Low cost for location was good but I’d be unlikely to stay here again.

The location of the property is good near the train stationand it felt secure and quiet despite being next door to bars.

There are very few facilities. Unfortunately the room I was staying in had a horrible smell from the bathroom.

Perustasoinen ja siisti huone, joka sopii todella hyvin lyhytaikaiseen oleskeluun.

Asiakaspalvelu oli todella hyvää ja joustavaa. Huone on oikein passeli työmatkalaiselle, ja loistavalla sijainnilla. Hotellissa oli ainakin keskellä viikkoa hyvin rauhallista ja hiljaista. Huone oli kivan nuorekkaasti sisustettu ja sänky mukava. Hintaansa nähden ihan helmi, aion mennä uudestaankin.

Booking.comin kuvauksen perusteella kuvittelin, että majoitukseen kuuluu myös aamiainen. Sellaista ei kuitenkaan ollut, vaan vastaanotossa on kahvia ja pikkupurtavaa, kuten välipalapatukoita, vastaanoton aukioloaikojen puitteissa. Hotellilla on kuitenkin sopimus alennuksesta parin aamiaista tarjoavan ravintolan kanssa. Huoneen varustelu oli hyvin perustasoinen. Pieni vedenkeitin löytyi, mutta ei mukeja tai kahvia/teetä. Huoneeseen olisi myös hyvin mahtunut pieni jääkaappi, johon olisi saanut omat eväänsä.

Ubicació ideal

L'hotel està molt ben ubicat per tal de poder anar caminant a tot arreu de Hèlsinki d'interès. Són molt agradables totes les persones que hi treballen. Disposés de nevera a l'habitació i el llit era còmode.

L'hotel en si és un pel antic i es veu que les instal•lacions s'haurien de modernitzar pero es més fora de les habitacions que dins. El lavabo està bé però té un esglaó per accedir.

Bien placé mais un peu vieillot.

La situation géographique de l'hôtel proche de tout (gare centrale, transports, commerces, restaurants, bars).

Des travaux ont lieu côté cour jusqu'à fin octobre, réveil à 7h30 par un bruit de perceuse... Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre en journée, il faisait très chaud dans la chambre, le petit ventilateur n'étant pas suffisant. Décoration vieillotte.

Une semaine agréable

Plein centre de ville, pas loin de la gare. Toute est accesssible à pied ou en tram. Chambre simple, mais functionnelle. La douche est ensemble avec le WC, donc l'eau déborde partout, c'est gerable, mais il faut faire attention. Une balais est à disposition dans la salle de bain. Je leur ai proposé d'acheter une barriere de l'eau (j'en ai à la maison chez moi), facile a trouver sur Amazon. Pas cher et ça réglerait un peu ce problème. Pas de clim à ma connaissence, ça peut être génant dans canicule (rare dans ce pays), car si on ouvre la fenêtre les bruits des bars juste en bas de la rue peuvent nuire votre sommeil, car en été ils profitent toute la nuit. Personelle aimable et serviable. Pas de ménage dans la chambre, sauf à la demande. Ce que je trouve bien, pas besoin de changer les serviette, ni faire le ménage tout les jour. Je n'en avais pas besoin pour la semaine! Pas de chaine Francophone sur la TV. Par contre le WiFI est impecable. Une box est dispo (avec clé) pour une valise en cas de départ tardive, car la chambre doit être libéré à midi. Trés bonne idée! Prix correct pour un pays nordique, sans luxe. Je recommande vivement cet hotel, si vous êtes comme moi: visite dans la journé et dormir dans l'hotel. Bonne séjour!

トイレ・シャワースペースに床暖房が入ります。ロケーションは良く、駅や繁華街に近いです。

掃除を頼んでも雑な感じがあり、また原則シーツは替えてくれません。冷蔵庫はないので、ジュースやビールなど買ってきても冷やしておけませんでした。

It was not bad.

I arrived late and the reception was closed. The personnel was very nice and gave me all the information I needed and I asked for, making the procedure easy to follow. The room was clean, so was the bathroom. The kettle worked well and I could make a coffee early in the morning. The hotel is very close to the Central Railway Station, so I walked.

