Arrival was tricky, because the wrong code was given in the reservation. we were not able to contact the house and had to contact Vrbo directly. The house promptly called to give the proper code skiing in and skiing out, was quite easy once the trail was found. For those who are not advanced riders skiing down to the lift may be difficult. Overall, the experience was a wonderful one and we would come back.

We had everything we needed for a perfect ski weekend! Easy access to ski everyday down to canyon lodge, plenty of fire wood to stay warm and all necessary appliances for family meals! Would definitely stay again!

This place was amazing!!! Bed situation was little “funky” (short ceilings), but my kids loved it, and there were plenty of beds for everyone!! We all stayed the great living area, and played cards & games all night!! Only difficulty was parking, but that was mainly b/c of how much snow there was. There wasn’t enought room to pull my truck in w/ the 25ft high snow bank on side😂 We were able unload, & park below, & walk up. Then never used our cars again. This condo is one of the highest on mountain!!! YOU WILL NEED 4x4, or chains, or both to get to front of condo in snowy weather!! Take it slow!!! Julianne also explained this in detail! Ski-in /out is awesome, a little hill to climb, but again, Id trade the short hike for the great snow any day!!! Amazing morning views, just an awesome place!

Comfy hideaway right off the hill - you can literally put on your skis and go and ski in to the front door. Lots of beds and room for others - host was friendly and easy to get answers from when needed. Place was a little aged and heat is fireplace only in main room and not walkable (up the hill), but a great place if you plan to stay in for the weekend. Good cooking and kitchen supplies as well.

Wonderful place to stay!
We loved this townhome and will definitely be back. Warm, cozy, well appointed and in an amazing location way up on the mountain. Magical in winter and, I imagine, summer too. We’ll be back!

Mammoth Family Reunion
Our stay in Mammoth was very enjoyable, we had a wonderful time, our hosts did everything to help us, since this was the first time we've done a vacation rental. We would like to stay there again in the future.

Great stay in Mammoth Lakes
Spent three days here after a week backpacking trip on the JMT from Yosemite. The place did not disappoint, great location with some mountain views. We have often stayed in this complex during the winter ski season.

Enjoyed our stay
The condo was comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen especially was well stocked and contained a full compliment of cookware. The only limitation was the size of the garage. Our 3 mountain bikes had to layer in behind our mid-size SUV making it cumbersome getting the car in and out each day. But other than that it's a nice place and Julie as very communicative.

Disappointed
We never received the key code from the owner so left a message at around 4pm (check in time) for the code and explained we would arrive at around 6pm. After never getting a call back, we called upon arrival and were given the code. The owner seemed a little surprised that we were calling. The front door was ajar when we arrived and we got the feeling when we entered that the place had not been cleaned. This was confirmed when we saw the beds did not have clean linens. We immediately called the owner and she said she had already texted a cleaning crew to come out. She was very apologetic and offered a one-night refund. We then had to vacate the premises until around 9:15 when the cleaning crew finished. There was no where to go, as there was not a lot open during Covid, so we took a drive and sat in our car. Very frustrating to drive five hours to arrive to a dirty place, then have to sit in your car again, especially during Covid. Luckily we had disinfectant wipes. The place was cleaned, but there is no way the duvet/pillow shams could have been laundered in the two hours the cleaners were there. We also later noticed feces and/or blood on the side of the toilet tank in the main bathroom. We put a towel over the toilet and used the other bathrooms for the remainder of the stay. The recycle bin was still completely full with plastic bottles. I alerted the owner to these issues after we returned home and never got a response. I then had to contact the owner after almost two weeks for the refund and to receive the $2000 deposit. While she credited me the deposit, I did not receive the refund. I emailed twice more about the refund and have not heard back. I understand that mistakes happen and that she may have forgotten our reservation or to schedule a cleaning, but it is not acceptable to then not get the promised one night refund. I also paid a significant cleaning fee. The owner asks that you squeegee the shower, launder all of the towels, and empty the trash and dishwashers before you leave. I also folded all of the linens that had been left in the dryer by the cleaners. I've never been asked to do this level of cleaning when staying at a VRBO in the past. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. The garage is very small. We have a small car (volvo xc60) and it barely fit. I can't imagine doing that in the winter. The view and location is lovely. The kitchen is well-stocked.

