Host was very prompt in replying via booking.com messages. Gave clear instructions to check-in ourselves. Location was slightly a distance from night market and old town but within 10 mins walking distance. Rooms were spacious and have plenty of power outlets to charge our devices. Aircon were also cool enough. Overall a comfortable stay except when it was raining heavily while we were there so no chance to use the pool and bit of hassle to open and lock 2 gates in heavy rain.
Hassle to open and lock the 2 gates in the heavy rain

Thùy was so accommodating! She allowed us to check in early and she went above and beyond as a host to help us locate a lost item at the airport. She was always contactable and the best host we had the pleasure of dealing with our entire trip. We had the most amazing time at the villa, rooms were large and clean, kitchen well appointed and pool clean and refreshing! The villa is walking distance from the old quarter night markets but nice and quiet location for sleeping.

Central location, lovely pool, very clean, excellent communication, great decor. we were very happy here and plan to stay again in future.
The wifi didn’t work very well upstairs unfortunately.
The kitchen did not have sufficient utensils to cook with so we had to go and buy them. It would be great to have a few basics and enough cutlery for a family.
We were very happy to stay though and these were only small issues, it’s still very worth staying here so don’t let these very small things put you off!

The property was well located and within walking distance to everything. The rooms were spacious and beds were very comfy. Thuy was our host during our stay and she was truely amazing and went above and beyond while we were there, gave us great places to eat and visit. The pool a was great to come back after a long day site seeing and have a dip. The place was very clean and would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Hoi An.
Nothing.

Spacious and beautiful property, very close to the old town. So clean and beautifully kept. Our host was brilliant with communication and the friendly lady who cleaned did a wonderful job and always had a smile!
Nothing. Great property, which had everything we needed. A few more cups would be great

Everything was amazing. The location is just a short walk away from the start of the old town but still quiet. The communication from the team was great.
Loved the pool and the use of the bikes mare it easy to get to the beach.

It was a really cute villa with a beautiful pool we all enjoyed. The beds were big and comfortable and the space so clean. The best thing were the owners- they were so lovely and caring. We arrived in a typhoon and it was my son’s birthday and they ran out and got him a cake during the pouring rain!! They had food stored for us, then we lost power during the typhoon, so they picked us up and took us to another hotel to make sure we were safe and comfortable. They also fed us the next day. Their kindness was unforgettable.

It's juts like home, everything, from the house's design, facilities, especially the owner's hospitality & the housekeeper's service.

Great location with a private pool. Love it.

Had a small pool (although too cold to swim in it sadly), lovely big comfy beds. Two bathrooms and bedrooms. Comes with free bikes. Fresh water and fruit daily.
Only negative was that it’s in a very busy area. If you can’t sleep with noise then I don’t suggest staying here. Scooters and horns constant and also karaoke loving neighbours nearby (they did karaoke 2 nights while we were visiting and it was rather painful and so loud).
