Great location, large car park, check in was easy and had the bonus of the pub next door.

Great value for money - Does what is says on the Tin for the price.
Pub next door and a garage over the road for snacks
Nothing

Fantastic staff, very clean and tidy and just like it's advertised. Great value for money. The beds are amazing.
Nothing . Everything was perfect
3.8
Staff very helpful, food was great
3.8
The park outside was good for children. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Not very clean, had to move rooms after first night. Hotel staff were very helpful and changed with no issues. Hotel very dated, smelt of smoke in the corridors. Beds very dated.
3.8
Well furnished, clean and family friendly as I have. Toddler
3.8
Brilliant to be opposite Costa and Morrisons so could get supplies. Very close to ucla footy arena
3.8
Good location for being near Blackpool with friendly staff and next to the pub for evening stuff and a little morrisons over the road.
Water pressure could've been better.

We came as a group for a junior football tournament. Location was perfect. The room was dated (especially bathroom) but it was very clean & beds were really comfortable. So a great stay. Will defo be returning when back for the football next year.
Shower could do with changing but hey it worked! & was clean. So for the price it was fine
3.8
Hotel clean
Staff plwasenr and helpful
Food was excellent and very well priced
Nothing really if anything I am partially sighted and the walk from hotel to the bar for food the car park is quite dark maybe put up some floodlights but all in all very good stay
3.8
Extremely comfortable bed, nicely appointed spacious room & effective blackout curtain. Good bathroom & shower. Helpful receptionist.
Excellent cooked breakfast. Very handy having the pub next door
Nothing, really

It the third stay at the hotel so I know what to expect and every time I have had the same conditions no complaints at all
N/A
3.8
Ease of access and parking . Adjoining pub food and drinks good
Sink food water tap did not work toilet would not flush properly (on 2nd day they had a drain team in and the smell of sewerage was awful in the corridor leading to rooms )
3.8
Nothing
Rooms tired and bathrooms awful drainage problem
Dining room scruffy and tables always sticky Evening meal awful all veg cold Had to send back twice
BREAKFAST limited Had to buy my own skimmed milk as could not accommodate and wouldn't even keep in the fridge so Had to leave in car overnight
First morning told we couldn't gave cooked breakfast as they were finishing at 8.40am
After that we just had cereal and toast as we didn't want to get up early as we were on holiday having paid £9 for a full breakfast
Had to change rooms as bath too high and badly bruised my leg getting out after having a shower. I am partially disabled and cannot climb over high things
We were then moved into A what they classed as their
only disabled room which still had a bath but a lot lower
Room had drainage problem and water not going down and toilet nearly o verflowing when flushed
3.8
Good value for money
Pool table in the pub was poor standard and no darts for the dart board. Very minor complaints but as e we only arrived at night for an hour before bed i thought this would be a good way of keeping my son occupied.
3.8
Comfortable beds and clean
No smart tvs in the rooms
3.8
For a place to sleep its OK but definitely nothing special.
Looking tired in places, Shower was pretty awful.
3.8
It was convenient
There was no staff on duty the full time of my stay as a woman travelling on my own this felt unsafe also there was no towels in my room I had had to walk over to the restaurant to ask for everything there was a phone number that never worked when you rang it in the morning I paid for breakfast but when I came over for breakfast I was told it’s finished at 9 I came at 9,10 and I couldn’t order just pick at what was left on the cold table so I said okay but fifteen minutes later I saw a couple being served hot breakfast then the waitress asked me did I want to order something after previously telling me I couldn’t so I said no I’m fine in all a very unpleasant stay
3.8
Convenient & close to my destination
Nothing to add here

The lady at reception was lovely
We where in room 20
A family of 4
Two children ages 2
The room smelt like damp , cold and wasn’t cleaned to a good standard for a family with little children
3.8
Breakfast was good and staff excellent.
The bed was very comfortable
The whole place needs a complete refurb. Everything is very tired, and worn out including the seating in restuarant,( seating is torn.)
The food is good, but seating puts you off of eating any other meals but breakfast.
3.8
Bed very comfortable.
Black out curtains meant for a very good night's sleep.
Furniture is old and looking very tired
3.8
Room 18 ground floor top window was broken And would not lock - one push with handle up or down and the window opened . Told staff whose response was well it closes no one’s going to get in that way !!! The window was also infested with ladybugs nicest of the bugs but could’ve t open the window as they were all coming g in for a warm welcome evicted 10 of them
3.8
Bed comfortable and clean bedding
Dated.

