Good location for us for getting to Easton grange wedding venue. Clean and comfortable
The properties/rooms weren’t very well labelled so we had to ask someone else staying where our room was.

Good shower and kitchen.
Duvet needed refreshing and pillow protectors needed laundering.

bed was comfortable. apartment was clean
Disappointed that there were no complimentary tea and coffee making items. Kettle present, but no tea coffee or milk.
There was a very bright light outside the apartment window and poor curtains so very bright with lights out.

Wow! The apartment was so lovely. Extremely clean. Everything in the apartment is of top quality. Excellent place and very quiet. We lovely the place. I would really recommend it 👌❤️
That there is no reception. But there was instructions on how to get in the apartment, which we struggled to understand a bit but got to it in the end.

It was clean and comfortable. Only really suitable for a one night stay.
A few basics like milk and coffee/tea would have been nice. The property was right next to a dog pound so we could not have the window or door open. The surroundings were not particularly picturesque and we didn't want to spend much time there apart from sleeping.

It was really nice and cosy.. away from the central busy life.. it was just nice and quiet..
Not proper food places lol

That it was available and dog friendly
The paper thin walls so we could hear everything both sides of us.
Very close to a noisy dog kennel.
Builders working on a Saturday morning and playing a radio at full volume.

The key safe was wide open on arrival ! The apartment had everything you would need for a short stay , the shower was hot and the bed was comfortable but a little small, there was a hairdryer. Patio doors were nice but overlooked building site. It was easy to get to attractions in the area. Rendlesham Forest was lovely as was Framlingham, Woodbridge, Aldeburgh, Snape, Ipswich , Pin Mill. Lovely posh restaurant - Crown at Ufford . Nice Co-op shop in Wickham Market.
I booked this apartment because there was a Pub 1/2 mile away and it had a lovely field at the back to exercise our Dog, when we arrived we discovered the Pub had closed down end of July and the field was now a building site. The oven is a combi microwave / oven and instructions are quite complicated. The floors were not very clean, our socks were filthy after walking on them.

clean modern comfortable. good facilities and quality of furnishings
didn’t dislike anything really. some suggestions for improvement - could have done with bigger bread board/chopping board. tv was ok but too small and sound not brilliant. some large place mats would be good and more glasses/tumblers and beakers. they were a bit odd! blackout curtains would be good too. oh and sorry to say we were disturbed by dogs barking in adjoining room and the next door kennels. sorry don’t mean to sound complaining we did like the place and it suited us well.

Great location for us. Received phone call to say we could get into the accommodation before the 4pm access time. Clear instructions in the apartment. Free use of washing machine in communal block (would have benefitted from instructions!!).
Some noise from kennels across the road, but not intrusive.

Great for short stop over, basic accommodation. It’s DIY bed and breakfast
Remote, note great taxi service, few amenities - car necessary.

Great location, very peaceful and a fantastic pub about 3 miles away .
The only thing was it would have been nice to have a blind in bedroom because light shone in , there were curtains in bedroom but not quite thick enough to keep light out even through the lights went off at 12.am

The bed was lush. The shower was great with under floor heating throughout. The view from my patio doors was the best. Big bit of grass eith a massive tree at the end .plenty of birds and other wildlife to watch and feed. Entry was easy peasy
There was a dog kennel over the road and unfortunately as a light sleeper, i was woken up each morning at 7am by them barking and howling. Which also you hear most of the day if your chilling in the appartment. There wasnt anything to clean the toilet pan while i stayed for 4 nights . I had tobuse the fairy liquid i had. And shampoo/conditioner wouldnt have gone a miss.

Good parking and nice to have the green grass at back for dog to run around in. Sofa and bed were comfortable. Shower was hot.
The place was grubby, bins not emptied, floors not washed. The place was tired and many things needed fixing/replacing. Heating did not work in the bedroom. The TV kept dropping signal and going off.

Plenty of hot water and well heated. Good shower. Good parking. Easy entry.
Could have been cleaner, several cobwebs. No washing machine. Bit smaller than expected.

No side plates. No blind at bathroom window.

Nice bright apartment
The property doesn't have a microwave. With this addition it would have 10 out of 10

The property was clean and comfortable. All the necessities were provided.
Staff always available to help.
Brilliant nights sleep, a wonderful stay!
Some mould in the bathroom. Could do with blinds in the bedroom to ensure privacy as the curtains have to be shut all of the time to prevent people from looking in.

Lovely little cottage, very clean and had everything we needed.
The one we stayed in was a lot smaller than it looked in the pictures. I would also say it was slightly overpriced considering the size.

Location was convenient for Suffolk coast & surrounding area. Short walk to Wickham Market for food shop. Compact studio apartment. View of the pond & trees was pleasant.
Cleanliness could have been better. Freeview channels connection was poor.
