Bed and the pool and spa and sauna and steam room and ye
I informed reception about the tv not pairing to YouTube, they stated they was going to come up to my room 3 times at (10pm to 12am) nobody turned up which I found rude.
4.5
Room was good and the bed was very comfy. We had breakfast which we thought was one of the better breakfasts we've had in a hotel. There is secure parking next door.
If I was being hyper-crytical, I didn't like the raised shower and had to take care when getting out of it.

Liked the location, great for anyone travelling. Gym / Pool was great.
For the price, the bed wasn’t the best or the pillows. It was very small, the amenities within the room available had to ask for toothbrush, water, soap ect.
House keep was very hit and miss one day 9am the next 4pm we stayed for 8 nights.
Dry cleaning also went missing while we was staying on the trip. Came back damp

Location was great, view was great
Room felt a bit short of any options, no snacks or anything in the minibar also seemed hot, wasn't sure if there was aircon. Also the £50 per night security deposit seemed to make less sense when you had nothing in the room.

Location
Everything starting from front desk staff to the bar staff , you dont even get drinking water in your room, the bar staff extremely rude the Chinese receptionist unacceptable customer service. Just the security guy after midnight was the best. I am so dissapointed , was on a business trip to your Hotel and it made my stay a nightmare

Staff were extremely pleasant and helped with any queries.
Very clean and room was spacious. The views were amazing from the 13th floor.
Sadly the air conditioning was not working so the room was quite hot.

The hotel is within an easy 20 minute walk of Piccadilly station, making it fabulously accessible. Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, going out of their way to ensure my stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. The facilities were an added bonus, with a decent gym, good sized pool, sauna and steam room.
Nothing really - the price is a little steep, but given it's a city centre location with excellent facilities, it's not excessive.

Great en-suite room
Bar on 23rd floor
Thought my rate included breakfast, we weren’t asked to add it when we checked in.
Bar closing at 11pm
Check in 4pm, check out 10am left no time to use facilities

Good view, friendly staff, big room
So disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. Dusty bedside tables and had to request new pillows as there seemed to be makeup and/or blood on some of the pillows, really not what you expect from a Hilton

Location was fantastic with a short walk to Deansgate train station, bars & restaurants, all the staff were welcoming and friendly. Very luxurious experience and breakfast was amazing with plentiful selection. Staff acknowledged my partners birthday which was a lovely touch. We will definitely stay again.

Showers wouldn’t work as water was cut off at 11am and no warning or notification been told that the water will be out so couldn’t use bathroom for shower.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the view from the 12th floor was nice, the location is convenient and in a good area.
Everything in the room was showing wear/lack of maintenance (e.g. loose baseboards, worn out furniture, wear marks on surfaces, A/C makes unusual noises). The bathroom was typical for hotels these days where it's impossible to shower without getting water all over the floor, but what made this one extra annoying was the extension of the sink counter into the shower area with nothing to block the water from getting all over the sink. Leave your toiletries there and they'll all get wet.
There was no plug for your devices by the bed, and there was no clock in the room. So if you're like me and charge your phone overnight/use it to check the time, you have to get up and walk across the room to check the time. I actually like that there wasn't a clock by the bed (one less thing to shine light in the room overnight), but there should be a plug built into the headboard on both sides of the bed for device charging.
Noise wasn't really an issue because adjacent guests were quiet, but sound insulation in the room was not very good. When neighboring guests did make noise it was very easy to hear them.

Location. The hotel worked well for the function I attended.
Good buffet breakfast.
No bottled water in the bedroom.
The standard of the bathrooms is not in keeping with the price point.

Breakfast was fab, executive lounge staff, especially Michelle was lovely and so friendly
We were told at check in the lounge had changed their hours from 5-7 instead of 6-8. We arrived at 6:40 so didn’t have time to visit the lounge. Were advised there was an email was sent to confirm the change but there wasn’t and the checkin staff were rather rude about this.

Clean and modern hotel. Nice spacious room. Decent views.
Friendly staff. Quiet room no noise from other rooms
Lots of construction around the hotel which was a bit frustrating when we had prebooked and paid extra for a window seat in cloud 23. I also booked and extra balloon and beer package but the balloons were missing so the surprise was dampened a little. Money off was provided though.

City view
The one lady who helped me out with my luggage was kind and very eager. Willing to help out at any moment necessary. Providing me with extra information about hotel policy and what they offer. Something I expect from head of reception when checking in.
I think Hilton is just a brand that you pay extra for not much different from others.
Unfortunately the AC did not work at all. Engineer was kind and useful but what he did seemed to reduce temp by a degree so it was literally a sauna!
I also have hearing aids and the receptionist was speaking in a very low tone even when I highlighted to her I have hearing aids...
The price is definitely not worth it for this experience. I'm sorry but I won't be coming here again...

Very clean
That fact it was a large work function and if colleagues not staying there , they were not able to come back to your room. The room was expensive.
