The size of the rooms, lovely large comfy bed!Smashing shower! Live music in the Oui Lounge! Friendly reception staff! Lovely breakfast served until 11am plenty of choice and having a 12o'clock check out meant no rushing about to leave!
£56 for a bottle of Shiraz!!!?? And not getting served at the bar at the end of our evening because my husband was so courteous in allowing the people who were before him to be served, then when it was his turn he was told by the barman, sorry I know you were next but I cannot serve you as the bar is now closed!! We were residents in the hotel and normally if you're staying in the hotel you can get served almost anytime (within reason!) the best of it is there were plenty of waiters behind the bar who should have been serving but just decided to pretend they were busy instead! Only moments before this happened we were actually praising this hotel, but unfortunately being treated like this put a damper on things! We actually spoke to a few couples in the morning at breakfast who had the same complaint all about the guys behind the bar in the Oui lounge!

Loved sky bar. Food qui bar good.
Draughty sometimes cold qui bar. Furniture not conducive for a relaxed drink.

Staff were so friendly, best I have ever experienced and I do travel. Hotel was stylish with a quirky twist which I loved. We attended a concert in the Hydro and it was a 2 minute walk which was great. Altogether a good stay.
A good selection for breakfast but the hot buffet was cold and bacon and sausage were undercooked both mornings. 9.30am first morning and 7.30 on second.
We decided to dine on second day for dinner. Food was delicious but was disappointed with the hidden costs. A service charge was included which is fine as I always tip but then we had 20% tax added on to our total bill. 🥺 add it in to the price on menu Radisson as you are misleading people on what they are paying.

Breakfast- the staff overall were exceptionally good, I was situated at the first table on the left at the entrance to the b'fast room and good hear how the staff were explaining the procedure and location of everything which was not only courteous it was also delivered with a comforting sense of humour from all personnel on a Monday morning.
The kitchen provided an amazingly large and beutiful bowl of porridge that kicked off the day for an older Highland gentleman superbl this was followed by a perfect Eggs Benedict.
I did observe some congestion with the layout location for tea and coffee which very easily lead to an unfortunate accident.
The room was spot one with some great 'little touches' and refinements.
In summar 10 out of 10 for my one night stay
Not very much.
Thank you.

Paid for a room upgrade and a big room and comfy bed.
Bar at the roof The staff were excellent. In fact all the staff were excellent
Kettle and coffee machine kept in the wardrobe with no natural table to sit them on when making a cup.

The room was really comfortable and clean, and had the little amenities such as toiletries, a coffee machine, a mini fridge that just elevates a hotel room. There was even a can of beer and a cocktail can left on the side to welcome us. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the man who checked us in (sorry I didn’t get his name) and upgraded us to a Junior Suite at the last minute, and Julie who checked us out, but looked after our bags while we were out for the day and was so helpful.
When I called down to order pizza there was no reply, but this may have been more due to Oui Ktchn restaurant attached to the Radisson.
The light switches were a bit odd, you almost had to use a different sequence each time to get the two side lights to come on - otherwise one would come on and the other would flicker.
When we ate at the restaurant downstairs the food was fine, but prices were extortionate, you really could get the same quality food but at a fraction of the price at Wetherspoons. The breakfasts were good though. Maybe an upgrade of the restaurant would just elevate the whole hotel experience.

The Sky Bar and staff and the beds are huge.
Sometimes at an event there doesn’t seem to be enough staff on

The reception staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Janie needs a special mention. The hotel is cozy and trendy. Huge bathroom and super cozy beds. Extra bed is available. There is a dining table with chairs that makes the room feel like home.
The rooms don’t have ventilation and AC. Bathroom has rain shower, the issue is drainage is not efficient enough to drain water while showering and the water spills out of the shower into toilet area. Will need towels to keep the bathroom clean. Extra bed is not good quality.

Location
The staff were rude!
When partner and I (both females) checked in the boy checking us in reminded us it was a king size room that was booked multiple times and reminded us that it was only one bed in the room and wanted to make sure that was okay? After us telling him that it was fine he then said that the bed was big anyway, very rude and felt so uncomfortable as there was people behind us.
The staff in the restaurant are miserable. The service was shocking and he had to ask for our drinks when the starters arrived. Not once were we asked if everything was alright and it wasn’t. Terrible service. Room wasn’t overly clean either and only had half of a toilet roll in the bathroom. I won’t be back.

