シャワールームの建て付けが悪い。ガラスドアが閉まり切らず、トイレ・洗面所へシャワーの水が流れ出てしまう。

Great location and spacious apartment.

We booked a two bedroom apartment and ended up with a spacious 3 bedroom up on the top floor. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the apartment was extremely well stocked.

The shower nozzles weren’t the best and in the main bedroom it leaked a little so the pressure was low. Both smoke alarms in the apartment were in an open position so likely inactive but we didn’t get a chance to raise this with reception.

Veldig godt fornøyd og vi vil nok bruke samme overnattingssted når vi kommer tilbake til Cairns. men kunne gjort noe for

Utrolig flott beliggenhet, leilighet og basseng. Stille og rolig og fin utsikt. Kjekke og serviceminded personale.

Kjøkkenet kunne vært bedre utstyrt med skarpe kniver (de var skikkelig dårlig og slipejernet fungerte ikke). Det var ikke oppvask-kost og vi fikk for lite av oppvask-kluter og kjøkkenhandklær. Det kunne også vært et par ekstra serverings-boller. Leiligheten ble vasket kun en gang i løpet av 11 dager som var litt lite. Vi kunne ha fått flere handkler til å tørke hender (små).

子ども2人含む4人家族で、市街側5階スタンダード2ベッドルームに3泊しました。バルコニーからは教会と高校をのぞみ、周囲に高い建物は無いので十分眺めは良かったです。フルキッチン(オリーブオイルと塩胡椒も)、コーヒー紅茶、洗濯機、乾燥機、洗濯洗剤(2袋)、掃除機、バスアメニティ、タオルなど、滞在に必要なものはほぼ全て揃っていました。磁器だけでなくプラスチック食器もあり、子どもには最適でした。タッパーもありました。キッチンには取り扱い説明書(冷蔵庫の上)も置いてあったので、オーブン使用の際は助かりました。オーブンシートやホイルはありません。日本では見慣れないフードディスポーザーのスイッチが分からず、ルームキーパーさんに尋ねたら、キッチンカウンターの電源タップにあることを教えて頂きました。タオルの交換(プール用は除く)やペーパー類の補充は毎日あります。部屋の清掃は滞在中はありませんでしたが、掃除機があれば十分でした。チェックアウト時には、ゴミ捨て(各フロアのゴミ捨て場)と食洗機セットが必要ですのでお忘れなく。海が見えるプールは開放的で、空いており快適でした。看板犬が非常に人懐っこく可愛かったです。子どもたちもまた泊まりたいと言っています。

良くないという程ではないですが、レセプションが開いている時間は限られています。チェックイン・アウトの曜日のオープン時間、特に到着が早朝便の場合は、荷物を預けられる時間を確認しておくことをおすすめします。

Absolutely delightful

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect and the grounds were stunning with a lovely pool and spa. We would definitely consider staying there again. It was close to restaurants and walking distance to shops and transport.

We couldn't fault the apartment and grounds at all.

Great weekend getaway

We came to Vision apartments for a weekend wedding. We were amazed at the location, and the cleanliness of the apartment. The 3 bedroom apartment was huge for the 4 of us and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. We liked how everything was in walking distance too. The pool was lovely and the staff were all very accomodating, especially with an early checkin. Thankyou!

Excellent in every aspect, Magnificent.

Great location and facilities, the room was fully appointed with everything you could possibly need to make your stay stress free. The kitchen had more than enough plates, pots, appliances etc. to make it possible to be fully self contained if required and the laundry a washer and dryer along with drying racks. Also the property is also close to restaurants, bars, coffee for any outside dining required and within walking distance of the Cairns Esplanade pool and day trip departure points. We cannot compliment the property and location enough.

Best hospitality in Cairns

From the moment we got there we were greeted with exceptional hospitality that stayed consistent with anything we needed throughout the week. The venue was absolutely beautiful and made a relaxing stay all too easy.

We had a small issue with our stove on the first morning. But in saying that it was fixed almost as soon as we asked about it.

the location was good

we did not get the apartment we thought we were getting. I booked a one bedroom deluxe apartment with a balcony, a view and a higher level. we did not get that, we got a two / three bedroom ground floor apartment with a terrace looking at basically some greenery - No views whatsoever. we wanted to come to Cairns after a busy few days in Sydney and chill out sitting on our balcony looking at the scenery. when we complained and asked for a change we were told that was it and there was nothing that could be done. Very disappointed
