Clean, big room with two beds and several windows for sunlight to come in. Really loved my time here. I was solo and I felt safe here as well. Quiet nice area. Staff are nice people. And their AC is really good. Fair price would def come back here 100%
I was frustrated when arrived cuz gate was locked and no one answer calls so I had to wait in the heat. But later it was actually my bad cuz the host tried to contact me prior to my arrival to make sure I don’t wait. So advice is that let the host know what time U’ll be there to avoid wait.

Modern, secure.
A sign on the front to find it.
I had to have a neighbor call them, no one on site.

Nice location in the middle of the island, close to BICI EXPRESS business to rent nice and afforable bikes perfect to move around the island in a eco-sostenible way. And it is also next to a delicious restaurant called COCO JAGUAR, and a big supermarket. The host was accomodating and allow us to store our luggage a little bit more meanwhile exploring the island.
Under furnished apartment, a little bit dirty in windows and fun areas. No shower soap or shower rug.

Very good location, very clean.
Very minimal cooking stuff, no knives, no strainer, or coffee maker.

The location, the size of the bed, the constant smell in the bathroom.

We booked for 3 adults and a child. The "sofa-bed" placed in the living room is terrible. They shouldn't advertise that as a place to sleep, the mattress is shorter than the wooden part and you may hurt you, unconfortable and tiny. You don't have the view that you see in pictures when you google the place. It is too far away from the beaches. Better to pay a bit more and stay in the Zona Centro. Otherwise you will pay the difference in taxis.

The suite was spacious and in a good location with easy access to town. The grounds were well maintained and the caretaker was was quick to respond to any questions and requests.
Kitchen utensils, plates, etc., were very limited. There was no couch or chairs in the living-room area of the suite so we ended up bringing two of the lawn chairs and a table from the common outside patio into our suite so we had a place to sit. The bedding, specifically the sheets and pillows were awful. The sheets were so thin your could see through them and they did not fit the bed. In the morning the bottom sheet wasn't even covering the mattress and you were sleeping on the mattress - which by the way didn't have a mattress cover. The bed pillows were so thin - it was like sleeping without one. We did request a couch for the living area and proper sheets for the better and none were available. The lack of kitchen items, furniture and bedding was a common theme throughout the 8 units.

Clean and well-equipped kitchen. New suites.
Staff very helpful. Complete professional cleaning, though it wasn't daily, as per the daily cleaning fee.
Very good location. Close to the supermarket and restaurants, the bus to Centro could be flagged down right outside the door.
We felt quite safe in the street area. The street high fence door was kept locked. There is no safe in the room for storing valuables, despite the description that one was included.
We found the beds quite comfortable, despite reading some negative reviews.
Street noise and neighbor animals, very noisy especially at night.
Chairs in the suite and outdoor sitting areas were quite uncomfortable. Difficult to sit for any length of time.

The apartment looks a lot barer than the pictures with very little colour. We were handed the key but there was no real welcome or help with local knowledge which after a long international flight + ferry ride, would have been nice. The location of the flat is a bit no mans land....on a busy road (tho the flat was quiet) with only 1 restaurant nearby (Coco Jaguar) and not much else to do or see. So you have to take a taxi or bus to get to PLaya Norte were most of the action is. Having cycled round the island we concluded it wasn't for us. Fine if you want to spend all your days on teh beach (in which case Playa Norte is fun....and there are also some nice hotels half way down on western side but these seem to cater largely for the massive day tripper market from Cancun) But if you don't want to spend all your time on beaches, there's not an enormous amount to keep you occupied. Also Isla Mujeres, like Cancun is incredibly expensive. UK prices and more (though I agree our exchange rate doesn't help...)

it was a decent place to stay. not particularly dirty. just a few tiny tiny ants.
first we were put in a room with one bed. I was with a friend and we booked a room with 1 bed and 1 sofa bed. I had to show the guy (who didn't speak any English) the booking confirmation to convince him about this fact, and he then moved us to a room with a sofa bed. the sofa bed was in the open area with the kitchen and you could hear the fridge very loudly. but that would be fine if the sofa bed wasn't so bad. it was a piece of wood with a thin duvet type mattress. I might as well have slept on the floor. the bed was quite ok according to me friend. there was no soap, shampoo or body wash. finally the guy charged us 15 USD more... I understand they always charge more in USD due to the conversion but he even mentioned booking fees which is ridiculous. up until this morning I had 3 identical charges pending in my debit card for the room. one of them is completed now. I just hope the other two are cancelled so I don't have to fight for the obvious...

Luckily was not expensive, for a low budget stay in isla mujeres it is pretty fine, airco, big apartment with kitchen, separated bedroom and bathroom.
We would not come back mainly because of the location. The center with restaurants is at 25min walking but not a pleasant walk. So we ordered a taxi each time (100pesos) for the total price of all the taxi rides we might have found a better hotel in the center. When we arrived, there was no sign saying the place was Suites Lorenz, also no doorbell so we were lucky to have a sim card for Mexico to send the owner via booking.com otherwise we would not have known how to enter. We still needed to put the sheet on the bed, not really an issue, but we found some hairs in the sheets which was a little bit unpleasant.