First of all, I did not like that I was informed about the renovation after I paid. The renovation of the hotel made impossible for me to open the window. (which was covered by paint). If I knew I would not have made the reservation. Second, the shower was not working.

unwelcoming and uncomfortable

amazing location, super close to train station, shopping area and design district

receptionist was rude and unwelcoming, toilet was absolutely tiny and uncomfortable, everything got wet. worst of all was it’s proximity to bars and restaurants at night; without air conditioning we had to open the windows and the noise made sleeping pretty impossible

Keskeinen paikka, mutta siinä oikeastaan sen edut.

Sijainti oli todella hyvä. Keskeisellä paikalla, suhteellisen lyhyt matka Forumin parkkihalliin, jossa auton pysäköinti oli järjestetty.

Asiakaspalvelu oli melko nihkeää. Ei hymyileviä kasvoja vastassa respassa. Kaikki tuntui olevan vähän hankalaa ja ikään kuin pakonomaista hoitaa alta. Se ei jätä kävijälle oloa, että henkilökunta toivottaisi sinut tervetulleeksi. Lisäksi tyynyjä oli vain yksi per sänky, ei lisätyynyjä missään, ja olemassa oleva tyyny oli hyvin pieni (melkein sohvatyynyn kokoa) ja littana. Eli ei kannata odottaa mitään ylellisyyttä.

Otelin konumu çok çok merkezi, şehir merkezinde bir çok noktaya yürüme mesafesindeydi. checkin süreci çok kolay tamamlandı.

Oda çok basık ve kasvetliydi. valiz açınca basacak yer kalmadı resmen. manzara olarak da diğer binaların havalandırma boşluğuna baktığı için odada içimiz sıkıldı.

Fantastic location, bright and spacious rooms. Beds were decent too. The three separate bed layout also did not feel like an after thought, which was a pleasant surprise.

Neither of the two booked rooms were ready by check in time, had to wait for housekeeping to clean.

I would def book it again

The staff was super nice, the rooms have been nice and clean. The hotel is in the hearth of Helsinki

You should be aware that there are some bars closeby. We haven’t heard their guests cause we kept the windows closed. There is no AC and I guess in the summer time when you would leave the windows open, you might could here them. BUT the rooms are on floor 5 and 6, so I guess it will be alright.

Meillä viides kerros - silti kuului älytön musiikin bassojytke! Käväistiin kävelyllä ja kun tultiin takas ko. Baarin musa ei enää paukuttanut n klo 21, sitten oli tosi rauhallinen. Jos olisi yhä soinut huoneesta olisi pitänyt valittaa/vaihtaa huone tai ois pitänyt olla korvatulpat.

Decently located and priced accommodation that had confusing instruction for late arrivals.

We liked it's closeness to train station and helpfulness of staff

We struggled to get our keys as late arrivals, because instructions weren't clear enough. We assumed that code opens the door to reception and not the box under the code. A picture could help or some additional instructions. Also, I struggled to get a good sleep in your beds, but I am unsure why.

L’emplacement ! L’hôtel se situe à quelques minutes à pied de la gare , du centre ville et ainsi des commerces importants ( restaurants , boutiques ) Les chambres sont spacieuse , la literie est bonne , nous avons passé une bonne nuit. Le personnel est accueillant et réactif ! C’est très appréciable ! Merci ! Je le recommande

L’hôtel ne propose pas de petit déjeuner mais il y a tout autour des cafés / boulangerie disponible La salle est un petite mais il y a tout le nécessaire ( toilette , douche , lavabo )

Hotel Finn has everything one needs as a traveler with great location, facilities, comfort and cleanliness

Free and easy luggage storage on check in and check out days. Location is right in the city centre. We were even able to borrow an umbrella on a particularly rainy day.

Overpriced - book elsewhere.

Location was quite good

Awful layout. Not tea or coffee in the room except just a kettle but no mugs or spoons? Bathroom floods. Tv doesn’t work. Only usually one person manning reception so can take 10 minutes to answer to check in. The noise from inside travels through the vents so some days is very noisy. Not worth the amount they charge at all - lots of much better accommodations around that charge less!
