The property is located in a good area that not to0 close or too far from main attractions point. The beach side is good for morning walk. Love the green along the way to the restaurant.
We love our rooms just perfect for 2+2
Washing machine and drying machine is so convenient.
Overall staff interaction with guests could be improved . They either
greet without smiling or just ignore you and just focus on their work or talk amongst their colleagues.
1 room key per 4 persons stay is not convenient. We were rejected with the request for 2nd key. Also the door is so difficult to open.
We were charged for mini bar that we didn’t consume. The front dest took it out of the bill for us finally.
The pool looks dirty. Other guests get into the pool without cleaning first.
We were asked for room number on our third morning at restaurant for breakfast which seems weird.
The gym equipments are rotten and falling apart and seems left uncared.
There was no water filled in the fridge and 1 towel fold left in the tray.
There should be some alcohol provided for cleaning after used .

Sehr schönes Boutique Hotel, sehr gute Preis Leistung

The location is good. The thought behind the villas is bang on and maybe that is why it won awards pre-covid. Right on the beach, not too many people around, so there is a lot of peace and calm.
The property is in a slightly run down condition. Clearly Post covid not too much attention has been paid to it. We had taken a 3 bedroom presidential villa. But the AC in one of the rooms never worked. After complaining for 2 days, they tried to fix it by filling gas, but then the room was impossible to stay in because of the smell of the gas. Ideally, they should have upgraded us it at the first instance but they didnt. But i have to add, that on the last day, when we really raised the issue, the manager came in and did apologise and refunded one night and also gave us a few freebies. But the discomfort caused for 5 nights was just not called for.

The location was perfect, with direct access to the beach. Hotel was quiet due to the time of year, which was perfect to relax. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Peter, who works in bar/restaurant. We initially booked in for 4 days and ended up staying for 12 days.
Paddleboard kayak and bike free to use by the guests, which is a nice touch. Would hopefully like to return and would 100% recommend to anyone visiting koh samui.
Missing sitting on that beach with those views and sunsets already.
It's not a dislike, just an observation. There is nothing around the hotel if you like going to different bars. Didn't bother us as its a short taxi ride to fisherman village

Beautiful place to stay right on the beach, nice spacious suites and friendly helpful staff.
The room was slightly dated and I wouldn’t say it was the best value for money. The shower didn’t work most of the time and was cold nearly every time and the hot tub didn’t work whatsoever, just spilled out black water which was very disappointing. The bed was also slightly uncomfortable as it was just two single mattresses placed on the floor. Breakfast had very little choice and as a vegan I went hungry, they also left the food out so there were ants all over it. The location was also very far out from everything but that is understandable for a resort.

Our villa was perfect for our family of 6, almost 5 of which are adults. The pool in the villa was lovely as were the surrounds and it was where we spent all of our time.
The smoking area for the restaurant was right outside our pool area.

Spacious room, nice view, super fast WiFi
Rooms definitely need a serious renovation, photos show the status good few years ago...
Staff is trying very hard, but the hotel standard is not the level you might expect based on info and price...

Was a little concerned based on some of the reviews we had read. The hotel is in a quiet location with a stunning beachfront location and would suit anyone looking for a quiet few days away from the hustle and bustle. The standards of the rooms were as expected and although may not be UK 5 star, was not as bad as some reviews had made out. Very comfortable and quiet and had no issues whatsoever. Couple of restaurants locally which were great, hotel food quite expensive but breakfast was lovely so would recommend.
Lift wasn't working during our 2 night stay which was slightly annoying.

Website images looked great. Not too far from ferry.
The amenities were basic and the place lacked the feeling for any real presence. The bathroom was I need of a clean and the sea view booked was obscured by roofs. Basic drinks and poor/slow service.

Boutique size and quality of overall feel.
First room was on the main road and quite loud. Breakfast had a very limited selection of fresh fruit, particularly for a tropical location. Only public space was bar and beach and music was on ALL the time.

The staff were excellent. Khun Moon and Khun Soi especially. The service was great. Very friendly. The restaurant was right on the water. The food was great. We went to happy hour every night. We all got a massage at the spa. Every night Tony, the water buffalo, took a swim. They have a volley ball net, kayak, paddle board and hammock available to use.
Our room was not one suite as we expected. It was 4 separate rooms that you had to go outside to access. Not ideal for families. They use keys, instead of key cards. Our room was easily accessible. I would have liked a more secure space.

the property was spacious, a huge bathtub was available. activities were provided but looked like they weren’t used that often. ability to connect with television but this doesn’t worked at my case. I got a bike from the hotel the rental was straight forward. also the staff is friendly and there are a few activities kinds under 12 may enjoy. I would not come back as a solo traveler but only stayed 4 nights. room cleaning did. a good job. the safe is no really safe it didn’t work and I was able to crack it myself in under 10min also it does not fit a 13” Notebook.
note the location is without money for transport or a bike/car horrible. the beach is small and the beachfront of the hotel doesn’t look great, also everything closes down at 22:00 I stayed at Koh Samui in Resorts were you could sit at the beach till midnight or later if you promised to put your drinks on a tray and fold your towels. since the room is big some areas are not really clean or broken. The Bath was clean and modern you need to consider the hotel is focused on villas not individual rooms

very nice staff, great room with pool.
the airport transfer was 20mins and costs 800 thb - that was a bit too much to be honest.

The staff were so friendly, the location and accommodation was perfect. It was peaceful but close enough to get to beautiful swimming and sight seeing spots, and only a short taxi ride to get to temples, other towns and beaches. It was great.
There seemed to be an issue with the pool jets at one stage but that was quickly fixed by the diligent and friendly staff.

The resort delivers on exactly what it offers. Our room was outstanding with a beautiful sea view. The grounds of the hotel were well kept and there were signs of ongoing maintenance to maintain this standard. This resort had great extra facilities such as free rental of a kayak and very reasonable rental of bicycles which was a nice touch. Hotel staff were extremely accommodating and very friendly, especially the three guys at the pool bar and restaurant. Each time we came down for food or a drink they made us feel very welcomed and gave a 5 star service. The private beach is awesome and the staff can even organise for you to have a private meal on the beach at sunset which was lovely. Food was good and also they had happy hours for drinks as well as the spa. The reception staff organised taxis on request so you can go into the centre of Koh Samui. This place is perfect for couples looking for a relaxing getaway. Will definitely return to the Sea Koh Samui resort.
Just wish we stayed longer, love this place.!
