Size and bed
Fan in the bathroom on same switch as light. Very loud. Either noisy or dark.

Everything was so smooth from booking to checking in/checking out. The apartments were nice and clean, spacious, and the bed was so very comfy.
I did get stuck in the fire escape stairwell as the lift was very busy so opted fir the stairs not realising the doors didn't open from the inside, was quite the laugh though.

The proximity to the hospitals was perfect for us. The hotel is also close to the train station and a close walk to the central shopping mall. The unit was a good size and all the fittings were in good condition and good state of repair.
This unit honestly needed a good spring clean. There was hair and dust etc in the wardrobe and bathroom drawers. The carpet and tiles all needed a good vacume around the edges, beside and behind things. The coffee table in the lounge hadn’t been wiped and I found myself digging out a pack of wipes to wipe things down. Even the foyer (and the area immediately outside the foyer) needed a decent clean with the floor getting dirtier over the days we were there. Shower was over bath.

Nice and roomy but noisy
Clothes dryer was not clean

very convenient to Wollongong hospitals . this was our reason for staying there. Secure parking was a true bonus at $10.
Bright clean and airy apartment Very comfortable and clean. Bed was great, and the furniture throughout the apartment is totally adequate and comfortable for a stay.
The staff were particularly helpful.I appreciated their care.
The only thing that would make our stay better would be an on-site cafe or breakfast room.

Quite surprised and pleased to find a washer and drier in the bathroom. This was very useful. My daughter was in hospital unexpectedly, and her 5 year-old was with me. We had been travelling for a few days prior to this, and had no opportunity to wash clothes. So it was appreciated to find the washer and drier, which I had never seen before in a hotel/motel room.
Parking facilities, a little scary at first, were useful and not hard to get to or out of.
I hesitate to mention this, as I find it is not unusual, but I feel that the kitchen sink outlet and bathroom sink ditto could have been cleaned a bit better. All it takes is a little brush (or old toothbrush) to scrub around the outlet and take away that dirty outline.

Location was perfect
No towels available when we arrived
Table was dirty
Staff member walked into the room using key after we had already checked in

The room was a lot bigger than expected and was well presented
Parking space was a bit tight but other than that I was pleased with with my overall experience

If I’m being honest? nothing
Way too overpriced for the room we got especially for the one night and staff weren’t very helpful and gave out false information
4.0
Good position
Good size
Has all the necessities
There was no bread knife
The parking was advertised as $10 per night but charged $15 per night

We specifically picked it for its close walking proximity to the hospital and walking distance to Wollongong Central also. The room was so spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed for a two night stay. The washing machine and dryer came in handy also.
If I had to be picky, the carpets could do with a shampoo, but overall was still clean.

Great location with very spacious rooms. Bed was very comfortable and the foyer always immaculate with helpful staff
The room wasn’t as clean as it could be. Dust on power points and in behind tv and other less obvious places. The door lock was also faulty, resulting in us being locked out of our room for 45 min while is got fixed.

Apartment was spacious & generous size.
Needs a little TLC. Paint job to freshen it up as looks outdated & worn. Windows were filthy. They need a good clean.

Staff were amazing 100\10 for customer service with beautiful rooms.
The main TV didn’t work on Apps (kept shutting down), there was a very weird smell in the bathroom, possibly drain smell, and definitely not enough towels.

location was great, rooms were nice.

Apartment rooms were reasonable size. Beds were comfortable, location ok.
There was a definite lack of attention given to small details. 1. No internet during our 5 day stay; lock on balcony fly screen broken door couldn’t be opened ; first 3 days we had no hand towels; then we had hand towels and no face washers; there was no way of telling which dial on the stove top related to which plate and no indication as to what the temperature; no grab rail on shower over bath - a safety issue for the elderly; we won’t mention the bedside table with light inside the wardrobe.

it was very convenient to the city centre.
we were there for 2 days & got a room on the lower floor with a verandah that was a brick wall, we would have at least liked a room with glass balcony so we could eat out on the balcony.

perfect location, large room
building is pretty old

Great location and pet friendly. Also very spacious rooms and living area.

2 toilets was good but no spare toilet paper was put on the cupboard and I have to ask reception for a spare toilet roll. The hairdryer was dirty and sticky it needs cleaning. The balcony is not pet friendly as my cavoodle can fit into the gap between the steel bars. There was only one lift which made it slow specially during peak hours.
I was told and charged $80 for pet cleaning fee when we arrived and checked in. I was told this is a standard fee they charge all customers that brings a pet. This $80 pet fee is on top of the $871 I paid for 2 nights accommodation. It was a shock and disappointing that this $80 pet fee was not disclosed when I booked this accommodation online as that would have played a part in my choice of where to stay.

staff were friendly
room was clean, bed was comfy
The air conditioner dropped and really didn’t cool the TV area or bedroom.
I was unaware there was a fan in the wardrobe. I definitely would have used that and slept better.
I suggest telling people that there is a fan available.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean and functional, lovely balcony with sea glimpses.
'Tea & coffee facilities' in the room equated to two teabags (English Breakfast and Chamomile) and 6 sugar packets. We mentioned this to Reception when we checked out and they were very apologetic. Room, although functional, was a bit dated and tired. I felt as though we'd paid a premium rate for a premium product that left me feeling a bit underwhelmed.
2.5
Everything is too old , especially bed. My back is painful too uncomfortable. Light too old , dark.