Rooms were clean and bed comfortable, and spacious. Lunch was good.
Breakfast was terrible. There were 9 of us and we were cramped on a table. We ordered our breakfasts which 5 times came out wrong and had to go back. Bacon was 'dirty ' i.e. cooked in a dirty pan, sausage was overdone and beans were cold. Items missing of one breakfast and other breakfast had items which we asked to remove. Finally 1 guest had an egg allergy and the breakfast came with it on. We are not sure if it was just scraped off and re-served. Appalling service which spoilt the stay.
3.8
Very clean & the team at the front desk were lovely.
Nothing it was great.
3.8
The bed was one of the most comfortable beds i have ever slept in, and for the first time since covid, the room was made up every morning,
3.8
Room was basic but bathroom was stinking and very dirty the bin hadn't been emptied the shower was the worst shower ever with no pressure there were bottles of soaps and shampoos but these were empty
3.8
It was very clean, comfortable bed & pillows and great onsite car parking.
No one at reception to check me in, rang the number on a reception note to bring someone to help check you in 4 times but nobody answered, had to put my bags back in the car and go to the linked pub next door to get someone to check me in, I asked about getting food from the pub to eat in my room, I waited for the meal & took it to my room only to find it clap cold and left 80% of it, I can never understand that when a meal comes out of a fat fryer it can reach you cold unless it’s just sat there without staff in an empty pub to serve it straight from the chef!
3.8
Very convenient location
Food was great
Enjoyed soaking in the bath
I thought the car park exit straight into a busy duel carriage way with a blind bend was a little hairy. It would be good to have had either a slip road or a separate exit with better visibility
3.8
Good location, hotel staff friendly and helpful
Bar staff poor, on one occasion one told the other to F off in front of a busy bar! At times only one member of staff working behind the bar! No bottles of water to purchase at the bar! Lots of damaged and ripped furniture in the bar!
3.8
I chose to stay at the Lea Gate due to its proximity to Warton Aerodrome due to a customer visit the next morning.
The staff are great and the room is a great size.
The bed was very comfortable and I slept well.
Wifi in the pub was Excellent and also the music was great and created a great evening vibe!
Evening meal and breakfast was great too!
I stayed in room 15, the room had a mouldy smell in the air when entering, even after airing it remained.
The upholstery on the chair in the corner seemed dirty and needed a clean.
The phone reception whilst in the room was non existent, and as the Wifi didn't work you need to go outside to use it.
The smoking waste is right on the door as you enter and as such smokers congregate by the reception so it smells, move it.
The Cloud Wifi didn't work all evening and was very poor, I spent the evening in the pub using its facilities which worked very well.
3.8
Position were hotel was situated, nice size room
Room smelt of damp and looked like blood stains in the bath
3.8
Was good until no food in a hungry horse Tuesday evening
As above
3.8
The bed linen seemed clean and comfortable he bed was relatively comfortable. They acknowledged the issues with the room and gave me a refund.
The bathroom wasn’t clean and the bath needed replacing. I couldn’t bath my children in there. The lock on the bathroom door was broken, the light switch was faulty and the lamps had no shades and one was missing a bulb whilst the power was left turned on (a significant hazard when travelling with 2 children).
3.8
Location to work was key. Other than this, there are not a lot of positives for this hotel. If it wasn't for the services opposite, it would be poor
Room was in a poor state. Smelt of damp, lights out and no natural day like. More often than not, no staff present on the desk. Wi-Fi is none existent. When you do connect, it kicks you off at 30 seconds. Phone signal is also poor so unable to hotspot. Very very poor
