Located in city centre close to public transportation. Hotel was well equiped, our room was enough to accomodate our family of four. We enjoyed great breakfasts.
Room was not perfectly clean. There was some rubbish inside of foldable sofa and there were dust on shelfs. Missed wardrobe, which had to be replaced by dusty shelfs :/

Śniadania rewelacyjne. Pysznie, zdrowo, warzywa, owoce.... Bardzo duży wybór. Dobra lokalizacja hotelu, bardzo blisko stacji metra.

Great service, great location, fun design. My favourite go to place to stay in Helsinki. Why go anywhere else?

Great location. Easy to get to from Helsinki Airport, straight on the 600 bus door to door, 40 mins. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is lovely and clean. We had a superior room so it was huge and had everything we needed. Very comfortable. Breakfast included was great, large selection of choices including separate gluten free and vegan options for those that need them. We did Tokoinranta parkrun which is just behind the hotel, less than 2 mins walk and left our bags at the hotel before the run then picked them up before hopping on the bus. Would definitely stay at a Scandic again. Good location to explore the city of foot or by public transport. Close to the Botanical Gardens and easy walk to the Cathedral.
Nothing.

During some rainy February days in Helsinki this was the perfect hotel with its colorful cheerfully designed lobby for my family with 2 kids. We found perfect locations for dinner within walking distance of the hotel. It was only a few stops from the nearby metro and tram station to the center. The breakfast room does not have daylight, but there is plenty on offer, even for health-conscious connoisseurs. Our kids liked the play space. While the week in Finland was quite expensive overall, our stay at this hotel was quite a bargain in comparison.

The staff was super helpful when we arrived and changed our room to one with a tub which we wished for. The breakfast buffet was really good with everything you could ask for, also good gluten free/vegan options. The hotel is super central and it is a good spot to start from when exploring Helsinki.
The design of the hotel was really ugly, the "circus theme" was tacky and really made the otherwise nice room into a pretty ugly space. Another wallpaper instead of the hysterical circus one would had given a really nicer vibe and a restful, harmonious feeling. Same with the lobby. I saw the hotel is just around 15 years old but the design made it feel so "out of date".

Not much, old , in need of a clean and fix up.
Torn cushions, loose fittings in bathroom, mediocre breakfast…

The rooms at Scandic Paasi have an interesting design about which we could read in a leaflet in the room. Otherwise clean and spacious enough for two persons. The breakfast offers lots of very good options. The staff was very polite. The location of the hotel is very good, 10min walk to the central market. There are coffee shops in the area and a very nice market with outstanding food across the road.

We picked this hotel because of the location right next to our conference, which was literally like 15 meters.
The breakfast was good and the lobby is nice, too.
Our rooms were around 19-20 °C, which is kinda too cold. Tried to play with the air conditioner console a bit, managed to get barely one degree more. I didn't spend much time in the room, but I was literally cold there. At least the bathroom was nice and warm.
Also, the free wifi was basically useless. I don't know if it was just too many IT people at the hotel, but I was very disappointed by the (non-)connection.

The hotel is ideal for visiting Helsinki due to its central location. The bar and the room are very comfortable and very nicely designed. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is very generous.
The breakfast room in the cellar without windows and a very plain style is not the ideal place for a good breakfast.

The room was spacy and comfy.
Two things: first: the room had absolutely no view, which was a bit sad considering the price. But secondly, the bathroom. The extremely dim light in combination with the black and white tiles made for a most depressing ambience. I dare say long-time guests who enjoy long baths are at serious suicide risk in there...

Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff! Beautiful smoothies for breakfast (poor coffee though)
Thin walls - make sure to have ear plugs with you, if you’re a light sleeper. Light in the bathroom - def not for you who’s into elaborate make up :)

Staff was excellent. Special shout out to the manager who resolved my issues immediately. Thank you. Location was excellent. Close to all. Nice to have a drink outside at the hotel. Lovely park across the street. Limited good food options around. Room was nice. Be aware that air conditioning in Finland is not actually air conditioning. It's recycled air. Request a room not on the front side of the hotel as you cannot open the windows. So your room will get very warm even when it is not hot outside. Luckily I was able to switch rooms. Go to breakfast early. It's buffet style so the later you go the less fresh the food is... The hotel is clean. It was trendy at one time but it's due for an update.
Hotel should not list air conditioning if you don't have it. Gym was super basic.
