Estamos muy contentas y agradecidas con los jóvenes en la recepción, muy atentos y servíciales, 10 /10 al segundo día pedimos cambiar de habitación y nos ayudaron cordialmente con la petición.
En general la limpieza es pésima , el baño inundado y sucio , las cobijas con mal olor y el piso sucio , la terraza igual muy sucia con colchones !
En otros lugares he tenido la oportunidad de estar separada de los hombres , y al llegar me impacto que en la habitación solo eran hombres y estábamos compartiendo habitación con ellos y es un poco incómodo

o lugar é bem limpo e organizado. o recepcionista (talvez meio asiático) é uma graça, fala bem inglês e é muito gentil. quarto confortável, local bem localizado e bem seguro, indico pra todos.
tinha apenas 2 banheiros pra mais de 20 pessoas, entao foi bem complicado pra utilizar, pois sempre tinha alguém. a beliche nao tem escada, entao tive que fazer algumas manobras pra subir na cama.

Staff were okay.
I booked here for 1 night however with 12 hours of my arrival I was told thed moved me to a different hostel just down the road. This hostel was awful broken floor tiles, no lock for each room only 12 lockers to store proper bags for the entire hostel. Top bunks have no ladders so I had to use a chair to get up and there is one singular toilet / shower in the entire building.

io avevo paura di fare doccia lì perché era sporca, non c’era nessun posto da
lasciare i bagagli perciò dovevo portarli con me sempre (meno male avevo solo uno zaino su cui dormivo). di sera c’erano dei tipi strani che hanno preso la mia coperta quando io non c’ero. il personale non parla italiano, però c’era scritto che lo parlavano. mi hanno detto a comprare la serratura per poter lasciare il mio zaino nell’armadietto. non rispondono mai né in whatsapp né al telefono quando gli chiamo o scrivo. e la cosa che non mi è piaciuta di più era che mi hanno trasferito dall’ostello Villa Luzzatti a un altro vicino, però grazie che mi avevano avvisato un giorno prima del mio arrivo

Staff were very friendly and very helpful
It was honestly dirty, everywhere. The photos are not up to date, and even after your check in time the bed that’s meant to be yours won’t be clean…however you can leave your bags there (unsecured and just sitting in the hallway where everyone passes through). The bathroom was the worst of it, the rooms with ensuites smell like bad plumbing and the bathrooms themselves are filthy, there is a cleaning log on the back of the door that hadn’t been completed for about five days when I was there. The hostel itself is never locked, which for security reasons made me quite uncomfortable.

Una struttura di merda , mi hanno dato un letto difettoso alla fine ho dovuto cambiare la struttura perché non potevo dormire lì , nelle stanze non ci sono aera condizionata , usano ventilatore però di vecchia merca , le stanze non sono aerata veramente di merda , una struttura da chiudere fatto schifo, no mi hanno rimborsato soldi , ho pagato per 2 giorni alla fine sono andato via . No tienen habitaciones femeninas y la ducha del baño estaba sucia y rota. El colchón parecía incómodo y de dudosa limpieza de sábanas .. La ventana del baño da al patio donde ingresa la gente por lo que no hay mucha intimidad.

No tiene desayuno, el wifi funciona mal, es carisimo, el personal es maleducado, no hay presión de agua caliente. Lo mínimo que estoy pidiendo es agua caliente y ni eso. Me cambiaron de habitación sin aviso previo. Una falta total de respeto.

No me gustó el único, baño que tenían, el personal era antipático, la pieza que me tocó era muy estrecha , había un olor raro . El baño era sucio , no había gel para bañarse , el agua era fría.

Near City Center
We did not stay in the Address stated on the Hostel, they sent us to different Hostel where Men who work in Rome stay and live. Bathroom was so disgusting and lights are not working, no heaters, they don’t change bed sheets and comforters. There’s no socket to charge your phone, no lockers to leave your hand luggage, it was not safe, it was cold and terrifying! I want a refund!

Solo la receptionist gentile.
Abbiamo prenotato un dormitorio da 4 pagando di più e ci è stata data una camera da 8. Luogo tutt’altro che accogliente, non ci si sente per niente a proprio agio e si percepiva una continua sensazione di inquietudine, tant’è che non abbiamo fatto neanche una notte delle due notti che avevamo prenotato. In seguito abbiamo provato a contattare la struttura per avere almeno un rimborso sulla differenza del prezzo tra il dormitorio da 4 e quello da 8 e ovviamente nessuna risposta. Ringrazio lo staff di Booking che ha provveduto a rimborsarci parzialmente. Inoltre dicono ci sia da rispettare una fascia d’età dai 18-35 che non è stata per niente rispettata visto che c’era gente obiettivamente con più di 35 anni. Concludo col consigliare di spendere quella ventina di euro in più per un posto migliore perché qui neanche chi si adatta riesce effettivamente ad adattarsi.

Le gens qui étaient avec nous dans la chambre et c'est déjà pas mal
Autant dire que la liste et longue entre la douche tout sauf propre et pas d'eau chaude, pas de rideau, des gens qui arrivent a 3h du matin en claquant la porte, aucune intimité, pas de casier, pas de quoi manger et j'en passe :) ..... On nous a envoyer sur un autre établissement .

tuvalet ve duş pisti. bunun bir nedeni odaların olduğu iki katta bir katını özel olarak ayırmışlar herkes diğer kattaki tek duş ve klozeti kullanmak zorunda kalıyordu. sıvı sabun yoktu.dolap çok küçük ve yataklar rahatsızdı. hostel yerine temizliği yapılmayan öğrenci evi gibiydi.

