Comfortable hotel in a central location.

Comfortable bed, excellent staff. Located in city centre next to shopping arcades and public transport. Short walk to restaurants, bars and live theatre. Very clean.

I found the chairs in our room to be uncomfortable. One with no seat padding and the other was a curved lie-down. One bed pillow was too firm. We requested a change but it never came.

Fantastic location

We had a twin room which was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room was reasonably clean & tidy.

The location is fantastic! It is just a short stroll to QVB & Pitt Street Mall & public transport. There are plenty of food options nearby as well as supermarkets.

Great location and great facilities

It’s super comfortable hotel, great facilities and great location, near to the main train stations and super centric. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We asked for a breakfast box with some requirements and it wasn’t taken into account our requests. Although the pool was warm, it was not enough for us compared to what we have in Spanish heated pools.

Overpriced for the quality of the Hotel because Of the Long weekend? For the breakfast they did not have enough staff and the lines were Very Long There was no manager to be seen

Swissotel was excellent. Highly recommend, except for Ten Stories restaurant.

the decor and cleanliness, together with comfortable beds and easy access with helpful staff arriving with an umbrella as we got out of the taxi and helping us with luggage straight to our room. The ability to sit and have a wine and something to eat at the beautiful Arches restaurant was excellent. the aesthetic of the whole palce is gorgeous.

Pre theatre dinner at Ten stories was a nightmare! poor service, received meal to consume in 7 minutes, no time for dessert, despite booking and alerting staff that we were booked at Theatre. Dismissal of us as customers. If we had been told that they were short staffed or had one kitchen closed, we could have organised another option for our 5 guests. Marred the whole swissotel experience.

Everything was great, very clean, all that we needed. Will definitely stay again

We asked for two beds and were told that they couldn’t give us two beds but the bed we slept in was to singles pushed together

Used to enjoy this hotel, however definitely needs improvement in a number of areas. However, the location is great.

Enjoyable and good price for CBD Sydney.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Good location.

We got a room with a view of the next building’s roof (we were room 1122). It didn’t make for an enjoyable vista. Also the pillows were very soft and need updating.

Will stay again

The bed was very comfortable and the room offering was great.

Access into the hotel from the street is not ideal, and the lifts were not operating well, so lengthy waits & use of stairs was required.

Disappointing. Expected much better from a so called 5 star hotel

Great location and the room was of good standard

Lifts constantly broke down leading to Long waits and long lines of gusts waiting for the elevators. Also the food and beverage staff were not attentive to customers requiring needing to go and find staff to take orders - this happened on a few occasions resulting in giving up and going elsewhere to have a drink and food

Good hotel, but lifts were a frustrating problem.

Location is great

2 of 3 lifts out of service was a disgrace. Seems it's an ongoing issue and staff had nothing to say about it.

No more valet service!

Location is excellent. The bed and pillows were really comfortable.

No valet service!!! What?! 😮 Upon arrival no welcome wagon, no warm welcome from the bellman. We arrived up to the lobby to find it all boarded up for renovation. Breakfast was nice but the staff were very disorganised, we witnessed guests cleaning their own tables 🤯 looooong wait for coffee! The room was clean and comfortable but only two towels in the room for three booked guests 😐 I would not call the a 5 star hotel, sorry.

A comfortable stay in the heart of Sydney

This is a very centrally located hotel in the heart of the Sydney CBD, with easy access to shops, restaurants and sights. The rooms are very large and comfortable with good views. The price we got was good value for money.

There is some renovations going on it the hotel, so they is some noise.

Would stay again. Loved the location, vibes and lobby bar.

The property was well presented and has a comfortable feel. The pool was nice, the rooms were clean and we loved the lobby lounge bar ,food and decor with inviting seating. We stayed 5 hours there drinking and eating
