A lovely hotel - luxurious

Modern, clean and central location

Sometimes they didn’t replace items so you had to request them. For example tea bags

Hard to fault

Location was great, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel was beautiful and very clean. Beds incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was good. Pool area was fab.

My only fault is the pool could have been warmer for winter.

The location was good.

I would like the free water replenished each day. The fridge drawer is very hard to open. The TV remote and phone didn't work well.

Clean/ friendly staff

The room were not up to expectations for paying almost $500 a night for so called premium room Tiny fridge/Tiny room / no ventilation in the bathroom / Damp air smell in the room / Only valet car park available no normal carpark

It’s ok wouldn’t recommend though

Property was clean and comfortable with good facilities

Charged me twice for the room. $1700. What if I was a family who couldn’t afford to pay twice. 1 week later still no refund. Very poor service. Pool bar was never open.

The best nights sleep I've ever had

The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Very clean and modern rooms. The TV was impressively sized and centred nicely with the bed. The staff were very welcoming and kind.

amazing

fantastic location, easy walk to everything. The pool and gym are fantastic. The steam room is so amazing- it left me relaxed, glowing and rejuvenated. Staff are exceptional. We keep returning and will keep returning.

Stunning hotel with wonderful amenities and service.

Service was incredible, very accommodating and helpful when we needed to add our children to our booking last minute. Absolutely incredible facilities and amazing day spa. Definitely would stay again!

Great hotel, will stay there again.

Spacious room, clean, modern and very quiet, bathroom was well designed, location is central, only 15-minute walk to South Bank, and a lot of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff especially Taylor at the reception and we were able to check in early. Breakfast is comprehensive.

Ok , except for the reception staff

Great location & staff at club Westin were fabulous

I booked & paid for Club Westin & it wasn’t recognised at reception,. Reception found my booking changed it to include Club Westin . When we attempted to use the facilities at the club the access card would not open the door as it wasn’t programmed. Therefore we had to return to reception to get our cards programmed. Finally on checkout I advised the receptionist that we had used a bottle of white wine from the minibar & to ensure it was charged to our room accordingly, however I received an email asking whether I had also used a bottle of Shiraz . It was resolved however I believe your reception staff are not up to standard, they are friendly however don’t seem to know the processes adequately

Its in a good location, great facilities and comfortable well equipped room.

Rooms great, gym good and having access to steam room was appreciated. Very large bed, good facilities in the room. Bathroom also good with walk in shower and plenty of space. Room was also spacious and well equipped.

Pillows were a bit big and hard but we did not ask if we could get replacements.

I will not be staying at a Western hotel in the future

Breakfast was average. No fresh fruit, cold eggs and service was below the standard we expect of this hotel and the price per night

Booked a massage for 4.00 pm for two. We were told that they would message if there was a problem. No message. Arrived for the massage to be told that we could have had one at 2.30pm but cannot do it now as they had a large group booking. Very rude lady in the spa was very rude and dismissive

Pleasant hotel, but would not stay again with EV or kids

Buffet breakfast was excellent quality but the selection of items was mostly Italian style. Great for grownups, not so great for kids and we ended up eating elsewhere when we could. The vast majority of staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful.

Disappointed that there was no EV charging available. The swim-up bar which was heavily marketed was not staffed and there was no signage about how to order. I messaged the hotel to be advised there was a menu near a phone on the counter, this turned out to be the room service menu with a very disappointing choice of two bottled cocktails. Not great for a drink by the pool!

Wonderful

Location , pool was amazing , bar/bistro downstairs , restaurant was amazing . Tv in room was huge .

There was a horrible smell when you got out of the lift and all down the corridor on level 7, so they moved me to L4, and the same horrible smell, really strong and offensive . Also I did not have my tea coffee milk water replenished , on the first clean .

Wir haben ein Upgrade (Suite) erhalten, das war eine nette Überraschung. Das Zimmer war sehr gut isoliert, es war nichts zu hören, weder vom Gang noch von draussen. Dir Betten waren bequem, das Zimmer ansprechend. Das Bad war sehr sauber und modern. Das Frühstück ist in einem italienischen Style gehalten und bot genügend Auswahl. Der Aussenpool mit integrierter Bar hat uns gefallen, leider war es wettermässig eher kühl, sodass wir ihn nicht nutzen konnten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Wonderful stay but the check in & lost bags put a damper on our short stay

Breakfast, swim up bar, bathroom design and greeting with glass of wine on arrival

We wanted to check in at 3pm and go to the swim up bar but at 3pm our room still wasn't ready and then bags didn't arrive at our room and had to be found which took about 1 hour.

Great hotel !

It was very modern , clean , the space in the room was very well utilized . It smells great , the bathroom was very clean and modern. The service is great , the valet parking was awesome !

Everything was great , it could use more options for the in room dining.

Little disappointed

Pool area and location, gym area.

Had booked a river view over a city view, so an upgrade. But felt like it was probably a down grade. It should of said river glimpse with cranes obstructing view as well. Felt wasn't worth the upgrade. Didn't think worth value for money.
