Amazing location

The location is really good , stuff is very friendly , specially “Sadat” was always smiling and helped us through our stay, breakfast was really good too

The room are a bit tight , no elevators ( not too high tho )

My second time staying here; love this hotel.

Staff was helpful with questions about how to get to certain locations. Staff was friendly at breakfast. Locations is the BEST - right across from Blue Mosque and next to Bazaar.

I suggest to go to the hotel and to Istanbul.

Location perfect and elegant. The breakfast normal, but in a wonderful position. The bathroom is too little.

Красивый отель в старом стиле с отличным расположением

Отличное расположение рядом с мечетью Султанахмет и собором Святой Софии. Очень доброжелательный персонал. Старый традиционный стиль, красивый сад перед входом. Хорошая уборка. Отличные кровати, матрасы, постельное белье, кондиционер, сейф, минибар, холодильник, все средства для душа, халаты и т.д. Завтрак с хорошим видом на воду на веранде.

Не понравились завтраки, очень скудный «шведский стол» для отеля этой ценовой категории, но можно было заказать омлет/яичницу у официантов. Кофе растворимый в кофемашине… Также в душе есть огромная раковина из камня без слива. Нам показалось, это элемент старого традиционного интерьера, но с ней неудобно принимать душ - в неё набирается вода и её приходится вычерпывать.

Wonderful hotel in a great location!

The location was fantastic right across from the Blue Mosque. The breakfast on the terrace was wonderful. I loved the authentic furnishings.

The authentic Turkish shower was hard to use.

not as expected

it’s not a bad property the view of the room was the only one who made me fell better I have chose the more expensive room becouse of the space but was nothing same . Easy acces to go around

The property it’s not putting clear photos or real photos of the rooms one you see and ather you get i have book a super room with nice space and nice view for my next day Birtday we was rich late becouse we hade late flight when we rich there give me this room that is super cold inside the stuff was inmpolite and spoke very bad with me the manager at 22 at nigth told us if we don’t like it the room him cancel my booking and give me money back when I was book this room 1 mounth in advance the room is not spacious I have take the corner deluxe with sea view the only nice stuff at the room is the view from the terrace that I have chosse and remain the same as described and photos the staying was ok breakfast have no variety

Great 5 day stay!

Excellent location in inner city Istanbul, right next to Blue Mosque, quaint courtyard, near all the attractions, close to tram system, property and area clean, well maintained, staff very courteous, helpful , pleasant. Had daily room service, bed was comfortable, room was of great size, fresh yummy breakfast which was incl in our reservation, breakfast area w scenic views. All in all 5 stars experience, highly recommend the property.

Great location but would not stay again

The location can’t be beat and the staff is helpful and friendly. Beds are comfortable.

Our room didn’t really have a water view like the one advertised in the picture. The heating system is half hazard, the rooms are small and there are absolutely NO shelves in the room to store anything. The worst part is the bathroom, as mentioned by other reviewers, seems very dangerous. it is tiny and you have to step into the shower (and across a drain) to be able to shut the door.

The. hotel is located centrally and conveniently for a first-time visitor. Friendly staff too.

The food in the restaurant connected to the hotel exceeded our expectations in regards to quality and the view too

The waiters at the restaurant are a little stiff, when breakfast time is over, they won't allow u even a cup of tea!

I would like to thank the hotel staffs that makes our stay memorable and stress free

Room cleaned on a daily basis and hotel staff are friendly which makes us welcome. View of the Marmara Straits from the restaurant is awesome. I like the window seat which makes the room looks quaint.

Breakfast was the same everyday which makes it a bit boring

Great central location and lovely place- would book again

Fabulous location , easy walking distance to all the main tourist sites, loads of nearby restaurants etc. Very friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful breakfast room with great views out to sea. Very good breakfast. Corner room with blue mosque view had lovely small balcony with great views.

Beautiful breakfast area with view of the water. Excellent breakfast buffet. Thought drinks prices were not in line with the neighboring restaurants.

I wish that had better washrooms

location is good. staff was very good and helpful. Specifically I want to mention Sadat who was very pleasant and helpful.

It was perfect and we were thrilled!!

Breakfast was a wonderful assortment that was pleasing to both of us. The staff was exceptional. Kind, friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect. The atmosphere amazing. Could not have been happier with this choice. Thank you!!

There should be a charging station in your room that stays on when you leave.
