size and facilities in the room. bed was very comfortable and the shower powerful. Room located at the back so should have been very quite.
Breakfast was varied and excellent, especially liked the juices, bacon, sausage, mushrooms and hash browns
None of this ruined our stay
- pillows were too soft.
- water was cold on the morning of the second day in the whole establishment
The rest is being very picky.
- fridge existed but couldn't ne turned on
- Windows are not double glazed - or if they are they do not prevent the road noise being loud in the room.
Breakfast - coffee wasn't great (very weak) and toaster needed several runs through to brown. Sadly we arrived at some very busy times so had to wait on 2 of the 3 mornings we were there and many buffet items had run out but were eventually replaced.

The feel of an old building but with luxury within.
It was a beautiful hotel to stay in

Great location near the tube. Lovely breakfast, ate dinner there too which was also good. Staff very helpful.
initial room was quite dingy with a very small bed. Asked to move to another room with a bigger bed which was quickly accommodated and 2nd room much better, but still quite dated.

Convenient location
The allocated room was small and felt tired and dated. Limited electric sockets, one of which was not working.
9.0
The quality of breakfast is excellent. The staff are very helpful and the location is great. Housekeeping is also attentive. Very close to the tube.
The room size is very small. Some rooms have the tiniest bathrooms in the world. The staff were helpful and moved me to a slightly larger room. Room size is the biggest con and the distance from the rooms to the elevator going through very narrow passages.
5.0
The location next to Gloucester Road station.
I have been multiple times in this hotel, and it is a shame to note this is going worse year after year.
First morning : I was called by housecleaning at 10 am on a Sunday to know if I wanted my room to be cleaned or not, and then if I did, at what time
I was going to leave the room. I had the feeling that I had to rush out while being on holiday… - Water in the shower was at mild temperature.
Second morning: no hot water available at 8 am. Called reception which acknowledged the issue but no visibility on when the problem would be solved.
Third night : fire alarm beeped at 4 am. Not the first time the fire alarm beeped with no reason at all apparently.
Room was ok but no luggage rack. Quite old furniture and the desk was very « sticky ». Had to sanitize it but still remained sticky afterwards.
Breakfast was ok but very busy and noisy the first days - so the service was slow and sometimes staff could get upset quickly…simply because you dared to ask for a second cup of tea, for which I was invited to finish at the bar to leave the table free in the breakfast room…
Overall for an average price of 260 euros per night, it is not worth the value at all.
This is my last stay in this hotel.

There was a condom left in my room.

The location
The rooms didn’t flow, all the decor was dated, it wasn’t as advertised, the pillows were too soft, the sofa bed had a dip in the middle. Not value for money and not up to the usual raddison standard.

Extremely uncomfortable bed. Mattress was one of the hardest I have ever tried to sleep on which spoilt my trip.

This was my second stay at the Radisson Blu Kensington and it was perfect, again. Great location, exceptional accommodation. The staff is always wonderful and the food at Scoff and Banter is delicious. This is my hotel from now on whenever I visit London.
Nothing, everything was perfect.

The location
The room was small and dark and VERY noisy. It sounded like a rattling air conditioner unit all night and I was not able to sleep.

The location was nice
As mentioned at amenities of the hotel that there was an AC. I booked two rooms, and when I was checked in they told me that you might face issue with the AC as they were in full capacity , and it was very hot in the room, much hotter than the weather outside ( and the windows were not working properly), I had a non refundable booking, but as there had issues with the AC ( especially in few rooms that they know about, and both my rooms were among them), I went to the reception to find a solution so we can sleep, they told me that I have to wait till tomorrow when people check out and they will see if they can move me to a room with a working AC, I asked for a refund, and they refused as my room was non refundable, and they told me I had to wait for the manager.
I stayed up all night, till 9 am to see the manager, and unfortunately I never so someone in the hospitality and tourism industry that doesn’t know how to deal with a customer like him.
He refused to refund me so I can go to another hotel and sleep, and when I told him that a main amenity that I look for in the hotel is AC and that’s how I filtered my search, and I have no Ac working in my room, so this is not providing the basic requirement of the room, he told me the AC is there but it’s not working, so we did provide an AC to you but working or not we can’t control that!!

Location is great
The bathroom was a bit poor, there was enamel coming of the bath in several places. Also the loo felt as tho it was detached in some way!

