Great pub style accommodation. Restaurant was fabulous. Plenty of gluten free options for both dinner and breakfast. Dinner was amazing and the service from staff excellent.

loved the bonus of a mini fridge. quiet location other than the beautiful dawn chorus of the birds. the weather only enhanced the lovely beer garden. lovely simple yet sufficient breakfast. comfy bed. clean spacious room.
nothing really. was a little out of the way. but then it wouldn’t have been so quiet.

The room was clean and well equipped. The decor of the bar/restaurant area was very cool, great place to visit which was clear as the coffee and breakfast club arrived at 9am Sunday (which I loved!)
The property is a 10 min drive into Stratford upon Avon so plenty near by to see and do.

The room was great, clean and comfy with modern furnishings but still keeping the original features. Spiral staircase a hit with my daughter
Space and surroundings with free parking brilliant and location only 5 minutes from the park and ride and 10 minutes or so to the centre of Stratford. The pub on site was great with great food and staff.
Liked everything no complaints

The friendliness of staff and the location and all decors and ambience in the restaurant.
The only thing we didn't like is finding the toilet bowl unclean there were drops of fluid and strand of hair on the toilet seat and unflashed tissue in the toilet bowl. It was a let down for us as we think it is very important to arrive to a clean toilet because that's where most people go to first when arriving in any hotel room to freshen up from a long travel.

Nice comfortable room. We missed breakfast by about 30 seconds :(

Clean and although there isn’t a pub on sight, we were provided with tea, coffee, porridge and biscuits .

Lovely comfortable room . Really liked the courtyard area with garden furniture and easy access to the grounds. Liked being able to bring the dogs. Very quiet and peaceful even with all the rooms full. Staff are lovely.
We didn’t realise there was no food available after 5pm on Sunday, the continental breakfast was very nice but a cooked breakfast is a nice treat if you’re away

We stayed to be close to The Game Fair in Alcester and it was ideal. Great that we could bring our dog to stay too!

Rooms were lovely and quiet. Perfect for a family. Convenient to Stratford without crowds or traffic. Nice breakfast tray.
No toilet on the bottom floor was a bit of a challenge, but a minor one.

Very clean. Nice hospitality tray in room.
We booked and arrived with our toddler, but no cot/bed/travel cot in room. Contactless check in meant lots of long messages from the property but nobody to see except emergency number. WiFi so weak that it doesn’t function.
Rooms nice, but are essentially on the car park. Feels expensive for what it is.

We attended a meeting in Alcester, the hotel was within easy reach and able to accommodate our small dog. The booking was made more or less last minute so we were pleased that we were able to get a room. The room itself was great, nicely decorated, with a large bathroom, walk in shower and bath. Breakfast was exactly as advertised - although the pub wasn't quite ready, there was ample for our needs.
Not a dislike - it will be nice to return when the pub has been re-opened so that we can have a beer and a meal.

This was a surprise. The hotel is undergoing renovations, as are the rooms. Our room was lovely, it's old with loads of character, very clean and well appointed with a spacious bathroom. We had the whole place to ourselves so it was very quiet and there is also a very unusual serve yourself breakfast.

Ive stayed in lots off different B&B & Hotels with work! This little place is a Gem very nicely decorated lovely location. ample free parking & the communication from the owner was first class definitely be returning at some point. Once the renovations have been finished on the adjoining pub it will be great to sit outside in the lovely gardens with a cold glass of beer.
I could honestly say there was nothing that I disliked.

room in very nice condition, easy check-in good to find. safe area and good outdoor parking and play area. breakfast was basic but understandably so given the room-only option and this was clearly communicated prior to arriving.
the room was a bit noisy given the location. management has done as much as possible to install extra windows that does help. maybe also of value if they install added rubber on the sims of the windows. that will block some noise further. Noise was of moderate level. nothing really annoying in order to sleep but while awake very easy to notice.

lovely space for families, kids loved having their separate space upstairs, clean, complimentary mini toiletries. plenty of parking and kids play area.
external bins hadn’t been emptied in carpark, only 2 hot chocs for 4pax staying. would benifit from open pub and summer to make use of outdoor areas

Great location near to Stratford upon Avon. Very comfortable room which was modern and spotlessly clean. We sat outside for drinks (took our own) on the first evening with lovely views in their well kept garden. It's within 5 minutes drive to the blue boar pub (good food). very nice, well stocked breakfast tray with coffee, tea and juice provided. Really can't fault anything.
Nothing.

We knew in advance that the actual pub wouldn't be open so that wasn't a surprise for us.
Pre-arrival communications were informative and helpful.
The room we were placed was lovely. Own front door with key safe. Way nicer feel than a hotel room. Lovely and clean throughout. Abundant refreshment supplies and a filter jug for the water. Plenty of lighting and space. Bed was comfortable. Shower and bath in the spacious bathroom. Ample free parking.
Breakfast options left for us. Due to no on site dining facilities it was a fair way to offer breakfast.
The location was near to Alcester (3 miles away) - plenty of pubs etc, Stratford (10 mins away). Plenty of options for meals out and sightseeing. The countryside is beautiful.
Nothing to dislike. Everything we needed was supplied.
