Najbardziej podobało nam się, że wszyscy w hotelu byli mili i życzliwi. Ludzie pomocni i uśmiechnięci. Lokalizacja blisko stacji kolejowej s Lucia i dość blisko dworca autobusowego Piazzale Roma. Doskonała bazą wypadową na zwiedzanie Wenecji. Uliczka w której znajduje się hotel jest lekko schowana i spokojna jednak 50m dalej już zaczynają się ruchliwe uliczki z restauracjami.

W łazience była uszkodzona deska sedesowa

Posizione centrale a 4 min a piedi dalla stazione Una buona soluzione (trovata tra le più economiche 150€/notte XD ) Rapporto posizione prezzi è eccellente Bella vista delle camere sul verde della villa difronte

Andrebbe leggermente ristrutturato anche solo per migliorare l’aspetto complessivo delle stanze e dei bagni, avere una presa di corrente vicino al letto sarebbe ottimale

Really enjoyed the splendid lake view.

There was a beautiful view of Lake Konstanz just out the window.

We arrived in a rain storm and there was no one at the Hotel to let us in. I have no cell phone, so this was a problem as I couldn't call and had to find a neighbor who could contact the owner. So, be sure to call ahead to make sure they are here to let you in. We were provided with a code to get in the door and pick up the key. It was unsettling to have no human contact with anyone at the hotel until the next day I met one person who came to settle accounts.

I did not have breakfast. Location is fantastic between train station and water bus to airport. Everything worked including air conditioning and it is very clean and staff are warm, friendly and helpful.

Very good hotel if you are looking for convenience and value for money.

The hotel is in excellent location, just few min walk on plain road, from the central station, no bridges or stairs along the way so not difficult if you have heavy luggage. Their breakfast is okay, cute :) as it is personally served to you, fresh croissant with jams and some cereals, fruit yogurt and coffee. The room has a good space and storage, with comfortable bed too.

Our room on ground floor has bad odor coming out of the toilet, probably since the area is within canals, sewage and piping management tend to be faulty.

Exceptional

I liked everything, it's very well located about 5 minutes from the Venezia Santa Lucia train station with a good supermarket and good options of restaurants nearby. My room was on the first floor with a comfortable double bed, Aircon, TV and good shower. It was clean and neat. Breakfast was simple but it fulfilled my expectations and needs. Very welcoming and polite receptionist, Alessandra. I recommend it and would come back another time.

Perfect location.

Perfect location if you dont want to struggle walking through Venice with luggage both when arriving with train or taking water boat from airport. Clean, good airconditioning.

Good hotel when you need quick train station access

I enjoyed my stay here. It's right next to the train station and vaporetto stops. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

The place is 5 minutes walking from the train station. The breakfast was great for the price, and the staff was friendly.

Good value, IF YOU KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT

Great location, great staff. Room was clean and tidy. Good amount of space.and the AC worked ok. The bathroom was nice and clean. Shower stall was about as expected for Europe. If you are a bigger person(6ft or more and 215# or more) it will be a tight fit. Bed was comfortable and standard.

Walls were paper thin. Could hear everything and people talking at what I assume is normal level kept us up late at night. Staff coming in changing shifts disturbed us. I don't think they were being loud, just could hear everything like they were in the room. Neighbors phone would vibrate and we'd think one of ours went off!

Very close to the train station, no need to cross any bridge with your luggage. Staff was very friendly.

The walls are paper thin. One night our neigbour was calling till 11h30 pm, it was aweful.
