A little expensive, a good property but dont stay on a windy night.

There was alot of wind on the Sunday Evening and it seems that design of the foyer on each floor has a Grill for air flow. This made a terrible high pitch whistle for most of the nite. It could not be closed and continued for hours. This would be the only down point to a nice stay.

An awesome experience! We will definitely be back!

It was clean, close to everything. Walking distance to the beach. It is safe place. The apartments were spacious and complete. The staff were friendly and helpful when we asked queries. It was an awesome experience. Thank you.

This is more of a suggestion and not something I didn't like. It would be great if there is a coffee shop for guests to have their breakfast or snacks. This is especially convenient for elderly guests or families with young children who would just like to stay in the apartment and relax.

Great felt like a hotel but also my own apartment

I didn't look into the sign in form I had to do ahead of time, so doing this and confirm with with my bank after hours was a bit harder then I assume it would have been But the staff where prompt to get back to my over whatsapp and even had a phone chat. I appreciate this slot

I have left my hair dryer there, it is an aqua blue with a large *defusing head attachment" I started in room 211 How can I go about getting it back Please and thank you

satisfied stay

The apartment is clean and tidy. Water pressure is good for hot shower. The beds and pillows are super comfy. The customer service staffs respond to questions quickly with kindnes. The location is awesome, can walk to the city centre, Wollongong beach, and all the restaurants in the city. Parking is easy. Self check in and out instructions are clear and easy. Overall satisfied.

The balcony is great, however we Didn't realize the construction out there.

Easy access, friendly staff, clean, parking was easy plenty of spaces available to park even though the apartment block was fully booked for the stay. Great location

Slight issues with checkin, I changed the arrival time to a hour earlier but the access code wouldn't work as it still noted the later arrival time. Office was very helpful to resolve

Such a relaxing and stress free stay

* spacious - ample room for a big family * clean * comfortable beds * free wifi * excellent ammenities * convenient location

No real issues - everything was amazing Would’ve liked to have more comfortable outdoor seating on the balcony to enjoy ocean air. Would’ve like to have a handheld vacuum available as room can get dusty.

The room, while comfy needs some finishing touches.

The location, air conditioning worked nicely,

The floor was dirty, ice cube tray half empty, the name on booking.com wasn't the name of the building, there was no milk warmer for the coffee machine, the rear door was unlocked, there was no parking directions/lift location signs/ we entered a construction site via an internal lift, can't lay a bath mat down because the shower screen doors can't be opened if you do,

Fantastic apartment stay in central Wollongong

The location was really good and we really liked the lovely new apartment. The kitchen had everything and was so nice and modern.

The pillows were slightly firm but probably because of the newness!

We'll definitely stay here again and also recommend it to friends and family!

Apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Great facilities and fairly close to mall but also very quiet.

Wind in corridor whistled under the door, but was resolved with a couple of towels as a doorstop.

GOOD Would consider returning so much to do and great place to visit

Somebody parked in my car space No one onsite When went to get into bed for first night - somebody had written one the bed sheets - DONT TOUCH - weird - this was unsettling - No information in apartment for things to do places to go

Our stay was awesome, the cleanliness of the building was above satisfactory.

We were met by the cleaner at the mailbox, we went up to the room and when we went in we were extremely happy with the cleanliness, how much there was in the room and the location. We were so happy with the apartment that we called up on the second last day to extend our stay. They made it extremely easy for us to extend the stay and we wished we could have stayed longer. All of the staff were friendly and approachable and the gentleman in the office was so lovely to talk to, asking us if we were enjoying our stay. We have stayed in multiple locations and have never been as satisfied with the place as we were here. Definitely will be staying here again.

Fantastic! I would definitely stay here again. Exceeded our expectations.

My group and I booked 4x2BR apartments. Everyone absolutely loved their stay! Very central location: 6min to the athletics track which was the purpose of our trip. Facilities were GREAT. Awesome to have a bathroom per bedroom.

Each apartment has an internal communication thing (screen near the air-conditioning controls) which you can call other rooms from. We got prank called by another room at 10:30pm which was frustrating. Make sure you silence calls on this when you arrive unless you intend to make use of it!

Really enjoyed our stay and staff very accommodating through email. Easy and free parking.

Well equipped and large kitchen. Large bedrooms with comfortable King beds. Well setup and good size lounge and dining room. Modern bathrooms. Small but deep rooftop pool with plenty of seating and towels. Large common area on ground floor with bbq.

Excellent stay, highly recommend, A+++ accommodation

Excellent accommodation, brand new room, super clean. Gym and pool facilities really good. Great location. Guest services kept us up to date for the stay. Highly recommend for a family holiday.

Great location and facilities.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurant's,shops and the beach. Nice modern apartment with everything we needed. Free parking was a huge plus for us.

Been picky, no broom in the apartment, needed more cutlery.

Affordable, clean, comfortable.

Really lovely new and modern apartments. Staff were very helpful allowing me to use the stairs as I wasn’t keen on the lift, personal preference, there was nothing wrong with the lifts. The room was clean, kitchen had everything you need to make a homemade meal, laundry was hidden away but had everything you need, even the little throw blanket on the lounge was a nice touch that just made the place feel like home. Would most certainly recommend this place.

We had a great time we wished we could of stayed longer!

The 2bdrm apartment was perfect fir our family if 4.We had 2 bathrooms,the kitchen was perfect and the living/dining area was a good size.Being on the 13th floor we had great views of Wollongong.

Amazing stay at Kula Apartments, can’t wait to go back!

A home away from home! Excellent location, brand new apartment, fully equipped with everything our family of 4 needed! Loved the full kitchen, washing facilities, 2 bathrooms, lounge, dining area, balcony plus so much more! Super easy check in/check out process. Secure parking at no additional cost. Rooftop pool with incredible views along the coastline. Short distance by car to the beach. Close to Mall.

We spent 4 great days at a very comfortable and modern apartment

The apartment had everything we needed and more. Gym was fantastic and it had a rooftop pool with views.

No fans or cooling in the gym.

Was good value of money, but if the building had finished its construction.

Apartment, size of the rooms, big bathroom, the view was good, the balcony, pool was good, but small wouldn't fit many people. Shopping near by.

one tv, no broom,mob, vaccum or cleaning materials/products to clean our rooms, need to add a indoor pool with a hot tub in future if possible.

We appreciated the smooth check-in process and the quality of the apartment. It is very centrally located, a short walk

Very centrally located. A quality apartment, very well maintained and spacious. Very clean and comfortable. Access was easy, remote check-in procedure was smooth.

The street is rather uninviting, but the proximity to the city centre makes up for it. Some sheer curtains would be beneficial, for privacy when the blinds are raised.

Great relaxing quick break

Very close to shops, great massage around the corner with parking out front. Good views both east and west. Great rooftop pool.

The apartment was easy to check in. Plenty of parking underneath, walking distance to where we needed to go.
