A refaire

Appartement très propre, belle surface et belle décoration. Accès autonome via l’application dédiée. Réactivité du personnel et mise à disposition du linge de lit, de toilette ainsi que du lit bébé gratuitement. Proximité à pied des lieux touristiques (place St Marc…). Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages à l’hôtel qui gère les appartements, très pratique. Merci !

Les nuits un bruit venant de l’extérieur peut être dérangeant (une chaudière? Une clim? Autre?)

Great apts & great location

Location great & room clean.Had a probelm with my phone data, could not get any wiffi. So rang hotel & they kindly gave me the wiffi & code, to use, as we were staying, to get my room key online. Would dego stay at this apartment again.

The toilet cistern seemed not to turn off most times, so water constantly going, so noisy. The room was very hot, air con was on, but asked not to turn up, would be better, if left a fan too use. But would not put me off going here again, but maybe not for me in summer mths.

Disappointingly incorrect description, is not a one bedROOM apartment

Location great. Room clean, well presented.

One-bedroom apartment, turned out to be one bed in a room. That's called a Studio. Paid rate for standard one-bedroom apartment and was disappointed to find it was just a bed in an open plan kitchen diner sofa area. Room was dark as windows not much light gets in so need electric light on even during day. Bed and sofa stylish but creaky and not comfortable.

Superb

Very clean and tidy. We had apartment number 107 which is at the top floor with a view onto the canal. This apartment was actually on two levels so the master bedroom was on the upper level than the kitchen and the other room which has sofa bed. The connection stairs was internal. The master bedroom has ensuite and there was another bathroom downstairs near the kitchen and the other sofa bedroom. The room we got was the one shown with the blue bed covers. Obviously I can't comment on the other rooms and what views you get. Walking distance to St Mark and Realito. Near the supermarket. Good pizza and breakfast at Farini, seafood at Gislon. The photos were just before leaving, the bed was untidy, but just to show you which apartment. We have found it as shown on the photo on advert.

good location. nice apartment. a minor touch would have improved the overall experience. will still recommend!

Plush apartment. Good location and in a quiet area. We were given a very big loft/room and one decent size room. Two bathrooms and a dining area/kitchen. Generous space for Venice for sure!

Kitchen facilities below average for such a nice apartment. Some of the bathroom lights not working which takes away the ‘luxury’ side of otherwise a nice apartment.

Great spacious apartment and location

The property was really nicely decorated with a great location. The rooms were really spacious and came with lovely kitchens with everything you need

It was a little used but that doesn’t take away from the fact that it was lovely and very clean

Spacious apartment

Spacious, well appointed apartment. Hosts communicated the entrance codes before arrival. We never met the hosts which was a shame and there wasn't much information for guests about Venice. It was very comfortable and clean place though.
