Comfortable and very adequate giving us a very enjoyable holiday.

Staff helpful and polite Food very good. With good selection.

Towels put on sunbeds at 6.30 to reserve them by some guests and pools not open until 10.00.

Okay but not sure if I will come back to the same hotel.

The location is good. Close to the beach and local shops etc. Rooms are big enough for a family. Rooms and main restaurant air conditioning. The wardrobe is big enough to fit all personal stuff. The beds are okay not perfect but of course everyone has personal expectations. Blackout curtains. Good selection of food in the buffet and actually very tasty. Fabulous coffee, ice-creams and desserts!!!

Make sure you check the door lock to the garden if you are situated on the ground floor, our door was broken and had to call maintenance in the first hour of our stay. No safety lock on the main door which means you can't lock the door from inside over night. Doors are not soundproof and every single noise will distract your sleep. Be careful with a small fridge in your room, our fridge was working only sometimes and couldn't use it for storing any food. Very dark light in the bathroom. Leaking sink all over around. A massive cockroach in the bathroom, after reporting to reception was told that due to changes of weather they come to the bathroom or rooms. Small pools. All sunbeds are reserved before 8.00am.

Понравилось практически все. Вообще мы очень довольны. Нам попался чистый, без каких- либо поломок номер. Наша семья: 2 взрослых и 2 детей (6 и 12 лет). Диван для детей конечно так себе, но это мелочи. В остальном все круто. И расположение, и питание, и анимация, и персонал. Все улыбчивые. Мне кажется, что надо к людям относиться так, как бы ты хотел, чтобы они относились к тебе, и тогда любой вопрос будет решен с улыбкой. Поэтому претензий совершенно нет. Младший ребенок ходил в детский клуб и когда уезжал плакал, что расстается с аниматорами. Каждый вечер на ужин были морепродукты, разнообразные. А по утрам, даже у кого оплачен пансион, бесплатно просекко, что не может не радовать. Сладости для детей любые. Фреши. Мороженное. Да, люди занимают лежаки, но при желании найти можно свободные места. Мы жили вообще прям у бассейна и шумном нам не было. Спали, как младенцы, после солнца. Рядом лапки, супермаркет, обменки валют, к океану 7 минут. А если на пляж красивее, который, с белым песком то чуть дольше.

Платный сейф, забывали положить туалетную бумагу и сменить полотенца. Странные подушки.

The only Bar open in evening was where children entertainment was . There was a lovely quiet courtyard with a closed bar when you and your granddaughter suffer with mental health we didn’t need loud shouting d at o that was disappointing,

It was a nice modern property but this was spoiled by congestion at meal times.

We had a garden view suite with plenty of space that suited our needs

Unless we went very early the dining area was very crowded, it was difficult to get a table and there were always queues for freshly prepared food.

Brilliant - would definitely come back

Great rooms - which are quiet despite hotel being completely full. Family and adult only pools and a wide range of choice for food

Łazienki powinny być odrestaurowane mieliśmy uszkodzony prysznic i odchodzące płytki podłogowe ale dało się z tym żyć

Bonito, limpio pero poco acceso de todo incluido

El personal sin dudarlo. Muy amable y predispuesto…. Siempre una sonrisa al cruzar miradas

Pagamos todo incluido y la verdad que bastante justo todo. Poco acceso a bebidas fuera de marcas blancas, el restaurante era de pago y la zona chillout todo pago ( descuento de 1€ aproximadamente x consumición.) al tener regimen rodo incluido

Good location . Value for money . Need attention to WiFi and air conditioning .

Location was good . Very modern . Food very good . Bali beds were very comfortable .

All if the inclusive drinks were from the pump . So not particularly nice . Cocktails were awful , again from a machine . We did go to the roof top bar which was fantastic and the cocktails were amazing . We were all inclusive but it still cost €8 each . The air conditioning was very poor . Not very cool at all so quite uncomfortable . We did get someone out twice in 5 days but they said the lowest it Would go was 10 but it never got below 21 . The very small water feature / pool area near Bali beds was quite dirty . I did ask them to clean it and take the tissues out . Which they eventually did . However in the 5 days it was never actually cleaned out . I was surprised at this as the rest of the hotel is immaculate . My reviews are always positive as I like to look for the good in things and don’t like to Moan . I have to say in 5 days they had the same songs playing on a loop in the reception and dining area . It was just awful again something so easily rectified but when you’ve listened to chandelier 20 times in one day it’s just a bit crazy . We were on a quick last minute break with just myself and my daughter . I have to say it was good value for money and worth it for the waters you will consume throughout the day . Neither of us really drink but if I did I would be disappointed . It’s great if you are just adults as it’s totally separate from the children which is nice and peaceful if that’s what you are looking for . If you are a family you are in a totally different part if the hotel which separate pool , dining and entertainment . So it’s great for both . Very poor WiFi . Hardly connected for me maybe it was my room . So I had to use my own data which was ok .

Cockroaches in room & hotel does not care about its customer service.

Good location, modern hotel.

Cockroaches in room that reception said 'they could do nothing about at this time of year' (June 2023). Secondly very warm hotel, due to the hotel having the A/C set at a standard setting saving costs. Finally, EXTREMELY POOR customer service. Complained directly & via Booking.com, hotel would not respond at all! WOULD NOT RETURN!

Great facilities, very modern hotel, great kids entertainment at night with the kids team being amazing

the staff at reception were not friendly and didn’t give a map or tell you about the facilities on site you had to ask a lot. the tapas restaurant is disgusting ! don’t eat there! the food is what is for all inclusive ! no area to eat outside in hotel anywhere!