Great Condo
We had a great time at this condo. It is at the top of the hill and has a great view. The one downside was that there was no way my truck would fit in that garage. Not a big deal in the summer as we were able to park in the dirt, but in the winter, we would've been parking down the hill a bit. Also would've been nice to be able to lock the garage with our bikes, but the garage can not be locked.

Lovely view
Looking out over the mountainside, the condo feels to be in the tree tops. Very peaceful. The pool was nice and uncrowded. The condo was a bit warm for a summer visit and some windows lacked screens, but it was well stocked with kitchen items. Not as updated as it could be and not all of the TVs and DVD players were working, but the owner indicated that she only just became aware of the problem. Overall a good visit!

Perfect Condo for a family!
Julianne was very easy to work with and the condo was perfect for our family’s long weekend getaway. The place was clean, comfortable and very well stocked (kitchen had every pot, pan and utensil you could need, new and efficient washer and drier, sheets and towels, large dining table, bbq on the balcony, and beautiful views!).

Ski week
We had a great time at this property. There is a fully stocked kitchen and it is very close to the top of the hill where the ski in-ski out trail begins/ends. Plenty of amenities. We were well aware that you need to be an intermediate or better skier or boarder to go down the closest trail to Canyon Lodge which was no problem and very convenient. Overall a great stay.

Great mountain getaway
We had a wonderful time up in Mammoth. The house was very well stocked with everything we could need. We loved the access to the trails right outside the condo. The location was close to all of the beautiful lakes and town. My only complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom. It was not comfortable, but other than that we had a great stay!

Amazing place!
What a great location and helpful owners. We got in a bit of a bind up here and the owners were very responsive to our texts (nothing to do with the condo!). Only thing to warn is that in AMAZING snow fall conditions, getting to and from via car is very tough... but if you don't need a car then who cares, if ski in ski out is the plan (not for beginners). A bit of a hike...but so worth the effort!!! Very nice place and my kids were very comfy as were myself and friend. Highly recommend. Wonderful place and wonderful owners & management!!

Fantastic amenities and furnishings but be prepared for a heck of a hike out to the ski trails.
The property is very well equipped as far as bedding, towels, kitchenware, etc. and the views are amazing. We absolutely loved the property and we were lucky that it wasn't snowing or the drive up the road to the condo would be very daunting. You are definitely high up! It was really nice to be able to ski in at lunchtime and save a few bucks on lunch on the mountain. It also allowed for everyone to be on their own schedule and come and go as they please instead of having to wait around for the last one off the mountain.
The reason I took off a star is that we were really miffed by the claim that this is a ski in/ski out condo. For sure you can ski in and that part is truly awesome. However, it is not much of a ski out - more of a steep hike out. To get to the advanced Blue Jay run is a bit of a hike and forget trying to ski out via Chickadee - it is a long, steep and exhausting trek. The only way you can avoid the hike out is if you are crazy enough to ski through the very steep terrain down through the trees. They need to come up with another way out of this place that requires a shorter, less strenuous hike. Again, the amenities & surroundings, inside and out, are really great, but honestly I will look at other ski in/ski out options next time as it was just too much for these 50 year-old bones to handle!

Fantastic MLK Weekend Stay!
This is the second year in a row we have stayed at this wonderful mountain home. It was a great respite for our group of 7 after long ski days. There was enough snow, so it was extremely easy to ski in and ski out. We hope to come back next year!

We had a glorious time in Mammoth over the Holiday
We stayed 10 nights and everything we needed to celebrate the Holidays was there. The home is warm and cozy and has enough room to feel comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped as I prepared many meals. The ski in ski out was such a gift of ease. The view is spectacular and we loved being on the mountain. I would stay again. Such a great host.

The property was in fantastic shape, everything worked and was clean and up-to-date.
The property was in fantastic shape, everything worked and was clean and up-to-date. The condo was very comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities needed for several days of hiking. Beautifully appointed kitchen, laundry facilities, comfortable bed etc. the grill outside worked wonderfully as did the microwave dishwasher and stove. Very comfortable and spacious living room with many amenities, TV DVD etc. I will definitely be returning! Julianne was very responsive to my communications and very gracious. I would recommend this to friends and family.