So close to the Hydro where we were for a gig that evening. Friendly staff, spacious room, excellent aircon/heating.
In the superior room the extras could have been better. No biscuits, no water, limited tea and coffee.
4.5
All staff were friendly, helpful, welcoming, and always polite, willing to offer advice or just have a friendly discussion. Food and drink was all top quality, well presented and prepared. The location couldn't have been any better for going to the ovo arena.
The view from the top floor bar was fantastic, as was the view from our room. A great view down the river.
The room was very clean with a very comfortable bed, a spacious shower, large TV, and responsive air conditioning. Walls were solid and never heard any noise all night. Great nights sleep.
More milk and coffee for room. Bottle of water in fridge.

Going into the sky after leaving Restaurant downstairs . We were refused alcohol . The manager of the bar said he got a phone call not to serve us as we’ve had too much to drink . Asked for a manager who couldn’t understand why this happened . As he said we were totally fine to have more drinks . And offered us 25% off our night in the bar . We were humiliated by one member of staff in the sky bar lounge who announced we were not to be served any more alcohol in front of the whole bar . We spoke to the 1st manager next morning . He couldn’t apologise enough . I Really would recommend the staff be put through a customer service program

The location was great as we were visiting for the OVO and it was just across the road so short walk.
Arriving at the hotel room the temperature was so uncomfortable, far too hot. This ruined the whole experience for us as it was supposed to be a fun time getting ready before the show at the OVO. Instead we ended up leaving for the show stressed and physically sweating. We did tell reception about this and when we got back it was a more comfortable temperature. However I woke up at 4am far too hot once again and needed to use my inhaler. In future you may want to consider having a fan accessible in the room as the room we had the windows did not open. Although we won't be back.

Lovely hotel, clean and well equipped.
Plastic type carpet in the room was interesting. Not my cup of tea but understood the design aspect.

Loved how near to the hydro the hotel was, the staff were fantastic also the 12pm check out. The staff in the sky bar were amazing even made my daughter a mocktail she was delighted
There wasn't many shops around would be good to have a vending machine for kids for snacks

Great location. Clean. Friendly
I thought the room was lovely however I think the bathroom could have been more homely, felt a but industrial.Didn't like how the shower gel hand-wash etc was placed and products wasn't up to my standards unfortunately.

Room had large corner window with view of ovo hydro and surrounding area, very clean and fresh. Full scottish breakfast cooked to order. Staff exceptional, all friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere in sky bar with singer performing and good selection of cocktails.

Friendly staff, c/park, convenient location and meals available
Room smelt of dog. I have stayed at the Rad on multiple occasions and travel to Glasgow for work fortnightly. Although the room has been ok in the past, a smelly room is unpleasant and unacceptable and has put me off staying there again.

Location is ideal near to SEC. Interior is beautiful.
There is not any gym, spa, swimming g pool etc.

I loved the look and feel of the property it felt very accommodating. I especially loved how friendly the staff were especially Stevie the guy who helped us with breakfast and figuring out what to do. Honestly couldn’t recommend this Radisson red enough

The location & view from the hotel room were excellent. It was close to the Hydro venue which was really good. Very easy to travel to. I thought the decor in the room was very stylish & looked great. Very comfortable bed in the room. The shower was very good plenty of space in it & a very spacious room overall. The bathroom was nice. The Iron board & coffee & tea, kettle was in the room to use which were very useful. The main receptionist offered to phone me a taxi to the train stain on leaving which was really good. The Sky Lounge had amazing views. Very nice bar area. The staff members in the restaurant during the breakfast shift were very pleasant & helpful. Easy check in & quick check out. My room was ready earlier than the check-in time. So i was able to go to my room straight away with no hanging around which i was happy about. I'm very satisfied with this hotel & i enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this hotel to my family & friend's.
My only criticism was the bacon in my cooked breakfast was too tough to eat. Although the cooked breakfast did arrive quickly & was very hot.
4.5
Room was decent size with a nice big window overlooking the river. Facilities were good the bonus being a small fridge which a lot of hotel rooms never seem to have. Was close to the OVO for a gig we were going to. Staff were very pleasant & accommodating. Overall very pleased with the hotel & would definitely come back.

Helpful staff. We chose the Radisson Red based on previous recommendations and also the theme of the hotel fitted perfectly with the theme of my daughter’s wedding. We viewed the hotel three weeks before and the staff, especially Amy, went out their way to arrange our rooms to be on the same floor. Sometimes the little things people do make your day! Thank you.

Good location, lovely interior and great roof bar
Already tired. Chipped furniture (room 419) bathroom wasn’t as clean as it could have been. Shower attachment cover had come away from the tiling and frankly was unsafe.
