Won't be staying there again.

The hallway was dirty and walls very thin so you could hear what was going on in the next room.Plus the hallway was smelling of weed so people were smoking weed in thier rooms .The room was very small, and the cleanings was horrible, I wanted to take a shower and didn't know where the shower switch was.The wallpaper was dirty and about to fall of the wall,the bathroom was dirty, cold and the shower space was tiny so my partner was struggling to have a shower because it's not suitable for a large person. The breakfast was OK but could've done with fresh products like fresh croissants, there was no hot breakfast option but they could've put an boiled egg available, the staff who was a young girl was not welcoming and looked more like a normal person instead of someone that worked in the hotel.

Not welcoming. Very dirty and walls were thin and you could smell weed in the hallway.

I didn't like that I didn't get to see the staff also my partner had to ask for more towels and pillows plus the staff never come in the room the room was far too small for two people plus no entertainment or bar was available

Disappointing

The windows in the room had to be fought with to open. Only managed one of the 3 in the end. The shower head wasn't connected and just left hanging. The toilet seat lid came off. A very small and low toilet. Pretty cramped room. The small table light had no bulb in it. Very thin pillows and small towels. Small desk fan which didn't do much

The location was perfect

The hotel was not clean the room was dirty the pillows were yellow. Did not feel safe there with my children. The walls were paper thin so could hear the other neighbours arguing during the night. The staff were friendly enough but the owner told us he had just brought the property but the nearby residents had said he had been trying to sell it for months and they had a 0 food rating.

Superb

This hotel is undergoing refurbishment on the outside. Its in a fantastic location with the best new management, everyone was so approachable. Rooms redecorated to a lovely standard and great price. This was my 2nd time visiting and I will defiantly be back.

Staff ok, didn’t give much information on the hotel it’s self, didn’t explain where rooms were on arrival and it’s a maze, didn’t tell us check out time or didn’t explain breakfast for times or prices, someone was stripping the walls in the restaurant on arrival and all the tables where still set up around him, windows need cleaning fly’s in cobwebs, bar was shut when we came back around 10 ish and the whole hotel was in darkness even reception was locked up

Affordable, friendly staff

Ashley the manager was friendly enough. Near the pleasure beach which was good. Not too warm either which we liked. Beds were comfortable enough.

Wi-Fi wasn’t the best (it’s not a big deal) but I was with two children so they like to watch a movie before bed, which they couldn’t! Tv in the room didn’t work, which again kids would have enjoyed to sit while I was getting dressed etc. Needs to be updated with decor, big hole in the bathroom door which was alarming 🫤. Thin pillows which wasn’t great. Would have liked breakfast to be included in the price (£10 for adult, £7.50 per child) we didn’t have the breakfast as my kids wouldn’t have ate a lot so didn’t think it was worth he money.

Sea view was stunning from our window, we had a small room but it was adequate and clean. Sam and the team do a fabulous job and try to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We had a small issue with the hot water which was quickly resolved

Pretty bad!! The place provided a bed to rest our heads at the end of the day - but not great!!

Very disappointed immediately upon arrival. There was a horrible smell throughout the place and the building was very run-down both inside and out. I really should have paid attention to the bad reviews but with a fair number of good reviews, i thought it can't be that bad but it was. The night before we arrived, i found a story online saying that the hotel had received a zero rating for food standards in January 2023 - that helped us to make the decision of steering clear of the breakfast. I can't comment on staff, as the only one i met during our 2 night stay was the nightshift concierge/barman, who was friendly enough, although i heard him tell another guest he'd only been there a couple of weeks. With this being our first time in Blackpool we only really crashed there and if we ever go back we have a better idea of other places to stay now. THE MANAGEMENT HAVE ADDED THEIR OWN COMMENTS IN RESPONSE, WHICH ARE TOTAL LIES!!! 1. THE FOOD REVIEW WAS IN JANUARY 2023!!! 2. THERE WERE NOT MULTIPLE ROOM IN OUR PARTY - OUR PARTY WAS MYSELF AND MY 2 SONS AGED 14 & 17 - WE WERE PROVIDED 1 X FAMILY ROOM - ROOM 33 TO BE PRECISE!!! 3. WE DID NOT TRY TO LEAVE WITHOUT PAYING AT ALL. WE PAID FULL BALANCE UPON ARRIVAL!! 4. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE EMBARRASSMENT LIES ARE!!

lovely and clean, friendly staff and the breakfast was excellent.

little further away from piers than expected. also felt uncomfortable and couldn’t have drinks on the evening downstairs as there as a 5 person drunk group of away fans that had come for the football who kept swearing and shouting I know it’s not the staffs fault.

Close it down!!!! 😠😠😠

Nothing at all it was the worst place I've ever been to, very dirty mouldy damp freezing disgusting like a cell staff were very unhelpful!! Stay away everyone!! I'm still angry now at the way we was treated and how a manager gets away with doing this to people, wish I'd have read all the other bad reviews first before I booked 😩😩

Everything!! Place wants shutting down they took money off us straight away before we realised it was a dump, still waiting for a refund, the manager lied and wouldn't give us a penny back!!
