I loved the layout of this house. There was a room on each floor so it was perfect for 3 families! The outdoor space was amazing- large picnic table, lights, hot tub, creek and fire pit. The basement pool table and sauna were a hit as well. The house was very clean and cozy, everything you could want in a mountain cabin getaway! Also, not far from Helen, and an easy drive there.

Great quiet area with peaceful trees surrounding. Cabin was everything we needed and close to Helen. The fenced dog area was great! Overall a great experience.

We had four nights of heaven in the trees of Mountainside Falls. Not for anyone that can't take stairs. Your own dog park!! Hot tub, sauna, stairs. Do not use the firepit after dark, footing is very uneven, loved the giant snails, not to eat. We'll who knows. Place was great the pictures don't show the little things. Best night was spent with tiny dogs, shivering in terror with each hoot of the owl, in the large room, I think he was watching for a treat. If you stay longer than 4-6 days food storage will be a problem. Didi tell you about the stairs, it's easier when it dry to walk around the back to get to the bottom floor, stairs. Bring your smart phone, for the numerous tv's. Over all you can't go wrong, wonderful memories making cabin in the treetop, a rear deck to die for.

The management company is amazing! Easy trip in. Short trip into Helen, like 5 minutes. Good water pressure. Hot tub was awesome! Love the back deck lights! Able to log into our YouTube account with ease. Enjoyed the fireplace. Made breakfast in the kitchen. Enjoyed the coffee maker and the frig is cold and gives lots of ice! For the price, it’s definitely worth a visit.

The whole process was easy. The cabin was beautiful and love the outdoor spaces. Everything was clean and comfortable. Will be back.

A great place

The house was beautiful and as pictured. The sauna was amazing (too short length wise to lay down on the top shelf). The neighborhood was off the beaten path and quiet but minutes from Helen.
The issue I had was that there was nothing in the kitchen to help store our food. No Tupperware, Saran wrap, tin foil, or Ziploc bags. There were also no condiments of any kind. My friends did not like that the porch/deck was not cleaned but I don't mind some leaves/twigs.
Water pressure and temperature were good even with 3 people showering the same night, the sauna and hot tub were clean and worked great. I would stay here again just remember to bring a storage method if you are cooking there.

Great cabin in a nice location. Close to nice hiking trails and Helen. Everything about the cabin is accurately described, and the photos too. The hot tub and sauna were amazing as well! Definitely will return.

Excellent in every way. Met all expectations. Thank you!

The cabin was very spacious. Our family enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub, BBQ grill, and the small creeck that runs through the back of the property.
The reason why it didn't meet our expectations was that although the the place was generally clean, the shower in the master bathroom was unsanitary.
We opted to use the upstairs shower wich was a bit of an inconvenience. Also, the hot tub made a lot of noise even when not in use. It made sleeping unconfortable since it sat very close to the master bedroom.
4.8
Very nice home and location. There are houses close but out of sight so feels like you are alone. Enjoyed the fireplace and relaxing and tooling around Helen.

My friends and I loved this cabin. The location and available options/amenities made it an enjoyable stay. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great getaway close to Helen, GA.

We very much enjoyed our stay!

Family of three couples stay. We wanted in the vicinity of Helen and Dahlonega and this was perfect. Grocery store nearby also, about 25 minutes or so. Perfect amount of space and seating for all of us.

Loved the cabin

Nice roomy cabin for family fun. Located around many fun things to do and see. Great place for cooking out and having open fire pit for warmth and s’mores. Lots of Fun.

Looking for a place to enjoy the hot tub and listen to the wildlife? Or enjoy a nice sauna? Oh, and the best part? Bring your dogs!!! Amazingly beautiful. Peaceful as anything.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were 3 couples and were visiting during Oktoberfest in Helen. The location was great relative to Helen and some nice wineries. The place was clean and fairly well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

I had the pleasure of renting this property for my birthday, and it was an exceptional trip. The cabin with it's amenities made for a perfect getaway. I hope to make it back up there soon; definitely a must stay.

This cabin is as described - we enjoyed the spaciousness of the cabin, it was a good set up for our group - two couples and a single. The location is lovely - in the woods and a short 5 mile drive to Helen and a few wineries in the area. Very quiet and peaceful.

The location of this property is very convenient to Helen and surrounding areas to hike and river tube.

The cabin was beautiful. Came with 2 teens, 9 year old boy and my dogs. Love the fenced-in area for dogs. Plenty of room for all of us. Hot tub was large and the deck was huge.

We loved it! People renting it were extremely nice. Thank you!

We spent a long weekend in this cute little cabin. It is well decorated and comfortable. The beds were not bad at all. It is near Helen. The property is great and fit the needs of our little family of 5. Just a short drive to Helen where we found plenty restaurants and shops. We even drove to Dahlonega (about 40+min) and enjoyed the antiques stores. There is a Dollar General couple minutes away and that is convenient for items you may have forgotten. Our kids really enjoyed the HotTub. The kitchen is small but the BBQ outside made up for it. The table can extend and fit 6, which was great. The cabin seemed mostly cleaned. Every time we called for a question, the gentleman with Blue Cabins was very nice and helpful. Check in and out were easy.
The small cons we found were that the house is very loud, meaning you hear everything every one is doing. So if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. You will hear the people above you move in their room or flush the toilet. Bring blankets, there isn't enough blankets available. The fridge ice maker does not work, so bring a bag of ice. The kitchen could use extra pots and dishes but you can manage with what is there. The bathroom tiles could use a good vinegar/calcium wash as the water seems very hard and leaves white stains on the tile. Bring extra toilet paper and paper towel, what was provided was not enough (not fresh rolls were in toilets, but left over rolls from previous renters).

