Adequate but nothing special!

TV didn’t work properly. Cold tap at bathroom sink was incredibly stiff to operate. Having paid on arrival for breakfasts for the duration of our stay we were challenged in the Brasserie at breakfast on our last day and told we had not paid for breakfast which was incorrect handled badly by the restaurant staff, I don’t expect to be told I haven’t paid for a meal when I have. It is a nice hotel but there is a serious lack of attention to detail.

Pretty good

Room, view, breakfast, supper, staffing are all exceptional

The bathroom is a wet room, the bottom of the door surrounds and the bottom of the door a suffering a little. some thought needs to be given to using waterproof paints which will make it look better and cut down on the longer term maintenance; it will cost more to start with but save in the long run.

Superb

Lovely hotel, fab staff, tasty and varied food.

Some of the soft furnishings in our room had marks on then which looked a bit bleurgh. Not enough bedside plug points

Excellent stay

The staff were amazing, every single one, couldn't do enough for you. Went above and beyond. The decor and the hotel in general feels very luxurious. We will definately be back. This is our second time.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Great place to stay for a mini break, excellent breakfast, fantastic staff, great aminities

The room was really comfortable and we chose one on the airport side, not noisy at all and a great view. Breakfast was superb, we ordered off the menu at no extra charge and there was an excellent buffet as well. Staff mega friendly and good service in the Sky bar. Parking was right next to the hotel.

restful and relaxing with excellent cocktails and food.

We love the hotel decor and layout of the hotel. The furnishings and atmosphere is lovely. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need for a pleasant stay. We have stayed here many times and we are always extremely satisfied with all the facilities we use. The Sky Bar is excellent and loved the cocktails. Highly recommend a short weekend stay or longer if needed.

Not much i can say as tis a favorite hotel for our weekends away.

We weren't so keen on the overly soft pillows or the very tight taps over the bathroom basin. not easy to turn.

Great business hotel near the airfield

Great business hotel next to the airfield. Sound proof, airco, nice decoration. Great bed Good night sleep guaranteed

In room breakfast needs some approvement. Service was spic and span and on the dot Breakfast quality didn't meet our standards Perhaps buffet downstairs is better?

A great experience and enjoyed every minute of it

Staff very efficient and polite. Nothing too much trouble for them. Food exceptional. Although a little expensive. Great breakfast. Lots of choice. Looked after. Very clean. Made me a cocktail not on the list. Impressed Would definitely go there again for a special occasion

Exceptional hotel, little let down by service this time

This hotel is one of our very favourites, we stay here every year, the accommodation is first class and the service is outstanding

As we checked in, we paid an additional fee for breakfast for two guests who were joining us the following morning, our room rate included breakfast for my husband and I. The next morning, following breakfast, we were asked to pay for our two guests as we left the restaurant, we explained we had already paid in advance. However, on entering the lift to go back to our room a member of staff chased after us and once again questioned us regarding payment of the two additional breakfasts. This was embarrassing, our guests were still with us at this point, and it was completely unnecessary as surely a quick check would have cleared the matter up, if there was any doubt it could have been addressed in a more discreet way, perhaps at checkout. We were made to feel very awkward and it was very unexpected in a hotel of this stature and reputation, we have never had any issues before. Mistakes happen but there are better ways of dealing with them.

Always a lovely building and rooms

Arrived late back from an event and went to coffee shop for food at 2145, staff really did not want me there...looking at watches asking if kitchen was open closed at 2200. In the end the service does not match the potential

Absolute perfection.

Really relaxed but fancy. We mentioned that it was for my birthday so we were upgraded to the sky suite and it was amazing!!!! Such an amazing upgrade, also chocolates were left in the room with a happy birthday sign!

Looks amazing, forgot the basics.

Room looked lovely, beds where comfortable and air conditioning worded well.

It's strange, the hotel looks like a 5 star hotel but they seem to cheap out on stuff other hotels provide. When checking in, staff didn't bother to let me know when check out was, I had to go back and ask. No directions for where to find your room, just "your room is on the 3rd floor, have a nice stay". Only 1 spare plug socket, on 1 side of the bed, none on the other side or anywhere else in the room. Made it so only 1 of us could charge our phone at a time. Most hotels provide a disposable toothbrush, the one time I forget to bring my own was here and they don't. 1 coffee, in a room for 2 people they only provide 1 coffee. 1 bottle of shampoo but 2 bottles of conditioner but no body wash. Mini fridge was either not plugged in or just plain old not working. Honestly, I'm not sure if they just forgot to restock the room before we booked in or if this is normal. It felt like the hotel has all the glammer on the outside, but then forgot the basics.
