Excellent location, rooms clean and comfy, bathroom/shower all very good size. Choice at breakfast was excellent especially the freshly made omelettes cooked in front of you with selection of fillings. 😋
Our rooms were to the back and side of the hotel, which meant trains were rather noisy especially early morning.
Car parking arrangements not explained properly by reception staff so first night ended up paying approx £26 !! Once explained correctly parking was only £7.50
Staffs attitude to mistake was that’s tough nothing we can do 😏… not that I was expecting a full refund, but would have thought a free coffee/tea/drink to say sorry would have made for better customer relations.

맛있는 아침식사와 호텔룸 내 네스프레소 머신이 있어서 커피를 즐겼습니다. 어메니티가 다 깨끗하고 룸도 넓고 조용해서 편안하게 쉴 수 있었습니다.

The aircon that did not work. It made sleeping terribly uncomfortable until having to give up trying at 4am and asking for an engineer to have to look at the aircon, to which only a fan could be provided.

The hotel was excellent. Modern, clean, up to date, comfy and enjoyable. Rooms are spacious and very well equipped with everything you need. It’s in a perfect location in the centre of Glasgow. Staff are very professional and welcoming.
I don’t know if it was because they were getting checked, as 2 out of 3 were working, but the lifts were very slow and crowded.

The Room was beautifully decorated and spotless.
I stayed in room 433 and the toilet flush handle was hanging off and was really hard to flush, It would take so many attempts to get it to flush each time. The plug in the sink was broken and wouldn't come out so after washing our face there was no way to get rid of the water which meant we had to brush our teeth and wash our hands using the bath tap. Very disappointed because the room was gorgeous but it all means nothing if you can't use the main facilities so much for a superior room.

Staff very helpful. Good location. Comfortable bed. Varied breakfast.
Rather dark in parts of the room and although the bathroom was clean and well decorated ,some of the fittings could have been better designed

The Hotels centrally located short walk from a Q car park and close to shops and train station ,food and drink options are good, The room had 2 double beds and all the usual items as well as a fridge. The price is very reasonable.
not applicable., as the hotel met my expectations. Our view from the window was the train platform however the room had good glazing which prevented any noise .
