Ottimo albergo per chi vuole visitare Londra in tutte le sue zone.

Pulizia ottima, posizione molto buona con linee autobus che ti portano in tutta la città e a due passi da Tower Bridge. La sera molti locali nelle vicinanze e zona frequentata da molti giovani. Zona silenziosissima. Market nei pressi dell’albergo.

Se proprio devo scrivere qualcosa direi….Camere un po’ rovinate e doccia un po’ vecchiotta. Musica a colazione troppo alta.

Basic but room was comfortable

Breakfast was OK but boring. I have lived in hotels for the last 9 weeks and only occasionally have been surprised by food that offers anything other the mundane scrambled eggs, baked beans etc. I did appreciate however that they offered an omelette by order.

Reception knowledge of local restaurants could be improved. The staff I asked had no local knowledge suggestions

Excellent séjour à Londres

Hôtel bien situé, à dix minutes à pied du Tower Bridge, et proche des bus et du métro. Personnel très agréable et disponible. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux et diversifié.

La chambre mériterait un petit rafraichissement (moquette un peu ancienne et traces sur les peintures). Il manque quelques rangements pour déballer ses valises. Prix un peu élevé pour les prestations fournies.

Awful room but nice staff. Overpriced.

Reception staff were attentive, friendly and very helpful. They saved what was otherwise an overpriced disappointing stay.

The room was grim. Tired and dirty. Damaged furniture and broken electric sockets. Really, really poor. For the price of almost £300 per night it was just not acceptable.

Hotel ok, wer etwas ausserhalb des Trubels sein will. 10 min zu Tower Bridge zu Fuss und gute Busverbindungen. Hotel jed

Sehr freundliches Personal. Lage mit guter Vus-Verbindung zum Stadtzentrum. Sehr gute Betten mit hohem Schlafkomfort. Frühstücksbuffet mit breiter Auswahl. Frische Omelettes können auvh bestellt werden.

Fenster im Zimmer können nicht geöffnet werden und Klimaanlage mit Nebengeräuschen. Dusche sollte zwingend entkalkt werden und da nur Regenduache vorhanden, ist Duschen immer mit Haarewaschen verbunden. Abluft in Badezimmer hat irgendwie nicht funktioniert und Wasser ist aus Dusche raus.

Fine for the needs of the trip but expensive for the current state

Location for my needs was ideal. Bathroom was clean and the shower had good water pressure. The bed was comfy. The staff I spoke to at reception were lovely.

I’m not sure what the plan for the desks in the rooms are but it’s odd and doesn’t really work effectively. The noise from the air con or vents is noticeable at all times and the state of the wall in my room was awful and clearly needed painting. Breakfast was fine but would make more sense to do vouchers or some deal with local cafes or shops to get better options there and spend the breakfast money on getting the hotel decorated and updated. The cleaner trying to enter at 8.30am when I was in the room and clearly stated I was packing also wasn’t ideal - why not check when people are checking out and just wait?

Prima hotel.

Mooie plek, ruim, goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel. Zeer mooi uitzicht. Bus 42 en 78 vlakbij dus perfect. Supermarkt tegenover.

Heel heet op kamer. Dus bellen dat verwarming uit moet vooral op de badkamer. Geen kast voor je kleding. Kan geen raam open. Maar als er iets is komen ze meteen helpen. Badmutsen liggen bij de balie 😁

Decent &clean,but if you have issues don’t expect them to be resolved or acknowledged once you leave

The location and general facilities such as breakfast were decent

On getting our key late at night, we found that the loo seat was broken, that the tv wasn’t working and that the bed was broken so that we kept sliding into the middle during the night. We told the staff the next morning and emailed them afterwards as well, but received no response.

Redelijk.

Rustige wijk. Vriendelijk personeel. Redelijk ontbijt buffet.

De kwaliteit van de bedden, wieltjes ingezakt waardoor de kubussen waaruit het bed bestond scheef stonden en dus een kuil in matras. Extra bed was een krakende bedbank met slecht dun matras. Heb zelf bij Decathlon fiets olie gehaald om scharnieren van bedbank te smeren zodat het s’nachts het gekraak en gepiep over was. Veel zwarte schimmel en kalk in douche.

Would stay again

Surprisingly good hotel , good security and lovely staff

The details like really scuffed walls, it just looks cheap and can be fixed so quickly so I think management need to do their jobs a little better and sort these details out

Fantastic. It was my parents that recommended staying here. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Great location, great value for money

Great desk for people travelling for work but the rooms are starting to show some dates details. However everything was ver clean, very comfortable and the staff was great. Location wise you are 5-10 min walking to get to London Bridge which is great.

Kommen wir wieder nach London dann werden wir wieder dieses Hotel buchen,

Die Lage war sehr gut, der Bus fährt ein paar Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und nützlich eingerichtet, vorallem das geräumige Bad war toll. Leckeres Frühstück.

Very good

Comfortable and modern room with an excellent view of the popular landmarks. The bed was very comfortable and the complimentary snacks, water and juice were a lovely touch. It was close to some amazing restaurants and borough market which is what we came for! Overall we loved our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Perfect boutique hotel in a great location

The location was superb! It’s located in a quaint walkable community with a nearby shopping district, beautiful gardens and coffee shops. It’s also within walking distance to the Tower Bridge. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Ok to lay your head down, needs better communication between staff about restaurant and breakfast

Local access to transportation networks.

Decor was promising and hotel has great potential but this wasn’t reflected in any price. The lobby and dining area is 4star, our bedroom unfortunately was 2-3 star, with the bathroom being a strong 3 star but the room decor, poor curtains, and average storage not reflecting the high standard we had hoped when choosing this hotel.

Great Location

The location is excellent, and there is a short walk to London Bridge. Clean bedroom and bathroom.

Mugs are too large for the push-button machine coffee. You find out by accident that a barista coffee is available, and when we ordered 2, only 1 ever showed up. Hot breakfast is available but very slow to arrive and there only seems to be one person taking orders.

the location was perfect for families, rooms are a bit small but totally cozy and manageable and it was really clean. there was a local market in front of the hotel that had everything you need as well.

Great find in Bermondsey

Well-equipped and well-maintained room with lovely outlook. Hotel on nice square handy to bus routes. Very nice breakfasts.

One lift was out of commission which made entering and leaving hotel a little slow.

Friendly staff and nice location.

The room was always clean, thanks to the daily house keeping. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. We especially appreciated the 24/7 front desk.

I would have appreciated if we were able to open the window and some more light would have benefited the atmosphere of the room.
