Beautiful view, spacious apartment and walking distance to wherever we wanted to go.

The view was spectacular. And the apartment was very spacious.

The bathrooms are outdated. And the door to one of the bedrooms kept locking itself, so we had to put a shoe in door way or entry via the balcony.

I would like to see my room before I stay next time.

Friendly staff, good location, room size & balcony roomy. Basic starter pack in kitchen & laundry.

Dirty foyer on level 19, carpets lifting, The room smelt on arrival of previous cooking, which I aired out. No air conditioner in bedroom. The bathroom is worn out. The shower needs to be resealed to get rid of rust. The ironing board collapsed on my foot after it had been up for 24 hours.

Beautiful views excellent location

Very good location. Nice spacious apartment great views! Beds were really comfortable nice pillows. Water pressure great in ensuite bathroom as well booked a two bedroom.

A little dark and the extra bathroom shower pressure was a little soft.

Great location but the furnishings could have been cleaner.

It was a great location. Close to the venue where we were attending a concert and close to shopping and dining. The view from the 38th floor was fantastic too and it was a long way from the noise at street level. The was a full size fridge, oven, gas hot plates, a microwave oven and dishwasher.

We had 5 adults and were provided with a trundle bed. Sadly there was no extra pillow or blanket for this bed. There was one extra doona (no cover) that was mouldy so was unusable. The staff member checking us in tried to charge more for the trundle bed even though I had corresponded with the hotel previously to ensure the trundle bed was part of the cost for the booking for 5 adults. Luckily I still had the correspondence and she didn’t charge us. The sheer curtains in the bedroom either a balcony were ripped and had what looked to be blood marks on them. There was only one small air conditioner in the lounge so to get cool in the bedrooms you had to leave to door open and turn the fan on. Some of the light fittings looked badly installed or broken.

Great option for an inner city stay with spacious rooms and balconies.

Extremely spacious, bright, large balcony, lovely lap pool and spa, no-nonsense check-in and out

Room was a little stark. a few cushions would be nice. Kitchen could have had just a bit of supplies like a coffee maker.

Only the Sunni g chairs, that are falling apart and toilet not flushing sell

Rooms not up to usual standard.

The location is great . The rooms are of a good size.

The room I stayed in required maintenance. Room could have been cleaned better. Crockery, glassware and cutlery should be checked prior to a guest checking in - most of it was missing or not complete

Perfect location, wish i could have stayed longer

Great location, close facilities, good restaurants, river close and main shopping precinct within walking distance

The reception being separated from the main entrance

Would have been ideal- if we could come and go without needing to allow 30 mins for elevator.

Elevator. We had to allow 30 minutes to go either up or down. Takes a lot of time out of the day, very frustrating when waiting for 25mins plus and then stop again on every floor going up and then down again. Because of this, elevators were very crowded as well.

There was only 1 working lift. The waiting time for the lift was really long.

Overall great room for our short stay. Would stay again.

Central location was great, easy to navigate anywhere in and around Brisbane CBD. Our room was on the 36th floor with an amazing view of the Brisbane River

The only negative was that we were not aware of one lift being out of action for our stay and it resulted in long delays getting in and out of the building.

The location was great and handy and parking just around the corner was cheaper then the accomodation provider offered

do not waste you money

not a thing the place was terrible would not even waste my money staying there ever again

where do I start the staff were unhelpful and rude there was no parking facility’s upon entry to the room the aircon was fount to be dirty carpet had stains all over it the place is a wreck
