Walk to the Starting Line for 4th of July"s Famous Peachtree Road Race! Perfect Place to stay! Pointe Comfort, "the Country in the City" named for my Grandparent's home in Prattville, Alabama. Located on Acreage with Breathtaking Skyline views of Buckhead,-next to the Walking Trail (Beltline-Ga 400 Path)- walk to Restaurants, Shopping, and Marta(1.2 miles).
This 1920 Hunting Lodge has been updated with the Conveniences of Today and the Charm of Yesteryear. It is Perfect Place for Families to stay but we do not have child proof features.
Four Bedroom and a Loft plus 3 Baths- 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths located on the main floor and 2 Bedrooms and Kids loft plus 3rd bath located upstairs. Comfortable for 8 Adults and 2 children (10 People). Extra Air Mattress for sleeping if more is needed.
Enjoy the Open Floor plan while reading a book or enjoying a lovely outdoor fire. Great Open Kitchen for Baking and entertaining guests. Lots of Fun events to go to around the city in this Hot Buckhead Location!! Take an Easy walk down the trail (located next door on the other side of the Privacy Wall) to go have dinner or jump on Marta to meet friends. Best Location in the City!! Screen porch with views of Buckhead Skyline and Wieuca Road Walkers. Complete Privacy.

Family relatives age 88 to two months old gathered in Atlanta to celebrate nephews graduation. Had a beautiful lunch and evenings the place is magical with lights and a fire weather permitting. Everyone just could not have been more grateful for the energy of the space… it’s lovely!

Amazing, huge outdoor space with view of the city. Spent a lot of time relaxing there. House is old (in a good, historic feeling way) but very well maintained and appointed. We’ll supplied and great interaction with host.

As a Buckhead native, this was truly the best find! Plenty of space for us to hangout and incredibly easy to find. The location is perfect and Harriet was so helpful and responsive. Will definitely be coming back!!

We stayed here during our visit for Thanksgiving. It was the perfect place to host our family and enjoy our time together. The house was comfortable for the adults and had plenty of places for the kids to run and play, including numerous spots for hide and seek.

Traveled to Atlanta for my daughters wedding - 8 adults. This home was PERFECT! Close to everything - fabulous kitchen and back yard. Beds were so comfortable. Back patio was so nice to relax on - house was not crowded with 8 adults - you could find your own little relaxing space. Loved it and will be back!

My family and I rented this property for my sons baseball tournament. The location was excellent, because it was central to all the different ballfields. We had to travel to play. The check in process was very easy and the owner was very helpful. I highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to the Atlanta area.

Great property in a great location. The host was very helpful and the property has everything you could want. I would definitely stay here again. One note. One of the bedrooms on the main floor has a very high bed. The beds were all so comfortable. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

I can't say enough good things about our stay here. The house has the perfect combination of history and modern conveniences. It is beautiful and comfortable, and the various different areas make it perfect for family visiting. The outdoor space is amazing. Harriet was very responsive to any questions we had. We now have a wonderful family memory here and hope to come back in the future!

Loved this property and the host was very courteous and professional. Only complaint was the "room" advertised as a "twin and single bed" which consisted of two cushions on the ground in a loft. Th cushions were smaller than a single bed.

This is a one of a kind property! Not only is the home immaculate and gorgeous top to bottom, the family who owns it is so sweet and made sure after a long day of travel, we had the house lights on and doors open to welcome us. My daughter celebrated her birthday with her bestie and sister and we headed in the backyard and enjoyed the unbelievable setup for a fire overlooking the city line. You don’t see a property like this everyday. The renovation makes you feel that the home was always this way, even 100 years ago. What the icing on the cake was, the bedding, linens, mattress, and pillows help melt you into the comfy soft beds after a long day of activities. Not only was I as an adult able to enjoy my time, my teenage girls loved it too! Clean and tasteful! We will be back and can’t wait to make a new tradition. Thank you for making this home such a gorgeous foundation for the unforgettable memories we will forever hold in our hearts.

Both the property and location were better than excepted, even with lofty expectations (especially given previous 5-star reviews). We traveled with family and friends (including 2 children under the age of 7). The outdoor area, with views of the Atlanta skyline, is impressive and ideal for stealing relaxing moments by the fireplace(s) or firepit. Also, plenty of space indoors with multiple gathering areas. Harriet was extremely responsive to any questions, either via text or phone. In summary, this is an A+ property, with an A+ host. We will surely return.

We cannot rave about this home enough! It is perfectly located in Buckhead! The home is absolutely gorgeous! Originally a hunting lodge built in the 1920s, the owners have lovingly and wonderfully updated the property while keeping the charm of the past. The home has everything you could possibly need for any length stay. We stayed for a month and it was absolutely a dream the entire time. The owners live next door and are amazing people! The grounds are absolutely beautiful including the fire pit area. We enjoyed a fire while watching the beautiful skyline of the city! We will definitely rent this home again in the future when returning to the Atlanta area. Highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a wonderful home to stay in while visiting Atlanta!

I stayed here with girlfriends for a birthday weekend. It was great. We just hung out on the property. The backyard is huge!! The house is in great shape. The only downside is that it's right next to 400, so you can hear it when you go to sleep. BUT, for it being so close to the highway, it's not very loud. The owner is lovely and easy to work with.

The location of the property was perfect for us as our wedding venue was very close in Buckhead. The property and the setting are absolutely beautiful. It is a perfect location if traveling for a wedding or just a getaway. You have all of the conveniences of the city in a throw back remote natural setting. This lovely haven proved to be the perfect spot for our family’s most recent visit with our son who resides in ATL. We couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations and Harriet was a delight to work with. Although we were in the area to participate in celebrating a special family event it would have been wonderful to spend more time in this lovely home. So much nicer than staying in hotel rooms!!!!! We look forward to future visits when the time comes.

We were torn between the mountains and the city and this met both desires! On a hill overlooking the skyline, this modernized old hunting lodge provided the place of rest and peace that our family needed, all while in the middle of everything you could need! Our family is already talking about going back. Shout out to Harriet who was a joy to work with! Highly recommend.