Buena conexión WiFi, tiene taquillas en las que hay que llevar un candado propio.
Estancias limpias.
Camas muy ruidosas. No hay aire acondicionado, hay ventilador que es muy molesto por el ruido que emite .
No se puede pagar con tarjeta, solo efectivo.
Las duchas inundan el baño y el grifo pierde agua, por lo que no tiene mucha presión y no hay agua caliente, solo templada.

La pulizia nelle camere è praticamente assente,trovo inoltre disumano che una stanza così piccola venga riempita da ben sei persone.Capisco che si tratta di un ostello ma vivere in tale degrado anche solo per una notte è davvero pesante.

A limpeza da casa de banho tem que ser mesmo melhorada, a banheira nao está em condicoes de ser usada na maioria das vezes, a limpeza tem que feita mais vezes ao dia. O ralo da banheira entupia após os banhos, saiam cabelos por nao ser limpo por dentro. Saia água para o chao a cada banho também. Camas nao muito confortaveis e só uma escada para os 3 beliches do quarto.

Nada, no máximo a localização que não era lá tão ruim, ou era não sei, como estou acostumada a sp que leva uma hora pra tudo, levar 40 min até a Fontana de Trevi de ônibus me pareceu razoável
Praticamente tudo, as fotos não condizem com o local, a porta do banheiro emperra e você fica presa, do aquecedor durante a madrugada sai um vento extremamente gelado por horas, acordei resfriada, o cobertor não cheira a algo que foi lavado recentemente, um nojo, nao existe um depósito de bagagens, apenas um espaço que dá numa escada onde ninguém fica de olho, pra roubarem a sua mala é facinho, o banheiro de uso comum é no segundo andar, então os recepcionistas ficavam entrando e saindo toda hora do quarto que eu estava pra usar o banheiro, não há armários para todos no quarto, e eu paguei por um quarto MIX com terraço, me deram um quarto masculino, mesmo quando saiam homens e chegavam mulheres os recepcionistas colocam mais homens no lugar, que porcaria de quarto mix é esse?? Eu fui educada e simpática como sempre sou, e este é o motivo de me deixarem no pior quarto possível? Foi o quarto 1 no térreo, sem terraço e só com hóspedes homens, um deu em cima de mim e o outro era estranho ficava me encarando, depois se cobria e ficava peidando, olha o nível do lugar e dos hóspedes, isso porque nem vou falar dos homens gigantes que roncavam insuportavelmente. Não tirei fotos, tiramos fotos de lugares que gostamos, foi tão desgostoso que não tinha porque tirar uma foto do local, e so ia pra dormir, quando conseguir eram 3 horas com muito esforço. Porém estou colocando o print da minha reserva mostrando o quarto que reservei.

La ubicacion lo unico que vale la pena del sitio. Uno de los encargados intento solucionarnos los problemas del agua pero como no era el jefe hizo un poco lo que pudo aunque al final no se soluciono.
El personal era muy desagradable. Reservamos una habitacion de seis personas y nos separaron en dos porque asi lo quisieron a pesar de que nos quejamos. Nos dijeron que no podian hacer nada y de que quien llegara el primero cogia las camas que quisieran. El agua caliente no funcionaba en nuestra planta y habia mucha suciedad en todas las estancias. Ademas encontramos muchas aracnidas en el pasillo. Al llegar alli tuvimos que pagar en efectivo la ultima parte (10,50) y les dimos 11 euros y no nos devolvieron los 50 centimos restantes. Las camas no estaban limpias y para taparte solo te dan una colcha que huele a pies. La colcha que cubria el colchon de mi amiga tenia manchas de sangre y nos duchamos con miedo a coger hongos. Le falta higiene.

Es un engaño, una estafa . No te reciben en el alojamiento reservado y te mandan a otro lugar horrible, bulla de la calle, no hay horario de silencio, las puertas y las camas rechinan, lo peor de Roma que me toco experimentar. Se inventan una regla que no está publicada en el aviso y no te reciben y te dicen cancela. Presente mi queja ante booking, pero no hace nada .

La ubicación es relativamente buena, sirve si solo vas a dormir y no esperas mucho.
Me hospede dos noches aquí. En la segunda, al llegar a mi habitación mis cosas estaban en otro lugar y había otra persona ocupando mi cama. Al parecer fue un error, pero esa noche le pasó a dos personas más. Un caos.
Ninguna de las habitaciones tiene llave pero la recepción está 24 hs. Sin embargo, esto lleva a que pasen cosas raras: yo me hospedaba en una habitación compartida femenina con baño privado. Una mañana una mujer que no dormía en esa habitación entró y uso el baño como si nada.
El baño estaba sucio y los desagües no funcionaban bien.
La cocina no es una cocina, solo hay algunas cosas pero no se puede cocinar allí.
Cobran 2 euros por sábanas (solo colocan gratis la sábanas que va sobre el colchón y el cubre almohada)

Måtte betale for å oppbevare sekk etter utsjekk, og innsjekking etter 00 kostet penger. Gjerrig når man allerede har betalt for mye for å ikke få lås til rommet engang.

A causa della tarda ora, l’hotel che era stato prenotato per tre giorni è stato cancellato senza alcun motivo, i commercianti hanno dichiarato di non avere nessuna camera libera mentre i software mostravano posti vuoti, e chi ha vissuto l’esperienza del viaggio per strada ha avuto, proprio a causa di commercianti poco numerosi e ingiustificatamente, il panorama di roma che posso apprezzare per tutta la notte!
