Perfect location to everything.

My family of 4 stayed at Powder Ridge for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. Everything was exactly how it was described online. We cooked all our meals at the Condo and there were plenty of appliances and cooking accessories for all our meals. The propane bar-b-que on the 2nd story porch worked out perfect with plenty of room and a nice view of the stars. Parking was ample as we were staying during the off season, and we were the only tenants in the section of the complex. There was plenty of room to relax after our day trip excursions to Mono Lake and the surrounding areas. Overall a great place to stay and will look to stay again when we're in town the next time.

The host are communicative and detailed in regards to our stay. The property is described as listed and walking distance to canyon lodge, eagle lodge, and plenty of restaurants! We will definitely book this property if available.

The chemical solution that is used to clean up that property is either one of the cheapest one OR it just has extremely strong smell.
We liked location and area, but property is not as good as it shows on pictures. A lot of things are very dated(beds, couches). Also all the linens are pretty dated and washing solution that is used to wash them has very strong smell.
The hosts are awesome and super friendly and helpful, just keep in mind that those pics are probably taken by someone who knows how to sell properties and make property to look very very good.

It’s like being in your home away from home. There was enough room and more for our family. First time for this type of rental did not disappoint. Gracious host.

From the beginning to the end, this was a memorable stay with zero issues at this property. The owners are particularly accommodating and responsive. I doubt I waited five minutes for a reply from them, when I had a question. This is a beautiful property and is exactly as described. I would stay here again and I would recommend both the property and the owners. Everything about our stay here exceeded our expectations!

Awesome location
This place is perfect for larger groups, and is located walking distance from the village, which is good for the nightlife or just tromping around. The large couch portion of the fold out bed needs a little love, as the vinyl is peeling quite a bit. The washer makes some pretty gnarly noise, but still works just fine. Don’t be alarmed. The spa, sauna, size, and location out weigh those two small issues. The movie selection is impeccable as well. A lil larger water heater would be nice, but hey just plan out the showers accordingly.

Nice Stay
The place is spacious and close to village. It has three full bedrooms and large gathering area on second floor. Rustic/mountain feel throughout, which fits into surrounding area. Has all amenities, including sleds, humidifiers, etc...Carlos is very responsive and attentive. Will return!

Overall good, could use some TLC, beds were comfortable
We enjoyed the condo and location. There were no problems with the facility. A note for the owner: the liquor cabinet was unlocked.

Excellent
This property was ideal for my family. There was snow right outside the door where the kids could play and it was very close to The Village. Carlos was very nice and quick to respond to any emails. It was the perfect home away from home!

Nice Cozy Home Stay
Was a nice cozy home stay, everything was great and all amenities were provided. However staying with a lot of people increased the rate of hot water running out for the showers. Other than that everything was great.

Lovely 3 bedroom condo
Carlos (owner) was awesome - very responsive to texts/emails when I had questions. Condo was close to the village/gondola to the main lodge. Clean - plenty of towels/extra bedding - only negative was some of the kitchen cupboards didn't close - I would come back here when I come back to mammoth!! Thank you Carlos for being a gracious host!

Carlos was great to work with!
We really appreciated all of the communication we received before we even arrived at the property. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. Condo was perfect for our family of 7 plus an infant. The only issues we had were running out of hot water after only 2 showers and trying to heat all rooms consistently using the wood burning stove.

Great Condo and Location!
We stayed here Presidents Day Weekend. The location is a short walk to the village, which has restaurants, the gondola and bus stops. The house stayed nice and toasty using the fireplace, even though it was in the 20s-30s all weekend. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs, which stayed warm overnight using the heaters provided. The bedroom upstairs has an attached bathroom and a bunk bed that has double mattresses on top and bottom, which worked out well for my kids. The balcony had nice views of the snow and trees. This condo is definitely recommended!

5 stars all the way. Cozy, lots of dishes to cook, heaters, fans..you name it.
The place had everything and more! Definitely coming back! Close to the gondola and village. Jacuzzi was amazing!

MLK weekend 2017.
6 friends from all of the US got together for some fun skiing time. Huge snow storms closed MMH airport, impaired roads, some ski slopes. Neverless we drove in from LAX and had an unforgettable 3 days of full sunshine, powder and slopes - crowded on Sat, less so on Sun and empty on Monday. I ski for 20+ years in Europe/USA and this was one of the best skiing EVER!
Condo helped as it is close to the Main Lodge, spacial, clean, well heated.Large kitchen with plenty of cooking utensills, condiments, fire place. Had couple of late teens with us - had their bunk bedroom upstairs - perfect setting.

Great Host, Pleasant Location
Enjoyed our stay, Carlos was awesome. Nice condo, it did get a little chilly downstairs but the wood stove upstairs was great!

Rustic warm condo, minutes from the Villiage!
Wonderful home away from home, warm rustic rooms, two good size bedrooms with their own bathrooms downstairs & 1 bedroom & bath upstairs. Living area & kitchen upstairs. Unit worked out really well for our family of 7, including our 14 month old grandson. Owner Carlos was great to work with, we look forward to staying here again!

Nice Unit and Great Owner!!
We had a great time at this Condo. There were 8 of us (4 adults, 4 kids) and there was plenty of room for all of us. The condo had tons of amenities including movies, DVD/Blu-Ray players, extra dishes, towels, Barbecue, etc... It's located in a great place that is very convenient to everything in Mammoth. Carlos was excellent to work with as he was extremely responsive and also provided a document with a ton of recommendations on food, hiking, lakes and everything else that could be needed. I definitely highly recommend this rental!!

I stayed here for 2 nights the third week of March. The condo is conveniently located close to town and the mountain. The condo was perfect for my group of 3 couples, especially having 3 bathrooms. The bedrooms were all comfortable with nice bedding and privacy. The stove really warms up the condo nicely, we hardly used the electric heaters in the bedrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you may need for making meals after a day on the mountain. The condo has nice flat screens throughout with more channels and movies that anyone could have time for.
My only feedback would be to provide more paper towels and we couldn't find the broom. The hot tub also wasn't as warm as we expected.
I certainly recommend this place to families or couples who are looking to explore the area or hit the slopes. My group looks forward to returning in the future. Thanks Carlos!

Had a great time. Carlos is very easy to work with and very accommodating. His response time with any questions we had was very prompt. The condo was warm and inviting. It had all the amenities we could have expected and more. It really felt like we were at home. We will definitely be booking this place again for the summer time. Our thanks to Carlos and his family for making our experience smooth and enjoyable.

Definitely a 5 stars! Very comfortable, clean and accessible, close to the village and can easily accommodate 6-8 people. Absolutely recommend and we're already planning our next vacation there. Owner very nice, always available and helpful at all times. Stayed with another couple and the kids. Went skiing for a week on January.

Very nice place with plenty of room. Very clean and well equipped. Lots of big screen TVs and wifi. Walking distance to the village, but a bit far to carry skis. Otherwise, very convenient. Hot tub was great. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!!!
