The Coniston Hotel was great for a one-night stay with a clean comfy room.

Staff were super friendly, the room was very nice, very up-to-date. The room was whisper quiet with double glazed windows. We ate at the restaurant for dinner, and the food was excellent! Great atmosphere in the pub.

Location was not great - view from our room was to shops and an industrial site. The restaurant didn't open in the morning until 10am - too late for breakfast.

Amazing Stay

On our arrival the staff member was very friendly and helpful. We really loved the accommodation and how clean and spacious the room was. The room had a fresh look, beautiful lighting and well appointed. Even provided a sweet treat in our room to enjoy with our tea and coffee. Even though the accommodation is attached to a hotel, we had a very sound sleep and were not disturbed at all. We were very happy with our stay here and would highly recommend, even as a family of 3, we had plenty of room. The accommodation is very close to a local bakery which is well worth a visit!

Really enjoyed out stay and was pleasantly surprised at the facilities on offer.

Good value comfortable stay not too far from the city.

The bed was very comfortable. The whole premises had been refurbished inside but it was still an old style hotel on the outside.

Great value, friendly, exceptional accomodation!

Great for our stay in Wollongong. The hotel was great for meals and drinks but the accom was exceptional! Staff were very friendly also. Will definitely be back next time in Wollongong.

Unfortunately a disappointing stay. Avoid if you like hot showers!

Clean and comfortable, with very friendly staff at check in. Pub downstairs was lively and had great food.

We had no hot water for a shower! Called to ask for help about it - and had my call cut off after being told they’d ‘look into it’. Air conditioning unit in the room was good but no match for the cold air blasting from a ceiling vent. Very disappointing and not what my daughter and I needed after a long journey!

Very nice rooms and a nice hotel with friendly staff.

Very spacious rooms with big TV and nice bathrooms. Modern and could not hear any outside noise. Would definitely stay again.

location was perfect, stafff were so friendly and welcoming. plenty of parking even for my trailer which was perfect for

The bar and Bistro was very good and the food was excellent.

Didn't have breakfast

From the room to the bathroom there is a "camouflaged" step which is not very visible and my wife stubbed her toe on the metal strip, bruising her toe. It was reported to the bar staff that night.

Pleasant and peaceful with wonderful staff.

The pleasant and helpful staff. Peaceful and quiet. food was good in the bistro downstairs on site but only available between 12:00 and 8:00 pm.

It would have been helpful if breakfast was available.
