We wished our room was cleaned at least once during our stay

The room was a nice size. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast are was large and clean

Many items in our room were broke such as the desk lamp, the door rack in the refrigerator, the iron

Car broken in to & 7 hrs away from home. Had to put plastic on broken window

Your parking lot I. Front was roped off as there was a boom there working in ur front. During the night our car was broken in to- broke out 1 window & cracked another. Stole some contents. Had to park in back

our room key cards had to be reset a few times during our 3 night stay but a minor inconvenience and staff super prompt and kind.

Mixed but overall good

After staying in hospital all night with daughter, we were allowed to arrange late check out. Didn't need it after all, but was grateful.

Loud obnoxious music in breakfast area was annoying early in the morning. Also pretty sure, while waiting on elevator with grandkids, I witnessed hooked leading her client to a room down the hall. Not sure I can really blame facility on this one.

If the Bed would have been Comfortable I could have at least over looked there was NO HOT TUB. Pictures are very decitfu

The location was convenient. The Breakfast was acceptable.

I Booked this because they stated they had a hot tub. They don’t it is filled in with cement. They should update the pictures to show the pool is only 4ft and Small. The Bed itself should have been replaced years ago you can feel the springs that are broken in it. Very Uncomfortable. The Room was one of the smallest King Rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The Aroma of Mary Jane is the first thing you smell as soon as you walk in.

Safe location, clean and quiet hotel. Close to stores and restaurants.

The WiFi was slow and sometimes non-existent going past the first floor. TERRIBLE.

Not worth what I paid!

Convenient to get to son's house

For one, the carpets in the room had a bad smell! Our fridge was on the floor with the microwave on top of it (I have pictures) between the TV and wobbly table. As soon as I saw that, I immediately went down to the front desk. They said that was the only room left! My other family member, Howard Graves, did not have either in his from! I could say more! I will never stay there again when we go visit our son and his family!

Super comfy bed, very nice room and staff

Easy-peasy check-in and out. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Facility well maintained. The make your own waffles were pretty good. I did not like the sausage. There was also biscuits and gravy but I did not try those or the eggs. Apple and orange juices, cereal, muffins and apples and bananas.

No blackout curtains. Curtains were thin and I felt a lack of privacy. If I can see out, maybe someone can see in.

Would do it again.

Breakfast was better than most hotels.

Their gym wasn't operational. Stayed for 11 days and they would offer a 1 day pass at a local gym. Like most hotels they don't update their websites stating what amenities they really have.

Pleasant

We were in town for a wedding and the location was convenient to family and activities.

The pictures were not an accurate representation of the size or cleanliness of room. We had several stains on the wall and carpet and our AC unit rattled all night. We were also surprised to find the coffee already cleaned up and put away at 9:45am on a Saturday morning.
