Muito bom.

Localização excelente, com acesso fácil à 3 linhas de metrô, à supermercados, restaurantes. O apto é espaçoso e tem utensílios e eletrodomésticos que facilitam muito.

O apartamento tem um pouco de cheiro de mofo, mas despois vc acostuma. E a questão das chaves, deveria ficar um envelope na caixa de correios para vc acessar o prédio, mas no nosso caso esqueceram de deixar lá; tivemos acesso ao prédio porque uma pessoa hospedada lá abriu a porta, aí em contato com o anfitrião nos informou que a chave estava embaix do capacho do apto. É um ponto de atenção, que no nosso caso foi resolvido rápido com auxílio de outro hospede.

Loved everything about it. Would go back in a minute!

Loved the apartment. Spacious and fully equipped. The management was fully attentive and very responsive to questions and requests. Neighborhood is lovely with grocery and restaurants very close. Easy walking distance to metro.

Nice family stay

The host was very helpful and help to show around the apt clearly. The location is also very near to hyde park and the attraction. Also very near to bus top and subway. There are also many shop nearby.

This is no better than a cheap 3 star hotel. Don't be fooled by the pictures into paying more.

The location is Bayswater, not Hyde Park. Convenient to travel with two tube stations close by.

We were grossly overcharged at over GBP400/night relative to the quality of the property. It is an old building and the lift is ancient and creaks like it’s about to get jammed and smells of food. The heating system thermostat does not regulate temperature and the apartment is too hot. The hot water didn’t work until the manager sent a video to explain the shower has an airlock and the shower head has to lifted out of its holder and pointed down to work. During the night we were woken up by the water system for the room above which was very loud. The bathroom mirror is cracked. The toilet seat is broken. The front door chain is broken and the latch doesn’t work and the door has to be locked to keep it closed. The rooms seem smaller than advertised and are not in a good condition. The holes in wall have not been repaired and the skirting is damaged.

Perfect rental for 6 adults 5 day stay in London.

Location was great for a visit to London. We used the Tube (subway) throughout the city. The main Tube station, Paddingron was a 15 walk to our Rental. Other tube stations were within a 5 minute walk. End of the street, Hyde Park (i would compare to Central Park NYC but safer) and 1.5 blocks away is a busy street for diner, coffee and breakfast. I would absolutely stay at this rental again. Traveled with two other couples, everyone in thier 50's and nobody had a complaint. Great experience Great Location.

Will definitely stay here again when we visit London!

The Apartment was very comfortable, Location is excellent, Hyde Park is literally a 2 mins walk. They have everything you need in the apartment. Most importantly communicating with the manager Ronni was very easy, always available and prompt in responses. If you have a family or are alone, and want a spacious place I would definitely recommend this place. I usually do not leave reviews, even when good, but had to this time given our wonderful experience. 10/10 would recommended.

Lovely apartment and good value for money.

Lovely apartment, with great views across the City.

The shared bathroom does not have an anti-slip mat in the shower, which is a danger for older people. Locks on the room doors are inadequate - one is completely lacking.

Good location, Uncomfortable beds and broken sofa bed

The location was good. However, I would not pick this apartment because of the uncomfortable beds in both the bedrooms and also the sofa bed is BROKEN.

Sofa bed in the living room is BROKEN. Nobody can sleep in that sofa bed - the owner could have at least put a mattress to connect all the pieces of the sofa bed to make it slightly better. The beds in the 2 bedrooms did not have firm mattress. The water heater or water supply makes a very loud noise whenever anyone is using the water in the bathroom. The kettle in the kitchen is too small for a group of ppl that could be staying in this apartment.

Highly recommend for a family staying in London. Location excellent!! Spacious apartment with everything provided

Great location for a family with kids looking to explore London. Less than 5 min walk to Kensington Park and 10min to the Kensington Palace. Great service by Ronnie very friendly and welcoming. Has everything you need to cook meals and also close to heaps of places to eat and buy supplies.

Would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation and location was perfect for a large family. The lift was great as the apartment is at the top floor. The views were beautiful. Tea, coffee and water were provided and very much appreciated. The area is quiet and feels very safe. Easy walk to Hyde Park, tube stations and restaurant’s/groceries.

Excellent. Would definitely recommend and visit again

The apartment is perfect for a family stay. Spacious, clean and kind host. Location is close to restaurants and 2 train stations. We travelled with 3 kids and we all enjoyed our stay. The host was very nice, made us feel at home and gave us umbrella for the rain.

The lift is scary and water from the shower is not hot. Otherwise everything else is great.

Superb location with excellent facilities for family

Location is perfect with access to 2 tube stations and foods along Bayswater Road. Facilities andamenities are really convenient. staff assistance is top notch.

Matresses are quite old and not very body-supportive.

Overall, I'm happy with the apartment. It is spacious, clean and strategically located.

The apartment is huge! The kitchen seems new compared to bedrooms. It is in a quiet neighborhood with many shops nearby. Excellent for a family stay indeed. The host is friendly and very helpful too.

The standing showers has a slippery floor when wet and there's not a single handle being installed (to hold). Or perhaps a rubber mat can be provided to avoid slippery. The lift is OK, but it gives a scary jolt before stopping.

The location was good. Nice access to things.

The places was not in great shape. The floor, cabinets and other things were falling apart. It wasn't not really clean. The check in was a bit frustrating. The couch made into a bed was not good.

All in all , it was great! Will I stay again ... absolutely

The location was great and the apartment was perfect for a family of 4. We were traveling with two very young children.

We had to request for an extension board as there were very limited plug points. One day, the lift was out of service, and my 4 year old decided to throw a tantrum...carrying her up 5 flights of stairs was an ordeal.
