The hotel had overbooked due to the NFL games so we were given a free upgrade and had a suite! This was amazing. The staff were great, especially Francesca from the bar! Lovely lady.
Nothing, all was great with no issues.

Convenient for the trade show I was attending. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Good choice at breakfast. Dinner was standard without being exceptional.
Room was dated. hotel was a bit dated, I was stuck on the 7th floor in a corner of the hotel because my room wasn't ready when I arrived, the coffee was poor at breakfast, The wifi was non existent.

Central location and easily accessible. Rooms very clean. Nice air conditioning. Nice bathroom products.
The room was slightly small and dark. The bathroom was very small, and if you sat on the toilet, you hit the sink on your way down.
The plug socket by the bed was slightly out of the wall and didn’t work.
It did take a long time to get in after dark; someone letting you in took an age, and you felt slightly ignored.
The bed was slightly uncomfortable, with springs and pillows that were very thick yet soft and unsupportive.
The door was next to the bed, and I was woken up by loud people in the corridor.

Location, beautiful bar
the room was stuffy, noisy, no view.

Location was ideal, for the places we wanted to visit.
Room was basic and clean. However we got the impression that the room wasn’t used frequently. The bath towels and bed linen had a strange musty odour, which we thought was because they hadn’t been changed in a long while. Either that or they had been sat in a linen cupboard for some time.
AC was very useful, but noisy.

Friendly and helpful staff. Useful location for West London. Quick check in/out. Bathroom was clean and well equipped. Clothes iron in the room.
Room a little dated and could use a refurb. No bedside sockets for phones etc.. Curtain placement meant light flooded in at the crack of dawn.

It is well located with a few buses and bus stops around the property that connects to central London. A few stations within walkable distance too. District line and Piccadilly lines, hammersmith lines. Connectivity is great. Very near Westfield as well.
It’s a rather old and dated property. Rooms are updated. Corridors are carpeted but doors are loud when slammed. A few steps to get to my unit so not very accessible for elderly or anyone having trouble moving their luggage around.

The room was spacious enough & the bed felt very clean and comfortable. The 24/7 service is useful, my favorite part is definitely breakfast. Good value for money and always fresh.
To no fault of their own, they’re in a disadvantageous position with parking. The facilities do feel a little worn & “rusty”. The room not represented in this description though.

This was not a good stay!
My wife and I stayed here overnight for work, and thankfully we arrived very late and had to leave early because there was no natural light in our room - the window was completely boarded up, and it felt like we were in a cave. We were not told in advance that this would be the case, if we had known we would have stayed elsewhere. The room didn't reflect the photos (the photos showed a room with a window with natural light!), particularly for the price we paid, this was not a comfortable stay. We thought we'd book a Hilton hotel as a treat, but it turned out to be way worse than a budget hotel. The room also felt tired and smelt damp. I explained to the reception in the morning, and they looked a bit sheepish and did offer a partial refund but as it was booked via booking.com, they couldn't refund us. They really shouldn't be offering that room out to guests whilst the windows are boarded up, it should either be temporarily out of order or they should heavily discount it and let guests know in advance!!! The photos below were taken on a bright May morning at 9.30am!

Pleasant enough decor

Excellent location on the west end of Kensignton High Street - but you can't pull up outside (Red Route). The staff were very cheerful.
This hotel doesn't have dedicated parking - there is a public car park behind it and they charge the 24 hour rate of £37 for overnight parking. The public car park was also full when I first arrived around 1pm on a Thursday.
The rooms were shabby and in need of refurbishment. My bed was inexplicably shoved into a corner. The lighting was inadequate and the room looked out on central heating vents and general rubbish below. Because the room below had a leak of water from the ceiling I was twice interrupted before 10am by people investigating this.
The restaurant was very expensive - £16 for a "cobb salad" composed of one egg, four lettuce leaves and a small quantity of chopped flavourings.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping couldn't have been better. Had breakfast every morning which had exceptional choices.
Absolutely nothing

Room spacious & comfortable. Room service was prompt
The roof over the shower is too low. I'm 6'4" and I had to crouch down on the shower otherwise my head would have been through the ceiling

Friendly welcome. Ok position, a little out of it. Water and tea and coffee facilities in room
The bathroom door wouldn’t close (wood was swollen)
Very small bed , had requested twin. Had to share with my daughter

Location for our visit to the Royal Albert Hall, only a 30 minute stroll away, and close proximity to the train station.
Being a Hilton hotel we found the room and corridor decor to be tired and dated.

We considered breakfast until we stayed in the hotel room and the cleanliness was not that great so didn’t chance breakfast
The cleanliness off the room ultimately is what I disliked i expect a higher standard from a Hilton hotel. I would not stay again nor would I recommend

The location is fantastic. On Kensington high street
Lots of small issues. They ran out of still water one day and could only give me sparking. I had requested some bathroom tissue rolls and they simply couldn’t find one and couldn’t give me one. Didn’t feel like a Hilton.

Location
Air Conditioning was hit and miss. Also we could not open the window fully as there was a security tag on it to prevent full opening. Air in room and ventilation was extremely bad.

The way I was treated as it was my birthday, very much appreciated.
My reservation was inclusive of LUNCH but was not available until l had your room. As my room was not ready until 15.00 I had to debate at length to take lunch at 12.00 as I had to get to the Albert Hall for a rehearsal and concert asap.

Location was great . Secondly many convenient stores and restaurants were just on walking distance specially Halal.Mainly Rates were reasonable . Right from the front of the Hotel take bus #9 or 27 to Picaddley Underground to Heathrow Terminals .
I don’t think there was anything like that

A good hotel at a convenient location on Kensington High Street, with easy transportation. Quality of food at the restaurant was good. There are good restaurants nearby.

The location is perfect, close to the London Book Fair at Olympia.
The London taxis/Uber/Bolt are not reliable, sometimes it's not easy to get a ride when you are in a hurry.
