Attractive and cozy townhome located on the Snowcreek meadow, steps away from #4 Redline Ski Shuttle stop. This townhome has been recently upgraded with beautiful furnishings, new kitchen appliances (Bosch range, dishwasher and microwave), remodeled fireplace and new electronics (50' LCD Flatscreen TV, blue-ray player, surround sound bar). There is room to sleep up to 10 guests. Both master bedroom suites have a private deck from which you can look out onto the pristine meadow and Mammoth Creek meandering by 50 feet away; some of the best views that Snowcreek has to offer. Beyond the meadow are the beautiful Sherwin and Mammoth mountains which set an amazing backdrop to the townhome view. The location provides easy access to everything you'll need: walking distance to restaurants and stores and minutes away from golf courses, Snowcreek Athletic Club and walking, biking & hiking trails. High speed WiFi internet access is provided throughout the condo.

This condo is part of the well-maintained Snowcreek development, which is located within comfortable walking distance of downtown Mammoth Lakes and some very pleasant walking paths, and with a prime view of the surrounding meadow and mountains. The condo was very comfortable for our group of seven adults. The dining table was large enough to seat all of us for meals and games, and the living area was perfect for lounging while watching a movie. The bedrooms were roomy with very comfortable beds. The kitchen includes recently updated major appliances and is well-stocked with utensils and dinnerware. I appreciated the computer desk in the corner nook near the kitchen. And having a washer and dryer within the unit was an absolute plus, allowing us to pack a little lighter. The unit overall was clean and well-maintained, although the bathroom fans are noisy and in need of replacement. We did find that the jacuzzi code as provided was not correct, but Elaine was responsive in obtaining and sending the updated code to us. All-in-all, the condo was an ideal place for our Summer stay.

This condo is wonderful and very spacious. The view of the meadow and mountains is priceless. The only and very slight problem is that all the bathrooms are downstairs. From the loft it is quite a trek to the downstairs toilet. Also, if an older person has trouble climbing stairs, reaching the living room area may be a challenge. All in all, I would rank it as one of my favorite places to stay!

This condo met our needs for a spacious and comfortable place to stay during our five-day visit to Mammoth this month. It is in a great location close to town, with beautiful views of the mountains and meadow. While this unit is showing its age, it did have nice pluses like a well-stocked kitchen, ample towels/linens, and good WiFi.

Condo is fantastic. Lay out is nice for a large group. Supplied well in the kitchen, everything you need. Thermostats in all rooms. Corner unit that looks out over a meadow! Gorgeous. Views! We will be back!!

We had an amazing stay Feb 21-25, 2024 at this condo. The condo fully exceeded our expectations!! Everything was in tact and on perfect working condition. Huge bedrooms!! All 3 bathrooms perfect as well. Huge washer and dryer. Needed to chat with host and had immediate contact with Elaine. Hopefully it is available next time we return to mammoth as we will definitely stay here again.

Checking in was a little bit of a hassle, but the condo was very nice. The only complain was that under the beds there was lots of trash left by former guests, like eggshells, leftover food, trash. But the condo itself and the amenities were great! Plenty of room for everyone.

This is a very clean and well furnished condominium . It is well situated . It was perfectly located for our fishing trip in the Eastern Sierra. The views from the front room are spectacular . This is a stellar choice for exploring the Mammoth Lakes area…

Everything was just fine. Just a couple things to bring up. The propane was empty with the valves left on. Ran out of large trash bags and it seems to have a loose light switch in one of the bath rooms and it tripped the braker. Could be a fire hazard. All in all we had a great time and will do it again next year for sure God willing. Have a nice Holiday.

We stayed June 9-12 2023, during Mammoth’s historic second snow season. The Snowcreek location is perfectly situated far enough from town to get the feel of being in the mountains with the benefit of a short 10 minute walk to the nearest Vons grocery store and Starbucks. The condo had all the amenities we needed, including 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms and an upstairs loft with 3 more beds for the kids. **Please note that if you have elderly/disabled seniors in your group that are unable to navigate stairs without assistance or very small children that need constant supervision, this may not be the best place to rent just due to the fact that there are **many** stairs to access the interior 4-level (3 floor) layout. Elaine was very responsive to my inquiries and was very prompt with her replies. 5-stars for a great rental experience.

The property had beautiful views, great amenities, and very comfortably fit 10 adults for a long weekend of skiing and snowboarding. The location was right on the shuttle line, making it easy to get to and from Mammoth Village. The hosts were very responsive and helped out with all our questions! Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing time. Condo was in the perfect location, with the littles we never had to leave. They had a sledding slope and plenty of snow to play right out front. Elaine was very pleasant to work with and was very responsive. We plan to come again next year.

Loved celebrating New Years in Snowcreek in this condo. It was great for 2 families with the double masters. We have been going to Mammoth for over 35 years… We’ve stayed at various places and this one rates in our top for sure. Perfect for my husband and I and our adult children and their spouses along with our youngest adult child who enjoyed the loft. Spacious, clean, fully stocked kitchen and great appliances and location location location!! We will definitely be contacting Elaine and Scott to try and get this property again for our family vacation in 2023!!

The property is quiet and very well kept. Plenty of parking, trolley access only steps away. A great view from the master bedrooms, deck and upstairs balcony. The condo is on the end, so only one adjoining wall. It was a busy weekend and didn’t get to enjoy property and it’s amenities as much as we would like. We would definitely stay here again!

I was pleased with the kitchen, lots of cookware, utensils, etc. loved the new appliances. This older unit needs TLC. A paint refresh would help. Our main negative is there was only 8 towels, even less washcloths and hand towels. For a weeks stay, we had to launder each day. Boooo! Only 2 tea towels in kitchen and not enough trash bags for a week. 2 bedroom windows had no screens, which we needed because of heat in August. Bath mats for shower would be a plus! There were also mice.

Nice clean place that suited 3 families. I really like the large dining table that was enough for 8-10 people. Location is good, you’re right in town for food, groceries, shopping. A few minor item that could use improvement: No Keurig machine. There is an old skool coffee maker. The refrigerator wasn’t as cold as it should be. We had to put drinks in the freezer (which didn’t freeze) to keep them cool. This was reported to management, they will get it fixed. The front door sticks so you have to give it a firm nudge to open the door once you hear the keyless locking mechanism unlock the door. First time it took us 10 attempts to get in. We hear the lock open. The light turns green. But the door wouldn’t open. Funny now, frustrating holding your bags trying to get in. All in all, definitely a good place. I would definitely booked this place again.

Love it here. Everything was well kept up and just thankful that we found this place a few years ago. We are all over 76, the stairs our a little much so we take our time. We did buy you a new can opener. That one you had just wasn't doing the job. See ya next year God willing Just Joe
