The amazing sea views, delicious food and outstanding entertainment team!! There was always so much to do and so much fun going on at the hotel!
The pool bar could of stayed open a bit later.

We really enjoyed ourselves on our Honeymoon. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon.

Pools with the slides are awesome - able to easily kill a day with kids here
Location of the hotel - close to a good beach, decent restaurant and walking distance from port for whale watching, etc.
Breakfast was good
Ok price for half board
Good place to stay with kids - a lot of stuff constantly happening. Unfortunately “daily classes” are limited 3+ (or with parents present)
- Staff - majority of them do not smile and feels like they don’t like their job (restaurant staff regularly chatting while people nearby are waiting for order, grumpy look at customers,...) ; kudos to exceptions and there definitely were few of those! Generally the younger staff, the better.
- not vacuuming the room until asked (even there was plenty of mess on the ground)
- stupid design of bathroom - space for 1 person only…
- building is dated & some places needs renovation (elevator handles?, constantly not working cards for places like gym, back door,…)
- bunch of places missing AC or some ventilation - letting people to sweat unnecessarily (elevators, play room, parking,..)
- dinner - food was average at best. Meat without specific flavor, Asian food - just don’t do it if you don’t have chef capable of cooking it, sweets - nothing standing out. After couple days very repetitive.
- limited space at parking spot - book in advance (10€/day) & car is a must, otherwise you’ll be missing out on a lot of fun from Tenerife

The reception staff were nice, polite and friendly.
The pool was great. Location perfect! The summer party was great.
The pool bar was weaker than the inside bar. The same drink was ordered but the taste was different.

Kids Camp was excellent, the crew welcomed my kids with open arms. Water slide, pool, we’re amazing.

Great hotel and facilities. Staff are outstanding, always happy and smiling. Always saying hello, a real credit to the hotel/chain. Brilliant location. The courtesy rooms for late check outs are outstanding. Never experienced that in a hotel before. Having a whole room to get showered and changed in rather than a generic shower/washroom was a brilliant touch.
Absolutely nothing to complain about. The only thing I could possibly think of was there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been nice for that morning brew before breakfast, but not really a big deal.

location very good. clean.
The pool area was seriously overcrowded. appears the hotel is too large for the size of the pool. also no views from the balconies. half walls obstructing the views. rooms quite basic, budget style.

one of the best all inclusive stay I have ever tried.
the room was big with nice view, the staff were extremely friendly, food is amazing, and the drinks were very good.
the check out time at 11:00 am but the best part was that you could keep using the pool and bar after check out and you can book a room for free for 30 minutes to take a quick shower before you leave the hotel.
I am coming back again for sure

Great location, many restaurants around beach not far away, wide range of dishes at the breakfast, very friendly staff except one person.
Charges for the towels. Been to many hotels and it looks like looks ridiculous that you have to leave deposit 20 euros for one towel when you pay 200+ euros per night for a stay+. Our room was situated to the seaside and facing 2 hotels which everynight help a concert. If you want peace this is not for you. Ps. Another Iberostar hotel we were facing, had terrible singers, so it was like listening to the mating of the cats. And the neighbour hotel had much better music but still it's disadvantage that you can't hide from it.

location is fine. staff very friendly. late checkout was possible and convenient for us. balcony was fine and sea view was nice. breakfast buffet was nice.
not possible to get coffee machine in the room, and 20 euro deposit necessary if requesting a water cattle. I asked for a toothbrush from the lobby (willing to pay of course) but they sold no amenities. sun beds by the pool are much too close to each other, it gets very crowded. two beds in my room kept sliding away from each other, making it uncomfortable for a couple. elevators seemed a little slow.

It wasn’t clean and it was dated. You have to wait a lot for the eleveators, it’s a huge waste of time.
We had no slipers, shower caps, the bedsheets had hols in them and one of the towels was shreded at one end.