This was a good rental cabin. Bring extra items like dishwasher pods and trashbags

Cabin was clean and was easy to find. We had all that we needed to enjoy a Family Christmas in the Mountains. Always love renting from Blue Creek, it never disappoints.

This is our second time at this cabin. We totally enjoy being there, and will come again. My only issue is the cleanliness and the amount of bugs. If that can be taken care of, then it would be perfect.
4.8
We had a nice stay, although 2nd day in my husband slipped on the leaves and fractured his ankle. I think the deck could have been cleaned of leaves before we checked in. He slipped on leaves around the property very slippery. Otherwise we had a quiet vacation.

The quiet was appreciated after attending crowds at Oktoberfest

We wanted to get out of SW Florida, especially after just surviving Hurricane Ian, and feel some cooler temps and see Fall colors. I explored options fpr weeks before deciding on this place. It was exactly what we needed! Hidden in the beautiful trees on the outskirts of Helen. Close to everything we needed. Gorgeous time of year to go. Cabin was perfect for us..everyone had their own rooms and floor. My eldery mother had the main floor as she has mobility issues after a stroke..front steps were all she had to tackle and it was perfect for her. Everything you would need is there for you! It was one of the best vacations I have had...I actually relaxed inbetween shopping and enjoying the towns. Coffee on the porch (wrapped in a blanket) on the cold mornings was the best!! I highly recommend!

Cabin is beautiful and we absolutely enjoyed it. The only issue I found was that the master bathroom floor was dirty and it seemed the shower may have had some hard water soap scum left behind. The tile is so dark that you don't see the dirt. However the shower spilled out into the floor and when I wiped it up, my paper towel was really dirty. Everything else is n the cabin was very clean. Also, the kitchen needs a can opener. Except for those things, it is a fabulous place to stay and I would choose it again. Thank you!

The cabin was in a beautifully wooded, secluded location but also easily within a 10-minute drive to Helen. The bedrooms were cozy but not overly spacious which is fine for a cabin vacation. The large outdoor deck was perfect for relaxing with that first cup of coffee in the morning. There was a hot tub and a sauna, which we didn't use, but was nice to know they were available if we wanted. Overall, a very nice stay!
4.8
This cabin is premier for both its Location and amenities. All three bedrooms are located on different floors allowing for privacy, with wonderful hot tub and Sauna to enjoy. Kitchen was functional and TV provided good entertainment.

We used the Waze app for driving and it took us straight to the cabin. The only issue was we didn’t see the street sign until we went past it. Once we knew where the sign was we had no issues. We have a SUV and the gravel road was not a problem. I recommend taking the first trip slowly as there are several turns. Once I figured out the proper angle parking was not a problem.
The pictures of the outside of the cabin don’t really show the trees that surround the cabin. The trees gave the cabin the private feel we really like. The deck that wraps around the cabin is very nice. The hot tub is covered and quite private.
The first impression of the cabin is that of a clean and comfortable place. The living room is a perfect size. The kitchen area is right next to the living room. It was a short trip to get snacks. The picture of the dining room table shows 4 chairs but it had 6.
We used the top floor bedroom and main floor bedroom. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and in good shape. I read one comment about how sounds travel in this cabin and I agree. It was not a problem but something we noticed. The sauna in the basement was a nice feature.
There were only 2 things that needed improvement. The grill did not work at full capacity. It did not affect us but could be an issue if someone wanted to use the entire grill surface. With all the trees the deck was a little dirty. A powerwash would easily take care of this.
Our family will definitely consider returning to Mountain Falls.

Very pretty wooded location close to Helen. Great house with a lot of space for the family & dogs!

hidden gem
This cabin was awesome! It was our first time renting a cabin. The rental process was easy and no fuss. The view is amazing...just far enough away from the hustle and bustle. We used the hot tub every morning it was a great way to start the day!

I had looked forward to this vacation for months with my 80 year old parents and their cockapoo as they had not been anywhere for an extended vacation since the pandemic. We were very disappointed with the inside and outside of this property. The pictures on the website make the main living area and kitchen to appear much more spacious than it was. The deck needs a good cleaning and power washing as well as updated cushions for the outside chairs. I called ahead of time to inquire about gates needed for the back deck to keep our dog contained and was told only needed on one side but there were not any gates. Therefore we couldn’t sit outside with Luna unless she was on the leash. Also, the fenced in area that is for your pet is horrible. No grassy areas, mainly gravel, dirt and wooded areas. Upon our arrival and disappointment I called to inquire about a different property or some financial compensation but was told we could move the next day but would still have to pay a cleaning fee for both properties and that the pictures were correct of the property. We stayed and made the best of it but will be much more cautious with any future rentals of any properties.

Mountainside Falls was a great location.
Not only was Mountainside Falls a great location for us to attend a family wedding, but also close to hikes that we were interested in taking. The pictures are a bit deceiving as the main floor isn’t as large as it appears. However, thee bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for us. Our family cooked all our meals on the property except the wedding night. We loved having access to a full kitchen and grill. My children loved the hot tub and billiards.
