Bathtub and size of the pool access room was nice. Staff are mostly friendly. Great pricing for a long stay.
Not much variety in breakfast options. Room was not air conditioned upon arrival, it took 4+ hours to get cool. Only 1 room key was provided, and our request for two key cards was denied. So we could not keep the AC on while we were away from the room, and the room would get hot very quickly. Pool was dirty with dead bugs. Housekeeping did not want to do their job and often would try to clean the room at 4 pm or say they had to go home and couldn’t clean. Shower slippers were not replaced daily. No resort amenities.

The resort is very nice, super friendly staff, good quality breakfast, spacious room, balcony,
Beach is beautiful nice and quiet with comfortable beds. Second time this resort and will come back.
Actually nothing, but the street outside hotel good be improved, but that is local infrastructure matter.

Friendly staff. Complementary water every day.
Top location in Chaweng - directly on the beach, close to shops, restaurants, bars.
Free shuttle to Chaweng shopping mall.
Amazing villa. Super nice private pool and big bathtub. Comfy beds. Very clean. Good brekfast.
We requested to change the villa to more private one and they completed our request with no complications.
First we got garden pool villa on the far side of the resort. The villa was nice, but no privacy in the pool and front porch (every neighbor who walks by can see the pool, sitting area and inside the villa). We asked if they have any villa with more privacy. They offered the sea view pool villa, but we prefered garden pool villa in the begining of the resort wich offered complete privacy (entire villa is surrounded with high concrete wall - so no need for bathing suits when in pool :)).
Nothing. A+++ resort.

Everything was really great. The villas would have been perfect if they are directly on the beach rather than having a raised podium.
The resort could use a spa! This is not my first stay. They used to offer message packages by the beach pre-COVID.

Located at the beach. the beach is nice and clean.2 kms away from Central Samui. 24 kms away from pier. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staffs were nice and kind. Good breakfast.
It's hard to adjust the water temperature, it's either boiling hot or super cold

Just book this one. Great location, great access to beach (we had a villa)
Only negative is breakfast - but common, it's Samui. Just go out to the multitudes of food options available

Private pool in front of the room was cool, we had a good time having a few drinks in it! Location for the beach is excellent, beautiful stretch of beach behind hotel. Breakfast was decent.
Arrived at hotel and was asked for 2000 baht which was never before mentioned. They had our card details so didnt see the need! I didnt have cash and was told atm was just outside, ended up walking 10mins down and 10mins back to reception after a 9 hour bus and ferry from krabi which started us off on a sour note. Room was full of MOSQUITO'S when we arrived. We were in a state of panic and killed about 15 of them. We thought they were getting in from a big gap around the main door so i ended up buying sellotape in the shop to seal it off! We wrote a note and put it on the door to say do not disturb, keep mosquitos out! We decided we would rather live in a dirty room for 3 days than worry about mosquitos. Turns out the mosquitos didnt really come back, maybe 1 or 2 over the few days, which lead us to the conclusion that the cleaner let them all in. There is an awful hidden ceiling detail in the room that has a hiding space for the mosquitos also, so you never know if the room is clear of them. Hotel is dated and needs a refurb. It was dissapointing as we came from a beautiful hotel called panan in krabi which we gave 10 stars.

Very litlle choice for breakfast , croissants were stale fruit not ripe.

nice hotel but reserved on booking.com to pay at the checkin.
At checkin i found it was cheaper to pay at reception but they would not let me pay the cheaper price..
Just a normal hotel no Thai quaintness.

The staff were fabulous. Beds were very comfy. Situated in the best part of Chaweng for a mature couple, nice and quiet but with ample Baht Buses passing.
Now looking very tired. Landscaping fountains not working. Spaces between Ocean fronted villas are wasteland. Breakfast could have more choices.

overpriced. misleading pictures they give us wrong room the first night and left us alone in the lobby to take the room.then after long complain they give us the right room which turn to be old and overpriced.

Noting !
The room looks very old, not the same as in the picture, which is posted.
The first things I noted were the welcoming, which was not that good
second, 4 things are not working in the room
The POOL was noisy and dirty and complained about it twice and full of sand

We had a ocean & pool view room on the 2nd story which was a lovely size room with an amazing view.
Bathroom shower had awesome water pressure.
50 metres from our hotel was a Motorbike/scooter hire place for $200 bhat per day which also did laundry cleaning as well for a $50 bhat per kilo.
100 - 300 meters down the road from restaurants, mall & massage places for you to enjoy.
Breakfast was nice enough with a good variety of hot & cold foods.
Good size swimming pool & was never too busy with your choice of ocean swimming as well.
The pool closed very early at 6pm 🤷🏻♀️

Location, staff, room, views, clean, good breakfast choice, staff over and above would 100% stay again not sure if would rebook the villa with pool as beach is just there and so much to do so for us was slightly wasted as never really spent time in pool but for small family it's great😊
Wasn't given the best room as we arrived later because of flight time. Pool lights weren't working also couldn't turn of the jets as button broken. Front door needs replacing as let lot of light in as big gap all round. But still good value for money and done well to get back upto the standard after covid.

It is in a nice location on a pretty stretch of beach. Structures fairly sound given how hard it is to maintain beachfront properties. Need more rinsing locations to remove sand when leaving the beach. Paid a lot extra for a plunge pool villa and pool had issues several days
Pool filter/piping failed. Steps to access beach only at the bar/outdoor dining area. More rinse stations needed.
poor design of an otherwise large bathroom that could get everything wet on shelf outside the shower and no ventilation fan to exhaust humidity.

The staff and place was near everything necessary. Food was good too.
The mattress and pillows were too soft.
10.0 / 10.0
The location is best, right in front of the beach and the beach were nice and clean. The rooms are spacious and clean.
The variety of breakfast could be improved.
