This cabin was amazing, clean, well stocked, and the perfect size for our family of 5! It's in a great location to everything you want to see in the Black Hills with a little quiet and privacy. I would highly recommend this property to anyone! The hosts are local and easy to communicate with as well!

When we walked into this home, we were greatly impressed with the beauty and cleanliness of the home. The pictures online matched what the home looked like in person.
It was nice that they provided firewood for the fire pit, which we used one night to roast s'mores.
There were adequate towels, washcloths, dish towels, etc.
The setting in the woods was really nice. We had one night where we were able to see the stars. (the other nights, the sky was covered because of smoke blowing down from fires in Canada.) But it was nice not to have light pollution.
We were able to ride our four-wheelers down the road to a dirt road where we saw animals and deer. It was a beautiful tree lined road.
The home was close to Keystone and Mount Rushmore. We ate at Ruby's Inn - really good trout.
It was also close to Hill City where we ate at Alpen Inn (European type cuisine) and Chute Rooster (the best Prime Rib I have ever eaten.)
Our grandsons loved Cosmos. We rented a pontoon boat at Sheridan Lake, drove the Needles Highway, visited the Wax Museum, and of course, Mount Rushmore, to name just a few. We stayed five nights and four full days, and could have used another day or two.
This home was a nice retreat from all the busy days we spent there. It was large enough for the seven of us to spread out in and relax. I highly recommend it.

We found the property as expected and a perfect for our family 7 (ages 6 to 13). Plenty of room for everyone with awesome views in the backyard. The images of the home on the profile do not do it justice - in person, the home is more beautiful. Kitchen were clean and stocked with the pantry basics. Linens for the bathrooms were clean and plenty for our whole family. Instructions for care and condition of home were easy to follow. The home owners were super awesome and can see how they care about this home. We appreciate them! Looking forward to renting this home again in the near future.

This property was perfect for our family for the time we spent traveling the area. We loved after a long day of driving and sightseeing that we could come back and unwind in such a cozy home. The home is fully stocked in cased you would forget something and the decor is very warming and cozy. Mornings were great having coffee on the porch and watching the wildlife travel through in the evenings. Garage is a huge plus especially the day it rained we were dry going into the house after dinner. I highly recommend this place it’s close to Keystone and right off Iron Mountain Road. Thank you to the wonderful hosts for a great time we will tell others looking to travel to stay here in the future!

We had a fabulous stay! The house had everything we needed and then some! The house had plenty of room to spread out for our group of 8. The kitchen was fully appointed and there were several board games for us to enjoy during our downtime. The house is located in a picturesque spot and centrally located to access all of the great activities of the Black Hills area! Despite a major snowstorm during our stay, we were able to enjoy Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, Devil’s Tower, Cave of the Winds National Park, Badlands National Park, and the Minutemen Missile Site. We saw tons of wildlife during our visits to various locations! Great place to vacation!

Beautiful house in a wonderful area. We explored the Badlands, Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, The Mammoth Site, Devil's Tower and Custer State Park. We always made it back to our home away from home for dinner in the well equipped kitchen. The kids loved making smores in the fire and playing frisbee in the expansive backyard. We also enjoyed seeing the deer.

The house was fantastic. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare any type of meal. All of the furnishings were first class, and the beds were very comfortable with nice linens. The pictures are accurate, and the house is beautiful. Can't say enough how nice the house is. Loved seeing the bluebirds, wild turkeys and deer in the yard in the mornings. Also, being able to park in the spacious garage was a nice feature. The owners also supplied some nice toiletries (shampoo/soap) and had a nice welcome basket and card on our arrival. Well done.
The location was also terrific. Only 12 minuets to downtown Keystone (where there is a small grocery store, but it had all the basics and then some). 20 minutes from Mount Rushmore, and right at the Iron Mountain Road (recommend taking it to Mount Rushmore for fantastic views, though a bit longer of a drive than going direct through Keystone). Close to Needles Highway and Custer State Park. We also took day trips to the Badlands and to Devils Tower.
Loved our stay, and highly recommend this house.
