Absolutely love it!!

Amazing apartment, absolutely huge space, felt like a home, not a temporary accommodation. Massive master bedroom with large ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. Second large bedroom, laundry, and bathroom. Well equipped kitchen and a view over the playground on Cairns esplanade. Fantastic pool as well. Owners/ managers were really friendly and helpful. Would 100% stay here again.

Water pressure was a bit low for showers.

Amazing spacious appartment with all modern facilities and perfect location

Location was excellent.Muddies playground and cafe directly opposite, great for children. Appartment was very well equipped and great toiletries.Kitchen had everything from blender to icemachine in fridge door.Rubbish disposal was easy using nearby rubbish chute.Trolleys in garage made it easy to empty car and take luggage out.View from top floor was sensational.

NO blockout blinds for rooms facing street as street lights were very bright. There was some street noise audible if you were a light sleeper.

Enjoyed the apartment. Spacious and we also were given lots of local information.

The location was pretty good, close to amenities but a bit quieter. The size of the apartment exceeded my expectations. It also had a pretty nice view.

Great 4 night stay in fully equipped 3 bedroom apartment

Great location for restaurants, marina (where a lot of day trips leave from) and lagoon. Apartments were well equipped with everything and nicely furnished. Staff have been fantastic throughout the booking phase and actual stay. Communication was great and very friendly.

Minor but we were on level 2 so did not have clear ocean views and trees obscured the view.

Our apartment 30 was really good thanks to Craig and Tania who tried to meet our requests re aparmen

The apartment 30 was fantastic regarding view of sea boats and people without them seeing us

All three beds need replacing they all are obviously old and have done there day the two smaller bedrooms beds are very bottomed out or a lump down the middle of the bed showing the age or long use of beds . The main bedroom was just satisfactory

Great place, loved our stay.

Loved the location, the flow of the apartment- kids rooms at the back. Main at the front. Nice to sit on balcony and watch over the esplanade and pool.

From the communication at booking to the cleanliness of the apartment and the proximity to the restaurants and shopping, we could not find fault with this property. The layout worked very well for us and the building felt very secure. We will definitely be back.

An extremely disappointing experience

proximity to amenities

Behavior of the landlord despite I booked it through Booking.com. Instead of talking to talking to Booking.com the landlord threatened us on Sunday night at 9pm to leave the property if we don’t like it. The lounge aircon wasn’t working on a hot day and was dripping continuous water. Instead of fixing it on urgency, we were told to wait for next day if water continues to drip. Very basic toiletries were provided. The reviews rating is misleading for the value this property offers. Whilst booking it mentioned ocean views however, at level 3 the entire view is blocked with trees. We could have stayed for all 4 nights however, the arrogance of landlord wasn’t worth ruining the holiday mood so we moved out to a much better property on slightly higher rates.

Excellent staff and convenient location. Highly recommend.

Conveniently located to bars and restaurants. Short walk to shopping centre, night markets, marina and train station. Dave (manager) was excellent. One of our group left their phone behind on check out and didn’t realise until we were at the airport. Dave located the phone and put it in a taxi to the airport. Our friend got the phone in plenty of time to check in largely due to Dave’s quick and decisive action. HUGE thank you!!
