Location spot on, rooms need tlc and if sheets aren’t being boil washed, why ?

Breakfast was lovely and waiting staff polite and pleasant. Lovely quiet location so nice to come back to after hectic day !! Room nicely set up.

Bar not open when we arrived and bar staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Wouldn’t order taxi for us until 5 minutes before needed and was all a bit farcical!! We were late for our restaurant booking as a consequence. Phone didn’t work in room to get through to reception. I woke up in the morning with several bites on my leg !! Bedbugs ???!!!!

Absolutely perfect location. Right next to Hyde Park, yet it's on a quiet street. Solid bar/restaurant. Stellar breakfast. Lovely personnel Couple minutes of walking away from Paddington station / Heathrow express

This is probably normal in the area, but the windows are really old, wooden, and it gets pretty cold around them. It gets damn busy around (otherwise amazing) breakfast time, expect some waiting to be seated.

Great stay near underground stations & Paddington

Location is excellent. Breakfast had really good choices and even hot chocolate for kids. We had a special request about the room and it was fulfilled. Staff (like literally every member of it) was excellent, super friendly & welcoming!

Our room with double bed was quite small. Suitable for us (adult and child) as we just slept in our room and didn't really hang out in there, but if you need something more spacious, maybe consider other hotel instead.

Location, comfortable beds, warm and clean, friendly staff.

Vegetarian breakfast. No-one wants wild rice on a breakfast! Also, serving half a mushroom was a little ridiculous. Tasted good though, just not enough on the plate.

Xmas trip to London

The location was good. It was also quiet when we were sleeping. There was lots of fresh towels and the linen was very clean. Staff were always pleasant and courteous. Helpful when I made any enquiries. Room service was quick!

The furniture in the room was a bit shabby. The kettle's cord was far too short. It could only plug into one point beneath the TV which I felt was a hazard. The hairdryer in the bathroom's cord was also too short!

Lovely break away with my daughter.

The property is in a nice part of the city away from all the noise and yet near enough to get to the shops, theatre, parks attractions and transport links. Staff were all friendly particularly in the cocktail bar /restaurant which is very cosy and a nice place to relax. The beds are comfortable and rooms are a reasonable size and well equipped with all you need. Lots of local shops and restaurants.

Very good breakfast; a little far from transit but enjoyed the walk in nice residential area.

Noisy room. I can't even sleep properly due to so much noise from outside. The room size was like a bathroom! Staff was also not helping at all.