The hotel is very well located near a metro stop. It is close to the center of London. It had a (very small) gym.
The service at breakfast was slow to non existent. I had to consistently hunt someone down to get coffee and never did get to order off the menu as no one ever came by to even ask. I understand why the rooms were small, but I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the carpets. There was clearly blood or some red liquid dropped on the carpet in the stairs and another stain in my room. For this much money with the Radisson name I expected better.

Posizione ottima, colazione buona per qualita’ e varieta’. Ambiente pulito nonostante la moquette. Ci tornerei
Sistema apertura finestre camera, un solo ascensore e piccolo.

Beautiful building and great location
Our room was ‘smelly’. The. Bathroom freaked of damp wet towels. The room itself was clean but the smell was overpowering.
6.0
Great location, restaurant inside hotel was nice. Gym was great.
Ac doesn’t seem to work well, bed wasn’t very comfortable. Paid for a premium room but unfortunately we were in an outdated room, with the “premium room” you get an nespresso however the housekeeping never replenished our supply so we had to beg the front desk to replenish even tho they insisted house keeping would replenish. Tub shower with glass partition that does not keep water out and awkward bathroom.

Die Lage war super, direkt an der "District-Line" (U-Bahn) gelegen, so dass alle Ziele problemlos erreichbar waren.
Das Frühstück war gut, alles vorhanden und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und äußerst leise.
nichts! Alles war gut.

Sehr nettes Personal. Die Lage optimal.
Im Badezimmer alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Bequemes Bett mit erstklassiger Bettwäsche. Dekor auch sehr schön, jedoch nicht spektakulär. Dafür müssen es in London wohl eher 5 Sterne sein.

Good range of choices.
Nothing.

Prettig ontvangst. Mooie lobby. Goed restaurant met ook vegan opties.
De bedbank was niet comfortabel om op te slapen. Doorgezakt en kraakt bij iedere subtiele beweging van draaien of verschuiven.

Location
Room are too small, cramped walkway and lift. Have to carry luggage myself for 4 star hotel. Think unacceptable
7.0
The staff were very friendly and very helpful. There was a mix-up with our booking, but as they were sorting it, they gave us complimentary drinks, and it was sorted in minutes.
The rooms were very dated. The bath has either burn marks or rust in it. There was paint coming off the walls and plaster. For what we paid, I thought it would be better decor and facilities.
9.0
The single room was a little on the small size. I am quite small and slim but the bathroom was a tight squeeze. Bedroom was very comfortable, quiet and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very attentive despite being so busy.
The size of the lift must pose a threat to patience levels of weary travellers

Nice location. Friendly staff. Very clean. It’s a series of townhouses nicely connected. Has a traditional feel. Excellent breakfast.
Close to Victoria and Albert museums.
Rooms a bit small. Not enough elevators. The halls are like a maze. Somewhat difficult to find your room.

Bar
Single room adequate
No coffee in room
Witnessed the bar manager being very unreasonably rude to an American visitor regarding her meal
I checked out at 8:30 am in the morning and still haven’t received my £50 deposit taken

Location was good
Room given to us was a bit small especially with our luggages in it. Being on the ground floor, there was no view...when we open curtains you can see straight through cars and people passing by. Too pricey I reckon. Nice restaurant though and cute old hotel.

Location is spot on
Breakfast to the room was nearly an hour late , the phone in our room did not work , staff were slow and ill equipped to deal with complaints , check in was botched , I received a bill for another guest with the same surname , no room service after 11 due to staff shortage
4.0
The reception team on check in were attentive and so were the bat staff
When we got to our room there was a welcome card with a free drink with someone else name on it, a window that we were unable to close for the whole stay so very cold in room, the bathroom smelt damp and the hairdryer didn’t work.
Unfortunately on our last evening we got stuck in a lift at the back of the hotel and no one answered the alarm, we were stuck in there for a long time before someone finally came and got us out!!
8.0
Very clean, our room was super quiet and the deep carpet along the hallways really helped to keep noise to a minimum. We asked for a twin room and despite constantly getting a worrying message ‘we will do our best to accommodate your request’ we were given a twin room. Much relief. Housekeeping topped up supplies daily and did an excellent job. The window opened which was much appreciated as many hotels have sealed windows and air con has to be used. Reception staff were professional and courteous. The hotel is in easy reach of the Royal Albert Hall (why I was there) and the History and science museums as well as being near tube stations.
There wasn’t any bedside lights so reading in bed was either by the main ceiling spotlights or not at all.
