breakfast. Both mornings we were down there 30 minutes to an hour after it opened and all the hot breakfast was gone.

The location is amazing! The hotel is clean and met every one of our needs. I love how we can checkout on the TV!
We were expecting a hot breakfast instead of muffins, cereal, fruit.

There is great overall value during the Tulsa Gun Show weekend as long as there is no ongoing riot throughout the hotels by adolescent cheerleading and their adolescent parents! God, I wish I could have recorded the events for posterity, but there are social values that we must respect when video-recording adolescents. Of course, I'm referring to both the children and parents; it could have been an Animal House Toga Party fueled by Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate, Wine Spritzer, Michelob Ultra, and endless consumption of sugar-laced snacks.
The hotel was overrun by cheerleading teams of young girls and their families and was a two-night train wreck. They eat a lot of the food, alcohol, and wine bottles left everywhere and make noise all night. The staff works hard to keep the children in check. The parents did nothing to manage the girls. They were all to business with the adult party.
I take my hat off to the staff for doing their best. NO ONE in the hotel got any sleep at the hotel, and we were unable to find other accommodations in town during the Tulsa gun show. And yet no discount or adjustment was offered, which is very disappointing.

The hotel was very clean and the location is great. It offers the basics, no fancy bells and whistles but what you need when exploring and maintaining a budget.
There is nothing negative to note.

The location
The hotel looks new but it's not as clean as it appears. There was hair left behind in the tub/shower. And the condom on the floor. The breakfast area was not working well. the coffee machine was down, forcing me and my group to have to pay for coffee and breakfast, an extra cost.

well the second night at the hotel somewhat ruined it. the second night a room directly above us were stomping and running around. and this wasn’t your typical walking around the room noises. we chalked it up to being kids just having fun in the room above us. by 10:30pm it was still as bad as ever. seemed as if there were 10 kids stomping around above us. we called to ask if they could quiet down since my daughter had to be up at 7am the next morning for travel dance competition. it only seemed to make get worse. the staff reported they had called to the room 4 times and the visitors were becoming defensive to them. this continued on throughout the night. probably around 3am before they stoped. the day shift staff told us there were no rooms available to switch, then the night shift staff arrived told us she could give us a new room so we grabbed everything we had, stuffed it in bags to move rooms then the new room key would not work. new key was obtained from the front desk, 3 times, with an end result of remaining in our original room. unsure on what was going on with that. the night shift staff were very nice but it was a very restless night.
