Fantastic apartment, home away from home

This apartment saved us when we decided to leave our other terrible apartment, we were so grateful for the helpful staff, the comfort and cleanliness of the apartment, and the location was really good for farnborough airport too. We had an amazing week in the apartment, it really felt like a home away from home. Will be staying here in future and recommending to colleagues.

The appartement felt out dated. The floor in the kitchen was greasy and the carpet sticky.

Great place to stay and wonderful host

The location was 10 minute walk from the wedding. I left my mobile and some of my husband’s clothes and we needed them urgently. Keith very kindly had them sent to me xx

Spacious superbly equipped apartment, convenient for Town Centre

Loved the spacious well equipped apartment. Ended up with a 2-bed apartment which was lovely.

The en-suite shower could do with some work as it is water damaged/rusted. Hook behind door would be handy. Wi-Fi was very hit and miss

No hot or warm water - runs out quickly so the place isn’t suitable for more than 2 people

Stay was satisfactory

Not enough toiletries like shampoo & hand wash. Staff didn't provide fans as agreed. Also nothing in the fridge for example breakfast items or water. Not enough pillows were provided.

A great base for attending Commissioning Day at Sandhurst.

The apartments were bigger than expected and very well equipped. Great shower!

The key to open the main doors was a complete pain... I had to walk around the other side of the block to get in... every time! The balconies could do with a clean.

Awesome place to stay

Very clean and comfortable bed. The owner was very understanding with us arriving late since we were coming from Newcastle The size of the lounge and kitchen was huge with beautiful huge windows

The location

The uncleanliness, lack of cleaning. Waiting for 15 mins to be let into the apartment even though I had called 40 mins prior to arriving to state arrival time.

We really enjoyed our stay, great location, will hopefully book again for our next visit.

Location, decor, facilities/equipment. It was good to be met by the owner who talked us through everything.

The only small issue we had was the pillows on the bed were a little flat.

Fabulous location, spacious, parking, felt safe and good value.

Could have been cleaner. Marks on wall in kitchen and bathroom. Need to clean above door frames.
