The B&B was so quaint and comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious consisting of local pastries! Would definitely visit again and highly recommend!

The room was clean. but it's important to note that this is not a hotel; it's a private home that has set aside rooms for guests. I could hear people walking on the second floor and the water tank from the adjacent room. The attitude of the staff left much to be desired; they were not very friendly. The breakfast provided consisted only of bread and coffee. Also they asked me for extra charge for changing the towels everyday!!!! According to international standard for Hotels it should be change everyday without any excuse.

Room was really lovely and clean and there is a great courtyard to sit in the shade and take a breather from the City. Lots of the communication was by WhatsApp which was very easy and the staff I met were kind and helpful.

Easy check in - room was ready a little early. Spacious room with kettle, small fridge stocked with water, storage, good sized bathroom. Great shower. Good communication. Located in a neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants around. Generally quiet. Great outdoor space though it was over 100 so I didn't use it. Wifi worked perfectly. Easy to get places with buses or metro (7 min walk)
Bed was softer than I like. One night some people came in and were loud at 12:30 am.

Excellent staff and customer service. We arrived in the middle of a storm and there was a lot of rain. The staff helped us bring in and carry our luggage upstairs. The rooms are super comfortable and quiet, with window views of the street in a charming neighborhood. The beds and mattresses are good quality, same goes for pillows and blankets. And the breakfast was buffet-style, with a ton of options — from espresso to yogurt and sandwiches and fresh fruit. The young woman at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and made us feel at home. Lovely place, we will definitely come here again!

We wanted to stay in a nice, quiet neighborhood within short Metro to tourist area. This place was great. Excellent value and staff during the day were very nice and helpful. A gem of a find if you don't want to stay in a crowded center and save. The room was very comfortable. All we needed.
Nothing. All good.

Great breakfast, clean rooms, kind staff.
The double bed has 2 pieces, so it was a little uncomfortable.

Very clean and comfortable room. We got there pretty late, so the self check in was extremely helpful and easy. The two receptionists we met during our stay were always nice. Totally worth staying here!
The breakfast spread could use a little more variety. Besides the toast, prosciutto and sliced cheese, there were only sweet options for the 3 days we were there (croissants, cereal, flavored yogurt, lemon cake, etc). Still a decent breakfast though!

The staff was very pleasant and helpful! we came after office hour operation and could still get into our rooms easily. It is 5 minutes walking to the closest metro stop and 10 minutes to the colosseum. The AC was working and the room was very nice with a good shower and comfy bed. The breakfast was good.
Carrying the suitcase up the stairs was tough but not much to change about that.
