Sijainti ja hotelli loistava

Huone oli siisti ja tilava, henkilökunta ammattitaitoista ja ystävällistä ja aamiainen loistavaa. Toiveena olisi lisäys karjalanpiirakasta aamiaiselle munavoilla ( varmasti olisi mukava yllätys turisteille :)

Servizi all’altezza della catena cui appartiene senza essere anonima. Camera quadrupla spaziosa e ben arredata. Check-in veloce. La colazione vale la pena! È un buffet gigantesco anche se un po’ affollato

Really good and comfortable beds, clean rooms and overal clean hotel, nice breakfast.

The older male receptionist when I arrived didn’t act the most professionally, I was having a bad day and he started arguing with instead of being professional and accommodating.

Yöpyminen perheen kanssa

Todella hyvä aamupala, hyvin tilaa ja mukava henkilökunta. Huoneessa sopivasti tilaa, hyvät sängyt, ihanat peitot ja tyynyt, lisävuode oli aika kova. Ihanan rauhallista ja hiljaista. Myös kylpyammeesta, erillisestä pöydästä ja kahvitarvikkeista plussaa!

Näköala ei ollut häävi sisäpihalle, mutta eipä sitä paljon olisi ehditty kattellakkaan kun vain yksi yö majoituttiin.

Отличное месторасположение отеля, особенно подойдет для тех, кто приехал в Хельсинки на пару дней на пароме - отель находится ровно посередине между портом (терминалом 2) и центром города, везде пешком около 15-20 минут. Отдельно хочу выделить невероятно вежливых, дружелюбных и профессиональных сотрудников отеля! Особенно хотим поблагодарить администраторов у стойки регистрации, кто работал 01-02.06.2024 года: нас встретили невероятно тепло, заботливо заселили раньше времени (мы приехали с маленьким ребенком), любезно предоставили всю информацию. Мы много путешествуем, и далеко не всегда в отеле можно встретить настолько искренних и теплых сотрудников. Очень порадовал номер своей чистотой. Завтрак отличный, разнообразный. Кроме того, что на есть на столах, можно отдельно заказать у повара омлет с различными добавками, очень вкусно. В кафе персонал тоже очень любезный и доброжелательный. Мы остались довольны этим отелем, в следующий раз обязательно остановимся там снова!

Not worth the money

The breakfast was good but got a bit repetitive after a while. The same things were served everyday.

The room just looked clean but it wasn't. Dusty and dirty carpet and curtains. And just dusty overall. Prior to our stay we asked for a sea view but we got the worst room. You could barely see the view if you leaned in and the second day of our stay the windows were all covered in plastic due to some construction/painting work going on. So at the end we had no view at all.

Hyvä hotelli, josta helppo liikkua ympäri keskustaa

Hotellissa mukava sisustus ja hyvälle tuoksuvat yleistilat. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamupala oli hyvä. Helppo liikkua ratikalla, jonka pysäkki oli heti hotellin ulkopuolella.

Vaikka huone oli siisti, siellä oli todella tunkkainen haju, joka oli yllättävää, sillä koko hotellissa oli muuten hyvä ja raikas tuoksu. Aamupalaa oltiin kehuttu loistavaksi, mielestämme se oli hyvä, muttei mitenkään ilmiömäinen.

Excellent beds, good breakfast, friendly staff, quiet rooms and an overall feeling of a nice place

The tap for the bath tub was a bit tricky to get the right water temperature. Ours got really hot if using water slowly, but if adding water at full speed the temperature adjustment seemed to work normally. The TV could not stream from an iPhone, it only had chromecast.

L'emplacement idéal, pour le rendre à mes rendez vous

La prestation ménage au niveau de l'hôtel n'est pas adaptée à un 4 étoiles. En 3 jours, personne n'est venu dans ma chambre pour vérifier que tout allait bien, ni pour vider la poubelle, changer une serviette ou même faire le lit, à ce prix là je ne trouve pas la prestation correct!!

Next trip to Helsinki going to book it again.

The staff was terrific, Sauna and gym in the hotel were outstanding. The location in the heart of Helsinki made it super comfy to both work and explore the city.
