The location was super convenient in respect to the city, everything was walking distance and it was really easy to find! The apartment was absolutely fabulous, and had really good facilities, such as heating definitely needed for this weather!
Nothing at all!

The owner will try every way to NOT GIVE BACK YOUR DEPOSIT 100£. PLUS BAD ATTITUDE.

I have been to many apartment services I never have had any problems with one of them. NEVER.
Let me share my experience with this property.
First, the structure to get to the apartment was easy for me. But normally every apartment service I have been they will send me the structure to get in the room before the day of arriving one day. But the owner said she will send it on the check-in day at 2 pm. (the check-in time is 3 pm!) I had to follow up and I keep calling her 4-5 times because I was worried about the structure to get in the room.
The room is ok I don’t have any problems with it. Even they said the room has a BALCONY but the door to the balcony couldn’t open. (I didn’t complain or have any problems with it.)
Shortcut: I brought the balloon to the apartment because it was my bd and I just want to take a picture with it. I will 2 balloons on the wall with the TAPE Then when I leave the apartment I didn’t take it out 2 BALLOONS on the wall.
I called her to ask “ when I will get my return deposit? “ she said not possible because I had a party in the apartment. She said the neighbour complain I had a loud notice at night. It was a lie I had been out the first night and come back to the place at 10 pm and the second night I went to sleep early. So I told her please go check the CCTV. Then after that, she came with the second thing that I had damaged the wall with the glue. (She will come up with everything just to take your deposit) I swear on my life I didn’t use the glue at all! This is the second lie she told me. And I said give me the proof if I have damaged the wall. She sent me the picture with the wall damage, but I don’t believe her. So I said pls send me the wild angle to show me. And she just ignore it. The photo I see is the glue on the wall this is ridiculous because my friend put the tape on her hand.

Apartment inside* was clean and tidy. Decorated freshly. Location was just a 10 minute walk from everything which was great.
Communication was awful not how you run a business at all. I had to message several times regarding check in an still had to chase when arriving. Asking for confirmation of refund deposit was ignored. The balcony is unusable, it shouldn’t state that there is one. it’s covered in bird poo completely on the floor/windows, this can actually be a serious health issue which needs to be sorted.

Bed comfy. Apartment clean INSIDE. Good kitchen set up. Good TV and channels. All fine inside apartment.but I somehow didn't feel safe in there for the one night I was there alone you are in a large block of high Rise NOT MEGA HIGH flats and you feel isolated and like you are in a maze it was strange I wouldn't stay here again unless always with partner but it isn't clean on balcony. I saw a guy trying to Rob a car too. So that's why your car goes in the underground parking. Which is very safe. I basically didn't leave the apartment till my partner came back one cause didn't feel safe two cause would get lost it was that complex getting in and out.. Good pizza place near by though and once out of there very quick access to deansgate the side near market Street marks and Spencer. I think it's a mix of residential rented. Owned and short stay visitors. It is safe to get in at entrances like noone else could get in easy it's just something void and eeiry expressionless and blank there ...
Collecting the keys was the worst nightmare ever!!!! allow about an extra 30 minutes to get into the car park and find your room its like a puzzle. You phone someone who isn't unfriendly , she instructs you and let's you into the underground parking. You have a spot to park. We then spent ages going between 3 doors I think typing in given code but failing to get in . It took us forever it was complicated to say the least.
As I said the inner apartment was clean all be it a few hairs in bathroom but nothing major. Enough simple toiletries and I think it had a hair dryer iron and well equipped. Nothing happened to me I just didn't feel safe as I say. The balcony was a f****ing disgrace. Bird poo everywhere and remnants of a hen doo. The poo was soo excessive I showed friends it was totally unhygenic and I asked if they had another flat because of this and they said no and didn't offer any refund. Unpleasant and huge health and safety issue they need to clean what looked like years of pidegeon poo.

the bedroom was nice and clean and as advertised.
The apartment wasn't as clean as expected. There was a weird smell as we walked in. Certain things were broken or not working such as the TV remote and the door handle for the balcony.
The apartment representative didn't refund me the security deposit in time and claimed there was a mistake but her responses were poor throughout.

The location was a small 5min walk from the city centrum which was quite nice. Communication between ourselves and the host went smoothly. Very nice bed to sleep in after a full day walking around.
Small detail but the thing on the ground at the bathroom door seems loose. We also couldn't get the tv off using the remote so simply kept the wallsocket turned off.

Great location, only 15/20mins from central Manchester. Apartment was clean, modern and easy to access (once you get your head around the one way roads). Host was friendly and informative.
I had to call a few hours before arriving as we hadn’t had any details prior but was easily sorted.

loves the decoration, it was super cosy and lovely for a little get away from it all. Perfect to just unwind. The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve stayed in, shower was lovely and hot. Little things like milk, tea, shampoo were all provided and made us feel more settled when we arrived.
For some reason the oven didn’t heat up so we only ended up using the grill, not a massive issue for us but maybe the thermostat had gone?

location was okay
the fact the add doesn’t say no smoking but on the email it does and the balcony chairs were filled with bird excrement so we couldn’t sit out anyway

Clean and comfortable apartment in residential area, 15 minute walk to Manchester city centre. WiFi worked well.
Not much character, a little sterile, but perfectly fine for a couple of nights.

Location good and parking available. Washing machine available for use.
Toilet and shower could do with a good clean. Made the rest of the place feel dirty. Did not feel comfortable during the stay due to the cleanliness.

The service received from start to finish was professional, efficient and I couldn't fault the whole process. From initial booking to collecting keys to checking out. Louise is an absolute credit to Starlet apartments. She clearly care's about the customer's experience. She makes a conscious effort to meet expectations whilst being honest and approachable at all times.

The room was very tidy and comfy, and there were more utensils and things in the kitchen than we expected. Was really nice, felt like another home :)
The view wasn't bad but it wasn't anything special, but that didn't ruin my stay at all. The bath was a little high, but still, there was nothing really off putting about the place, it was lovely.

Would never dream of staying here again! Where to start with how bad this experience was.. absolutely tiny dingey freezing apartment with no working heating! Was left one toilet roll and already opened toiletries for our 2 night stay! Before checked out i ensured apartment was clean and tidy as i was not leave it any other way an then recieved a text to say my deposit was being kept due to the state of the apartment then got accused of smoking and having other guests at the apartment said that there had been various noise complaints from people staying near by when we did not recieve one call from property owner about this! We asked for cctv proof of us bringing other people to the apartment she ignored this also! Made absolute lies up to keep our money when i called her to see what was going on i received abuse on the phone call about how she was keeping my deposit money and there was nothing i could do about it! Cant believe this never have i ever had a problem anywhere ive stayed before or booked with booking.com this was suppose to be a nice break for my boyfriends birthday but it ended up being a weekend from hell!!! We also used carpark which we paid £10 per night for when we came to collecting our car it had white paint splattered down the sides! The carpark had all sorts of waiste and liquid leaking from the ceilings my car is now stained permanently! This looks like it has been done deliberately also when the owner was asked about this she was rude and told me that i left my car at my own risk and i should have checked the signs! Noone expects to pay money for an underground car park and come back to a vandalised car!! Please never stay here i am so upset with how i have been treated and how my boyfriends birthday was wrecked due to this!!! She is a con artist and must scam everyone who stays here beware!!!!
Horrible treatment, rude owner
